What was also nice was the prompt & professional service of having me in the room at 11:30am & not waiting. My masseur was Jimmy, he had a gentle yet effective technique. I didn't realize how tight & tense my shoulders were until he worked on my joints & muscles. Jimmy also listened when my right shoulder was more sensitive, he took a quick break from working on that side but then tried a different technique to get that knot out. She massaged my face, arms & neck. The hair spa/treatment was incredible! She scrubbed my head with different instruments & her fingers, massaged my head, washed hair & used heat treatments.
