Unfortunately, the haircut I received was not at all what I requested, despite showing reference photos. The cut was extremely choppy, with uneven layers throughout. It was the first haircut I've ever been truly unhappy with, and I am unable to even wear my hair down due to the unevenness and disconnect throughout the cut. I do want to recognize the salon owner for how they handled the situation. They were understanding, offered to have another stylist correct my haircut, and also refunded the cost of the service. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to making things right. While I'm disappointed with the haircut I received from Ericka, I appreciate the owner's excellent customer service and willingness to stand behind their business. Although my first experience wasn't the one I had hoped for, I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

First things first, I would it clear that I never do Yelp reviews unless someone deserves it. Second, for those individuals who are optimistic and don't believe in massages are helpful and worth it. I USE to be just like you. Never judge something until you try it. Jen was my professional massage therapist, hands down the best and friendliest person I ever met. She loves what she does and knows it really well. Jen knew I was a newbie to massages and was a skeptic and helped by talking with me. At the end of the session, she gave me additional stretches to keep tension from building up and causing stiffness or pain from coming back. She also recommended cupping which is a very interesting experience and is still a new concept to me. When I went in, I was a tense, stiff, and stressed out. 1st session- A Swedish massage with aromatherapy. It helped me immensely with so many shoulder and back issues. The professional massage therapist knew how to alleviate a lot of built up tension and stress and worked heavily and big issues that they could tell had trauma or are big issues for individuals. 2nd session- A cupping session. Not many individuals are able to do cupping at Massage Element, I guess JEN is just that awesome. So my first session was a few days after the Swedish massage and definitely helped remove a massive amount of stiffness from my shoulder. I still have the cupping marks from yesterday. When I look at them, I can tell how bad some of my very tense and sore spots were neglected for so many years and month. It is an experience and something I recommend due to It made me so comfy, happy and relaxed. People noticed a difference in my posture and attitude. Once again, for those who are yet to try it, you have no room to judge. Also for those who are individuals who don't like being touched, your loss. It is by far the best feeling ever. read more

I was a massage therapist for 20 years. I never worked for Elements Massage, but if I had, it would have been at this location. The owners truly care about their business. They treat their clients with the utmost respect and they hire top notch therapist. I wanted to recommend my favorite therapist but honestly they are all amazing. When I first started going to this location a few years back, I had surgery which put my massages on hold for more than 6months. Elements staff, put a hold on my account and checked in to see how I was doing. Never did I feel pressured to come back in until I was ready. When ever there has been a scheduling conflict or any issues, management and staff have always had a positive solution before calling me. I get massages monthly with my daughter and it has been one of the greatest experiences I've had with a massage therapy company. I highly recommend this location. read more

I actually reached this location unintentionally while trying to find a central or corporate contact for The NOW after a frustrating experience with another location. Even though the issue had nothing to do with the Chandler studio, the General Manager did not dismiss me, rush me off the phone, or make me feel like I had reached the wrong person. Instead, he listened with patience, empathy, and professionalism. My girlfriend and I are long-time members of The NOW, and we had recently been dealing with a stressful situation involving a chemical spill emergency and mandatory evacuation orders near our home. We had cancelled a massage appointment within the required timeframe through the app, but another location still charged us and removed our credits. When I explained what happened, the Chandler GM immediately took the situation seriously. What stood out most was that he took ownership of a problem he did not create. He looked up our accounts, contacted our home membership location in Long Beach, apologized multiple times on behalf of the brand, and assured us he would follow up. Within about 15 minutes, he called back with an update and the issue was being handled. That type of service is rare. He could have easily told us to contact another location or redirected us elsewhere, but instead he chose to help. He showed the kind of leadership, accountability, and care that makes customers feel valued. The NOW is fortunate to have someone like him representing the brand. His professionalism turned a very stressful experience into a reminder that great customer service still exists. I truly appreciate his help and hope his leadership is recognized.
