I hadn't been to the dentist office in a while due to a bad experience so a chipped tooth brought me here! The staff is so friendly and explained everything in detail! They saw how anxious I was but worked with me through the process, made me feel like they were one of my friends! Dr.Farag was wonderful and I almost fell asleep when he was working on my tooth! The visit did last a couple hours so one of the staff members got me a smoothie and I'm insanely grateful for that! They are all professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Dr. Choi takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and provides his honest opinion about your treatment options. Their pricing is also very competitive, and the quality of care is outstanding. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable, the front desk ladies are the most warmth Gloria and Giorgina. The staff was so friendly and professional, and the dentist took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated how patient and caring everyone was throughout my visit. It made what can sometimes be a stressful dental appointment feel much easier and more comfortable. Nothing about my other teeth, gum health, jaw problems that I mentioned during intake. When I contacted them about fixing the billing, I never received a response. I was also promised a follow up on my insurance, didn't receive one. Also I booked my appointment with Dr Laura, but received an exam from Dr Katelyn instead. Would have been fine, however I didn't find the bedside manner to be great. For example when I mentioned that I wanted braces she simply asked "Why?" I found this odd since previous dentists had observed issues with my jaw alignment, bite, and teeth crowding.. but this time the dentist seemed confused as to why I'd even want braces. If a comprehensive exam was truly given in the first place, I don't think it would have been a question. Another example: after examining my cracked tooth she said matter-of-factly "I think we both know that it needs to go". Actually no I didn't know, that's why I wanted to get it examined in the first place rather than asking for an extraction. Weird vibes the whole time, just seemed annoyed like I was wasting her time. The place wasn't busy when I went, but wait times were very long. In total I spent about 1 hour and 30 minutes there. The actual exam was less than 10 minutes. I added one star because the lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming.

However, without notice, they placed me with a "floating" dentist that is not covered by my Delta Dentist insurance. WHY????? This was purposely done and they charged me whatever they wanted. Sad that the clients needs were highly abused. As a result, just for cleaning and X-rays ONLY, I was at THEIR financial mercy and they overcharged me an exuberant amount of money, way over $3000. Per Delta, some of the charges (at least 4 in my account) were part of the service already charged. Why were those codes added separately? Thank God I checked. No bueno. Just sending the consumer a quick reminder that though the place looks decent, the "nice" fast talking staff is NOT really looking out for you. I highly "do not" recommend this place. BEWARE!

I originally called for an appointment and quote. They gave me approximately $700 after insurance. Went the next day since I had horrible tooth pain and was seen promptly at my appointment time. We did X-rays even though my family dentist already sent theirs over(which is fine because maybe they want inspect further.) They said I needed a root canal and told me to wait outside for a quote. That's when the service started going downhill. I was quoted over $1000 after insurance, they were going to charge my insurance plus me paying $1000 cash. I felt like the price was unreasonable since I did a estimate on my insurances website so I said I'll have to think about it. Immediately on the spot they offered a 25% discount, good for today only. After that happened I knew that they were doing shady practices and declined. They further said what price I will be fine with doing the procedure today and they will ask the doctor to see if he will be okay with. I declined since I thought the whole process is bad practice. I then asked for my x-rays so I can show another clinic, they said they would e-mail it but I never got it. Lol. At the end, they asked me for payment for my deductible - all while charging 3% extra because I chose to pay with credit card. lol.
