Love this place! I purchased a Groupon for three 90-minute massages and scheduled with Janett who is wonderful! She is very sweet and makes sure you are comfortable with the pressure, temperature of the room, etc. The front desk always offers you water and there is a nice waiting area before going back to the massage rooms. I like their monthly membership plan and think it sounds pretty reasonable so am considering joining in a couple months. They also have an online portal for scheduling massages which is very convenient and there is plenty of parking onsite. I asked them to call me in the morning to see if any appointments opened up and they did. Most places don't have as good of a communication system between their employees. I found one of their adds in my mail the other day and I called to find out more information about this place. The staff I talked to over the phone was extremely friendly and helpful, answered every single question I had without doubt! And I booked an appointment with them. They called me a day before to confirm my appointment and as reminder, I absolutely love this, since am a very forgetful person. Upon arrival, I was greeted pleasantly by one of the front desk clerks, and even offered a bottle of water. I have frankly yet to come across such natural friendliness from any other places I have been to, I frankly feel most are scripted and they only treat you well because they want you to buy something... Well not this place! They are genuinely friendly, warm and helpful. The lobby is amazingly clean, tidy and the music is just perfect for the purpose, they were busy but somehow they managed to make everybody feel welcome with amazing flow. As I waited, only about 2-3 minutes later after filling out my brief new client intake form, which pretty much asked me how I wanted and liked my massages, my therapist approached me graciously introduced himself and asked me to follow him to the massage room, where he then explained to me what the procedure was going to be, and what to expect. The massage room was very clean, smelled like new and the sheets on the bed were all clean and warm. I have to say, I had the best therapeutic massage I have ever had in a very long time! They have an amazing and talented therapist team, very respectful and professional! When my therapist was done, he stepped out of the room to give me time to put back on my clothes, he knocked lightly after about 5 minutes to ask if I was done, and then he told me about some muscle problems I had and also recommended me to come back in a few weeks for another massage. While I was been escorted back to the lobby, again, I was greeted warmly by another front desk clerk, whom made me feel I was part of a family. I was acknowledged about their Wellness Program, (which I enrolled in) because it's a great way to save money without commitment and allows me to enjoy my massages in my own time, because I travel a lot. Overall, I had an amazing experience, this guys WILL NOT PRESSURE YOU INTO BUYING ANYTHING YOU DON'T WANT TO BUY, this was a BIG plus for me. Warm welcoming, professional and genuinely friendly staff, excellent service, clean environment and I absolutely recommend you try them, whether you don't like having massages often, or you are one like me who likes to have massages very often because of my back problems. Granted, I've never been to heaven, but I'd have to say that this place is pretty close. It was my first professional massage ever, and the staff was very understanding and descriptive of what to expect and what my expectations were. The front desk is extremely friendly and my therapist was beyond words. If you're looking for a great massage, definitely book with Shane. I was nervous at first about it being my first massage and that I'd be laying on a table for an hour and a half, but once he explained everything and started, I can honestly say that those 90 minutes flew by. He met every single need and more and I currently feel like blissful jello laying on a puffy white cloud (if that makes sense). Will be back in four weeks, without a doubt. We booked a couples massage last minute at the end of our vacation and I can say my only regret now is that I can't pack Shane into my suitcase. We had an awesome massage and Shane was able to work out most of my toddler and poor posture induced pain in 90 mins. I grind my teeth and he worked on my jaw and it was AMAZING! Not only did he have the deep pressure that I need; he was surprisingly gentle and very aware of where to go deep and when to lay off. I had a good experience at Elements Massage. I was very pleased with the attention received by the receptionist and the massage therapist which was Shawn. Also very nice facilities, clean and neat. I requested a deep tissue combined with sports massage and Shawn was super good at it. At first I felt a bit uncomfortable with the fact that he's a male but he was very nice and professional so I was able to relax and enjoy the massage. After the massage I received an email to rate them and a few days after I received in the mail a hand written note with a upgrade to next session length which I liked Overall it was a good massage but too pricey for me. read more

I have been to almost all the SPA'S in South Florida and West Coast and none exceed the expectation as Stephanie did. Her professionalism and ability to target the individual pressure points to relieve everyday stress compares to nothing. She is worth the wait. I love that they have evening appointment times! This place is wonderful, the atmosphere and the people really make you feel very comfortable and welcomed! I'll be honest, I've only come here twice, but I believe that Elements is a great place for DEEP TISSUE MASSAGES. If you need muscles worked on, stretching, and you can handle hard pressure this is the place to go! I'm definitely more of a: "give me a super basic massage that will make me feel relaxed and pretty much put me to sleep" type of girl! Haha! Wow! I got gifted a couples massage and was pretty skeptical since 1. It was on Groupon and 2. It's in a strip mall in pinecrest . I was throughly impressed with the staff and atmosphere at Elements. Maryjane and Jessica were fantastic! Maryjane took the time to work on my problem areas , got out my dozens of knots and incorporate some stretching into it. I love going to Elements. I have had all my massages with Juan. He listens to what your needs are and works diligently. He is great at deep tissue & pain relief. I always leave feeling very relaxed and with no pain my neck, shoulders & back. Facility is very clean and well decorated.
