    Like other users Terry was very nice and knows his plants. Problem is the workers they hire do bad work and are in and out as quick as they can be. I've tried sending texts, emailing, calling Clark the supervisor but no return phone calls. I had just re-planted my shrubs from the winter storm and now I have 8 dead bushes after the irrigation was supposed to be fixed. Additionally, I had them work on a fountain and Terry promised he get it fixed to the tune of $1400, saying it would fill automatically. They did the work, and it still doesn't auto fill it work correctly and they tried to change order $300 more dollars for nothing I changed or asked for! Everyone I know are cancelling their accounts with Element. They have gone downhill, I wouldn't recommend. I still have a broken f

    I could not be happier with the service of Elements and Sean Bush. He has been honest with me since before my contract began about what they offer and what I can do to further elevate the incredible work that they do. Sean, Brian, and every other tech who has come to treat our property have never been rushed, are communicative about what they are doing, when we should expect them, and are ALWAYS willing to go above and beyond. I started my lawn care journey because I was envious of other gorgeous lawns in our neighborhood. I am now helping others learn about Elements, their exceptional customer service, and have now made 9 references for new customers, each who are thrilled with their results and helping our yards become the envy of the neighborhood. 10/10 would recommend

    Could NOT have chosen a better Landscape Company and Designer! We recently moved to an older home, which had been completely updated on the inside, however not at all on the outside. SO, we knew we had to make some drastic improvements and we wanted that Mid-Century Modern look. We reached out to a few landscape companies and was actually amazed at how they just didn't listen to what we wanted nor our vision......WELL that did NOT apply to Elements Group. They hit the mark from the very beginning on all aspects. Being a Business Owner myself, Customer Service and open communication is huge. Kole and Greg were amazing to work with, complete communication, answering all my questions quickly and always kept me informed of what was going on. Have even stopped by on a few occasions to make sure everything is good and that we understood when to cut back on the heavy watering. Which if you don't know is a pretty big deal in Austin! We are already looking at what we can do in the backyard, just so we can have the talent of Elements Group back out to make our home even better!! =) If ya have a moment, check out the before and after pictures!     DO NOT USE! This company is terrible! They are overpriced, non- responsive and unprofessional. They charged me $300 a month for twice monthly grass cutting and not knowing any better I paid this. After getting totally fed up with them I recently received two quotes from other companies who quoted me $100 a month for two visits. I paid Elements $300 a month for many months. During this time, they continually would not show up on their appointment days, and I would have to send many calls and text messages just to get them to come. We couldn't take it anymore and finally decided to cancel services this month after paying the $300 monthly fee. They did not show up for our last service even after speaking to someone who said they would be there same day. I have thus far called, text messaged, and emailed them and have gotten no response. To be clear this is AFTER they told me they would continue working through the virus. In addition, they quoted me $2000 to trim our trees and I had someone come out and do it for a few hundred dollars. In summary this company only cares about money and not their customers. Do not use them!

I've dealt with plenty of contractors over the years, and the experience is usually the same: they show up late, rush through the job, and leave you with more questions than answers. Heartland was the complete opposite from the moment I called. Scheduling was fast and easy, they arrived right on time, and it was immediately clear these guys actually know their craft and take pride in it. Kevin and EZ were thorough in every sense of the word. They didn't just run through a checklist; they took the time to explain what they were inspecting, what they found, and what it all meant. I never felt rushed or talked over. They treated me like an adult who deserved to understand exactly what was happening with my own system. And then they went a step further and personally programmed all 14 of my zones; something I wasn't even expecting. That kind of extra effort is rare, and it didn't go unnoticed. The professionalism was top-tier, but what really stood out was how genuinely friendly and down-to-earth both of them were. Great people doing great work. They were very polite. They listened to all my requests, and self diagnosis. And they did a fantastic job. Also they were responsive to coming out quickly since I had a water leak in the system. They are now my go-to guys for sprinkler work.

    I found this service through Yelp. They were extremely fast and professional. I originally made an…read moreappointment with them for a few days later to just have my sprinklers checked after the winter. Then I went to turn on my sprinklers so they would have some water while I waited and found my sprinkler control panel was a mess and resetting it didn't fix the problem. I told On The Spot Sprinkler Repair about this and they recommended I got an inexpensive replacement sprinkler control system from Amazon which then arrived the same day. I told the repair service that I was now in a bit of a rush since I went from maintenance needs to a completely broken system, and they squeezed me in the next day which was EXTREMELY nice of them! Oh, and it turns out that my sprinklers were fine after the winter, I just had a busted control system -- perhaps from an electrical surge so I am now protecting the system with a UPS/surge protector setup. (I had an old UPS that I was going to throw away but it had plenty of juice left in it for such a little control system.) All communications with them were very fast and professional and On The Spot Sprinkler Repair was very knowledgeable which is not always the case with repair people.

