My pedicure was long overdue and I had a meeting the next day, so I could either muster up the courage to call and ask if they could see me (totally fair and valid) or I could do it myself and totally mess up my toe nails. I asked for a gel removal and pedicure, only if they could accommodate. Thuba answered the phone and said YES! COME! We're open 30 more mins. When I tell you I SPED OVERRR and was FLOORED at how beautiful this place was. I couldn't believe that they were going to see me. I don't know what I was expecting, but I definitely wasn't expecting to be met with such great hospitality and excellence!! Amy did my pedicure and OH MY GODDD did she go above and BEYONDDD. I felt like a total rockstar. We chatted and laughed and it was a GRAND TIME!!! Instead of using a round brush and blow dryer to style my hair, he repeatedly reached for a curling iron to try to create the look\. It was obvious he lacked even the basic knowledge and technique needed for a blowout\. The final result looked nothing like what I requested, and my hair was left looking worse than when I arrived\. When I tried to explain the situation, the stylist pretended as if he did not understand English and kept repeating "$65\." I was never refusing to pay; I was standing there ready to pay, but he continued insisting on $65 while ignoring what I was saying\. I'm genuinely surprised by the positive ratings because my experience was far below what I would expect from a professional salon\. If a stylist is not trained to perform a service, they should not be assigned to clients requesting it\. If it were possible, I would have given them a negative star rating, but unfortunately that isn't an option\. This experience completely ruined my visit, and I would not recommend this salon for hair services\.

Tina, the owner, answered and was able to accommodate me even though it's a Sunday. Helen did my gel pedicure and even gave me a massage using lavender soap - it smelled amazing. Tina did an ombré powder dip manicure based on a Pinterest inspiration photo, and she absolutely nailed it (pun intended!). She also gave me a mini arm & hand massage. Both Tina and Helen did a great job and have wonderful customer service. I really enjoy talking with them and getting to know them. I feel like I've found my Vietnamese aunties, even though I'm not Vietnamese I felt total pampered vibes (just like the salon name) and I'll definitely be coming back. This time, I specifically asked for a different tech, and the experience was completely different. Holly was the main person who worked with me, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly meticulous, patient, and really paid attention to every little detail. She spent almost 2 hours on my nails and made sure everything was done properly without rushing. Gil (I believe that's her name as I didn't catch it at the beginning) also helped during the process, which honestly made the whole experience feel even more attentive and pampering. Between the two of them, I felt really well taken care of. Holly even apologized at the beginning for my prior experience, even though it wasn't her fault at all, which I really appreciated. She constantly checked in to make sure I liked how my nails were turning out and was more than willing to fix even the smallest detail before I left. I jumped on Yelp to see if there was anything close by. Glamour Nail came up and it said walk ins welcomed! I only wait five minutes as they were not very busy. Pham did an excellent job on my toes...I am very particular and I didn't even have to tell her she just knew how to cut, file and eve got the little ingrown toe nails! She took her time filing and scrubbing which I liked!! It was very quiet and relaxing cause I pretty much had the place to myself. Next time I am getting my car done, I am definitely coming back!
