Within two hours, the chrome was already chipping, the white base coat was clearly visible, and the manicure had to be completely removed because it was done so poorly. I was told to come back any time the next day and that they would take care of it. When I returned, I waited nearly 45 minutes, only to be told I should have made an appointment--even though I had specifically been told that wasn't necessary. At that point, I no longer had enough time to sit through another full service, so I requested a refund. The owner refused and repeatedly insisted I either let them redo it or come back another day. I was even told, "Life is hard sometimes--we don't always get what we want," and that if she refunded every unhappy customer, she'd be out of business. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. I left feeling dismissed, uncomfortable, and unheard. I won't be returning.

This time, I specifically asked for a different tech, and the experience was completely different. Holly was the main person who worked with me, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly meticulous, patient, and really paid attention to every little detail. She spent almost 2 hours on my nails and made sure everything was done properly without rushing. Gil (I believe that's her name as I didn't catch it at the beginning) also helped during the process, which honestly made the whole experience feel even more attentive and pampering. Between the two of them, I felt really well taken care of. Holly even apologized at the beginning for my prior experience, even though it wasn't her fault at all, which I really appreciated. She constantly checked in to make sure I liked how my nails were turning out and was more than willing to fix even the smallest detail before I left. My pedicure was great and I had a great massage. Same for my manicure. It was my mom's first time at a nail salon and she loved the experience. They have a wide variety of colors. I love there nude sheer collection. Only thing that they could improve on was the timing with services. At other salons they usually start with the person who has asked for more services so they finish around the same time as their peer. But they started on my pedi while my mom did her mani. Then they started my mani so my mom waited 1.5 hrs more until I was done. Although I appreciate them offering lower prices if you pay with cash.