He said that it would be a while before they could get out here but he put me on a list for about 3 weeks out. Summer, bummer! Anyway, in the interim I noticed that I was just overwatering in a location. Armando came out and I pointed that one sprayer definitely wasn't coming out. Other areas were not receiving enough water. He replaced a pop up spray and a fitting and did adjustments. What a nice young man! Sprinkler Repair Pros provides a price sheet when presenting the bill. My former servicer sent an invoice that same evening with no real explanation for charges. Up front pricing is wonderful! Armando also marked the parts that my system would need so I can do my own little "estimate" in the future. Armando also took a check whereas the other company refused to do so and would just email the invoice. Then, when they didn't get the check immediately they would keep sending annoying emails. He was able to come and check out the irrigation system in my…read morefront yard and back yard (a combination of sprinklers and drip system) that was faulty, give me his assessment and multiple options for resolving the issues, and then he was able to get the work on fixing it all done that same day! And as I was planning to do some landscaping work and lay new sod in the backyard, he gave some advice around how to arrange the irrigation system, and made an easily accessible connection point for a drip system to put into the flower bed, which I ended up taking care of myself later. What I also found very valuable/unique is that I could message Eric asking a question or two about operating the system and send him a video - within 10 minutes he would respond with a helpful answer. All in all, great experience.

I have no idea why these guys have such good ratings... here is my horrible experience with this horrible company and business owner Eric. It started about almost 4 months ago. My irrigation system was not working at all when turning the timer so I looked on Yelp and found them. So I decided to give them a call, like some other low rating users here state, no answer, voicemail, or returned calls... Eric did not return my call it was one of his employees a week later, forgot his name. That should of been my first sign to stop and not allow them to work on my lawn... however, I was too busy to call someone else which is why when they called me I decided to just go ahead and have them come. Once they came, they charged me for checking the system, replacing some sprinkler heads and suggested I changed some of the backyard control valves which they believe seemed to be the problem. I paid over $550 dollars for the hours of labor and parts and they left. Well, to my surprise I came home that night saw the sprinklers running as they should and was happy, however, I woke up in the morning and noticed they were running. So I went and checked the timer, turned it to off and saw the sprinklers go off in the backyard. I then left to work. Later that day my wife comes home to a FLOODED BACKYARD!!!! even though I turned the sprinkler system off it did not stay off it came back on who knows when during the day and it was on all day, backyard was completely flooded and water was running all the way down my front driveway from backyard onto the street, my water bill was way over $400 dollars that month not including my regular $200 bill so over $600 dollars!!!!!!! I was so pissed I called Eric, who then took his sweet time to come back. Since he took so long to come back to fix the issue I manually turned off the main water line that is in front of my house to the irrigation system so that this would not happen again... Well he finally came back and finds out that the issue was with the parts (Backyard control valves) that him and his employee replaced. He then tells me that he fired the guy that did that like if that takes care of all my problems and my high water bill. I then tell him that he needs to reimburse me for the water wasted and or refund me some of the original money i paid him. He refused and said he could not do that, the only thing he could do is pay me back with labor but he will not do anything until the City of Austin can prove how much water it really wasted and what the bill was. I mean, you call this customer services?????!!!! I then dealt with City of Austin to only find out that they only pay 50% of the water overage since I reported it to them and it takes 3 to 4 billing cycles!!! so I had to wait, in the mean time it has been raining a lot in Austin so I have had no need to use the sprinkler system since he supposedly "Fixed it"... so to my yet again surprise I go to turn it on 3 weeks ago or after the week that stopped raining and IT DOES NOT WORK YET AGAIN!!!! so he never actually fixed the damn problem!!!! So i called him and nothing again.... no text message replys, no returned calls, left several voicemails, nothing. So finally after 4 months of dealing with City of Austin and finding out the correct amount of the overage, I email him the receipts from City of Austin and no reply to my email. I text him asking to please reply or call and nothing. It has been now almost a week since I reached out to him and I am just going to call another irrigation service to come resolve my issue and probably yet again pay another 5 to 600 dollars since this guy will not call me back. So I ended up paying him $560 dollars for nothing plus another $400 to City of Austin for his employees\companys mistake and now I still have a bad irrigation system... Well, this was my experience with these people, I have seen some other unsatisfied clients on here, I hope any others out there voice their concerns so that no one else is a victim of this horrible business and unprofessional business owner Eric. I wish him the best but what goes around comes around. I might even contact the BBB to see if there is something else I can do to get at least some money back from this thief. Dont say I didnt warn you and go with someone else for your own sake....
