I want to update this review since I spoke with the GM Amanda. She took the time to listen to the calls between me and the representative prior to us speaking and acknowledged the lack of customer service and that I never scheduled an appointment. She will be speaking with the representative and making sure that this situation does not happen again. I am hoping the representative takes this as a learning situation and can grow from it. While I am not ready to give them a second chance just yet, I am sure I will in the future at some point. read more

Just had my first session with an Elements Massage and it was everything I hoped it would be. I have been suffering a lot of neck pain past few months and consequently the muscles in my neck and shoulders have been extremely knotted with spasms. Sarah was my masseuse and she started session with indepth questions and after explaining my issues she went to work on my neck and shoulders. I was visiting the area and my meniscus injury flared up. I called at 9:30 am and got an appointment for noon. Tara knew exactly what to do with the muscle strain and inflammation. I saw their therapist Katrina yesterday and can honestly say that was the best massage I have ever had! Something about her technique.. it was basically an art form! I requested a medium-firm pressure, relaxation massage and she exceeded my expectations. Front desk even commented on how relaxed I looked. This place is great for a relaxing massage. I get massage every month it helps my body recover after a month of weight training.

I chose Maria based on the Yelp reviews here and now I know why she gets so much love. She was attentive, reassuring and adjusted her pressure just right. Ive been at this location for about 5 years now and i haven't had a therapist i didnt like. I have to say though my favorite therapists are Jen, melanie, and maria. All are very professional and welcoming. I prefer a medium-deep pressure and they always hit that mark. Highly recommend this place! read more

Had an issue and the owner personally called and help resolve it. They were honest, kind, and understanding. Would recommend as they have great masseuses and owner. Massages were always top notch and no complaints. Wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

This was my first time having a massage at Elements today. Rachel did a great job, consistently checked in with me to make sure the pressure was good. I signed up for their wellness program where they charge you each month and you get one massage. They always called on the phone to confirm appointments. I received a call on one occasion telling me that they were closing their store due to Covid and that they would have to cancel my appointment. They said they had no idea when they would open. I thanked them for the phone call. I never received another call until 4 months later. Apparently, they had reopened about a month later and they had continued charging me each month; even the month they were closed. I had to escalate my complaints until they finally refunded the month they were closed...but refused to refund the other months. Covid is hard on everyone. I get it. But this is just terrible. read more

Great location, friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere. I stopped in here after a stressful weekend and had the best massage of my life. I called ahead and was able to secure a same day appointment at a discounted rate. Anyone that has a membership at the LA Fitness should look into the membership at Elements. I have been seeing ads for this location and wanted to try them out. I am so glad I did. The staff is super friendly and the lady was very helpful over the phone with finding the right therapist for my appointment. I got the 90 minute massage and enjoyed every second of it. The pressure was perfect and I left feeling super relaxed. I like that they have evening hours too. I plan on going again very soon. It was such a great experience. read more

I wasn't impressed. My massage started at 6 and I got there at 605. By the time I filled out all the unnecessary medical papers it was 610. I was told my masseuse had an appointment at 7 but they would try to give me my full hour. At 650 the massage stopped and I got dressed. The massage wasn't very good either. Only positive was that the girl was young and pretty. read more

These therapists are excellent! I tried four different ones before settling on Ahdra who really has strong hands for deep tissue massage, and definitely cares. She is always on time, and the staff is very friendly. They are nationwide so you can sign up for the monthly massage special that is at a discount, and get a massage anywhere in the US if there is an Elements there, which is great for snowbirds that winter in AZ. They really make every effort to ensure that you are comfortable and relaxed, the rooms are private, cozy, and the table can be warmed if you are susceptible to cold (a huge bonus for me). I have been having sciatic pain for about 3 months now. It was the worst it's been yesterday morning so I booked a massage for today with Ahdra. I had a free massage there from a friend and I only wish I had used it sooner! Ahdra was amazing--friendly, helpful, funny and you can tell she truly cares about helping people feel better. I called on a whim today to see if there was any way they could fit me in for this evening. The receptionist Jill was lovely on the phone. She accommodated me immediately for a 6pm appointment with Rachel. I called an hour and a half before the appointment time and with someone with my name? It was fate! Wow , this place was the best place to get a massage. The experience from beginning to end was absolutely perfect. Amanda greeted me and talked to me while I was waiting for my massage and it made me feel so welcome. I would recommend going to Rachel as the massager just because she did such a good job on a deep tissue. I felt so relaxed and I didn't talk the whole time. I was so so so happy about this experience. To make it even better on my way out Bailey cashed me out and explained to me the package rate and it will make me come back for sure . 100$ for a hour and a half massage . Cannot beat that.
