I am so beyond grateful my friend recommended this place to me. She bought a groupon for it and fell in love that she became a member so that her husband and her can go every month. Once she told me about her great experience i purchased the Groupon myself and was paired up with Roberto for my first time and my massage was excellent! From the pressure to his recommendations , everything was on point. It wasnt deep tissue but it also wasn't super soft, his pressure was how i would want all my massages to be like! My second time visiting this location was spur of the moment two months later when i was having lunch in the shopping center with a friend and she so happen to have a massage scheduled for that day so during lunch i called to see if they had any last minute openings or cancellations but they didn't. So after having lunch i still walked over with her at her appointment time and asked again just in case and Vioalaaa, it was meant to be! They has someone cancel right at the same time and they so kindly squeezed me in. The reception staff was so accommodating and friendly and were so happy to help me. this time i was paired up with Marlene, she was ok. My massage with her felt more like stretching /yoga than it did an actual massage. It wasn't as relaxing as i had hoped for it to be as she is talking to me the whole time telling me to breathe in and out and then to move my leg/arm up or down etc. She was very nice however, did offer me a portable charger when she heard me say my phone was dying on low battery. If you were looking to loosen up and for some good stretching then she was great but if you want an actual massage with some decent pressure i would try and recommend asking for one of the other staff members. read more

Not a "Bad" experience. Staff is friendly and professional. Price was very reasonable. The room available for the massage was bigger than expected. I am used to massages in tight rooms. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars to the establishment is because I wasn't impressed with the massage. It was not to the standards and quality of other massages that I received in the past. I'm trying to be fair. Usually, when I finish a massage I feel like; "Wow, I need to schedule another one"! This was not the case. It was good. Just good. Like I said before, I did not had a bad experience. I was treated efficiently and in a professional matter. I am rating the service and service only. It was just ok for me. Truth is, I had better. Firstly, let me say that I felt that I need to re consider my rating after I got a message from the owner. I have gone back to Elements Pinecrest many more times after I wrote my review and yes it is true that they may be pricier than some of the places around but Elements is way better. I have never had a professional massage before and they met my every expectation and more. I had a couples massage with my boyfriend and we both could personalize it that way we wanted. He got deep tissue and I got relaxation and hot stones. I really recommend hot stones. Itsclike taking a hot shower, but the heat goes straight to your muscles. The masseuse was very polite and always made sure to ask if she was being too rough or too qentle. Staff overall were pleasant and made the experience momorable. I left feeling like a million bucks and slept like a rock that evening. I have a lot of tension in my back and neck, and frequently get massages. This is one of the better places I've been to. The customer service was impeccable too, from water service upon entering to a mint chocolate awaiting you at your massage table. The manager did a great job of explaining how their membership works, however, at the end of a massage the last thing you want to hear is a sales pitch. I think she was trying to leverage the opportunity, but perhaps a softer, shorter pitch would be more effective. Yesterday was my last massage at Elements Massage after about 2 years of being a wellness member. I want to be clear that this review is solely regarding the management and administration of this massage establishment. The therapists here are all fantastic and I highly recommend! There are a number of things wrong and why you should be weary of doing business with Elements Massage of Pinecrest. First, the front desk is a complete and udder mess, this is solely because the turnover, I probably dealt with at least 10 people at the front desk since I became a member. These employees aren't trained and developed on basic customer service skills, everything from not following directions, not being emphatic of the customer and messing up appointment times and poor communication. Secondly, the owner/ franchisee Hector Morales is a direct reflection of the front desk mentioned above. He doesn't return emails, phone calls in a timely fashion, if at all. And if and when you speak to him he wants to give you a free hot stones upgrade.. (that only works so much and borderline disrespectful, fix the issue dont band aid it with an upgrade that you fully profit on) Hector is also never at the studio, in almost 2 years I think I saw him one time before a session. Any good business owner will spend a majority of their time at their business ensuring things are running smoothly and handling concerns as they arise. I could understand this being possible if your business is so established and you have long term reputable employees that can trust to handle and have authority. But... this place is very far from it. Invest in your business, train your employees and maybe one day you can come in on occasion. Lastly, reviews found on Yelp and other platforms are 100% Bias! You are given points for free upgrades and even massages in exchange for a review! Of course people are all going to give 5 stars! They are getting a great massage and mediocre customer service. Most people will look past it but I as a good paying customer I would expect certain common sense things that you don't find here. If I do go back it will be solely for the therapist and definitely not on any contract with a monthly reoccurring charge. read more

This place has a fantastic Team! Starting with the owner, Jutta, they work in a very integrated manner to focus and serve their customers. The therapist, Maria is excellent; with a truly therapeutic massage adapted to you're specific needs. The price is right and the location convenient. They also use a lotion that your body absorbs immediately so you can go back to work without feeling sticky. Parking might be an issue at some hours, specially during lunch. Went in for a couples massage with my fiancée and had a wonderful experience! Roberto and Os were our masseuses. We opted for the Lavender aromatherapy add on ($10) and it was wonderful. The staff explained that my noisy and stressful massage experience is due to Quest Diagnostic which is next door. Hence, if they have knowledge of this, why not disclose this and give customers the option of moving forward in rooms located on the side closest to Quest Diagnostic. This is not ok. I am giving it a 3 because I know that Jeanette, tried to compensate for my discomfort and anxiety due to the noise...banging and bumping that I had to endure. I could even here beeps and timers. Do not accept a room close to the side near Quest Diagnostics. True oxymoron... I go to Elements to relieve stress and left stressed! The 3 is also for their acknowledgement and I I did receive an upgrade coupon for future service. I will try this establishment again and provide an updated review. read more

My mom came here for a massage for her lower back . She was in pain talking to the front desk and talked about getting two gift cards and buy the CBD oil that they use during the massage . The front desk lady offer her a 1pm appointment . She told her she would think about. The other front desk lady overhearing the conversation book the appointment right in front of my mom face to another lady . They didn't double check with her to see if she wanted the appointment. Showed her no respect .Then she didn't even apologize to my mom who was in pain that she just gave away the appointment . Then my mom talk to the manger who didn't apologize to her . Then he defended the lady and didn't help my mom at all. Basically turn her away when she was in pain . Now my mom has to go to another place . My mom wasn't disrespectful and rude . She was just a nice lady trying to get her lower back to feel better. The manger didn't help and made my mom feel uncomfortable. I called the places to talk to the manger and he didn't give me any respect and kept saying "What do you want me to do about it ?" . You shouldn't talk to customers that way. read more

The therapist who attended me was Yosmel. THEE BEST EVER, I am staying with him as long as I am in Miami!!! My back was in the worst condition, but he managed to remove all my knots and show me the areas I needed work in. I didn't realize how many areas I needed therapy in! I've been a member of Elements massage pinecrest for at least 1 year and I really love it it. When I first joined I never expected to see this level of care and attention to customer service in a place that I initially thought was just another massage franchising similar to massage envy. In reality, at elements customers are treated in a special way and the owner goes above and beyond to make sure all customers are happy. I once had a slightly less good experience with one of the therapists (just because her style was more "sports massage" and I was looking for relaxation) and the owner called me to try to understand why my experience had not been as good as all the other times, apologized and invited me to come back for free so I was fully happy. It means a lot to me that the owner takes time to personally understand if a client is not fully satisfied and corrects the problem in a way that leaves the client happy. This said, from all the times I went there, this was the only time I did not feel 100% satisfied. Every time I go, it is amazing from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Front desk ALWAYS super sweet and friendly, therapists are excellent, polite and listen to your needs. The place is very clean, organized and calm. In the last 6 wks of my pregnancy I went there at least once a week to get prenatal massages and that made such a big difference in my life. It helped me to never get swollen, it relieved all my aches and really helped me disconnect and breath calmly. They have a special pillow that allows pregnant women to lay belly down and it is super comfortable. Overall I give this place 5 stars and strongly recommend it! read more
