The lunch special is a screaming deal! Salad and a pizza for under $10 at a premium restaurant, wow! The pizza is gourmet and quite good, with a really good portion for lunch. I particularly enjoyed the salad for the premium leafy greens and the extra fix things like cabbage tomatoes onions and croutons! To earn a five-star I would like the crust to be thicker and more crunchy, and the pizza to have more fluff underneath it, not be greasy. read more

Elements had come highly recommended so we decided to try it. We went in on a Monday night, and the restaurant was not busy at all. In total, it took about 2 hours to order and get our food. The service was not great, and the food was just okay. I expected a little better for the price. My biggest complaint was waiting a solid couple hours to get our $30.00 meal. read more

I am a local. Live right up the street from elements. The last 5 or 6 times I have been to elements have been a complete bust. It's to bad because they had a good thing going! We heard they had a new menu so decided to go check it out. My girl had the Thai Lettuce Wraps and I had the French dip. They were both delicious, as we the fried pickles. I gave them two stars because it's Utah and they serve alcohol. The service was horrible, I waited 10 minutes for a drink at the bar, after I ordered my food, he left the menus sitting in front of me the whole time I ate. I had to reach across the bar to get my own silverware, and that's before I get to the food. It was cold and poorly prepared. The rice was still crunchy, terribly undercooked, the entree was bland and the meat was over cooked. The appetizer wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't rate it good either, it also was cold. Had a horrible experience! Went out with a friend for brunch and right away we could tell it wasn't going to be a good experience. When we walked in the manager and two staff (including our soon to be waitress) were standing there gossiping, completely ignoring the fact two customers had walked in, until we cleared our throats. The restaurant was slow, maybe two or three other tables. Still it took our waitress 5-7 minutes before she came to ask us what we'd like to drink, another 5-7 minutes to get our drinks. She got our order, when our food was served I asked for lemons for my Benedict, after about ten minutes of not seeing our waitress I got the attention of a young man serving another table, and asked him for lemons. He brought them back in less than two minutes, then offered us refills and returned in less than two minutes. Saw our waitress once more maybe ten minutes after he'd taken care of us. Then when we were done eating we had to wave the same gentleman down for our checks. I don't know what our waitresses deal was, though as much as she resembled the manager, I'd say she was related to management and felt entitled. Needless to say, we both handed the young man a tip on the way out, thanked him for his service, and didn't leave her a cent. read more

Marginal service and food. The atmosphere is excellent but didn't make up for the poor food and slow service. I ordered an easy meal "philly cheese" I came out dry and plunked on a plate with no other thought. The server was nice but inexperienced leaving us to guess if our food was ever coming from the kitchen. None of our group will be back. read more

This place used to be Logan's best. Unfortunately that has changed. The main chef left & I can tell. It isn't near as good as it used to be! The service has always been poor. They got away with it because the food was worth the very long waits. I used to be their number 1 fan but now I have a hard time even going there. The kamakhazi salmon is the best thing on the menu. I'm a regular customer and I've been a huge fan of Elements in the past. My last three visits the food quality has declined and the service is horrible! Out of our last party of ten, eight appetizers or meals were sent back for various reasons because they were prepared wrong, served cold, and or soggy. We called ahead to make sure they were open for breakfast on the Fourth of July. The lady on the phone said they were open. Came to the restaurant for a special holiday breakfast and it's closed! Lame customer service. I've been here for breakfast many times and it is actually great. I hear they are getting a new chef as of July, so we will see how that impacts the menu. read more

I went to dinner here after my graduation from USU. One of the entrees was fantastic, apparently. The rest of us either never got our entry, or it was so cold on delivery that it was... let's just say "not very good". I don't want to say the wait staff was nice for comping our meal, because as far as I'm concerned, we were never actually served a meal. But they comped our food and provided a free desert for everyone in the party (the free desert was nice, I guess). But here's the deal: for big, life changing things like graduations, weddings, and heck, even birthdays and anniversaries don't happen often. But for those major life events, do you really think you can trust Elements? They ruined my special meal. Don't let them ruin yours. read more

Was extremely disappointed in this restaurant. Chef doesn't seem to know how to cook beautiful AND flavorful food. The french onion soup broth was a huge disappointment, too sweet. I think they confused caramelized onions with table sugar and onions. Pretty ambiance but doesn't compare to actual sophisticated restaurants. Not much for options for vegetarians or vegans either. Very disappointed with my experience here. The salmon was nothing special, and steak was not cooked how we asked and was fairly bland. The salad was a couple long romain lettuce leafs, a little parmesan and some dressing, and the crem brûlée was crappy pudding with a burnt (not crisp, but burnt) top. Would not recommend. read more

We used to enjoy Elements. Last 9 months things have really changed. No more pizza power lunch. Lunch prices have sky rocketed. Last night my husband and I visited for the early dinner. I got meatloaf came with potatoes and brussel sprouts. The brussel sprouts were not cooked at all so hard could not cut with knife. They were not cooked at all could have used them for pool balls And they were cold. Called waitress over and she agreed sprouts were not cooked. So said would take back and get some cooked ones. Meat loaf was not warm at all. So back went my meat loaf and Brussel Sprouts. About 10 minutes back they came. Meat loaf was warmer But brussel sprouts were just like ones I sent back. Not cooked and un eatable. My husband had pasta with meat sauce. Lots of pasta maybe 2 table spoons of sauce. I heard they brought in a new chef. The meal was really bad. Keep it up and Elements you will be a thing of PAST. MANY OF OUR FRIENDS ALSO HAVE HAD NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES ALSO! Waitress nice. Food not good!!!! What a horrible experience. Arrived early, were seated directly in front of the kitchen doors., although restaurant was mostly empty. An extremely annoying alarm kept ringing multiple times throughout dinner. It sounded like a fire alarm In a school. Elements is overpriced, and their food is not even that good. We have been there quite a few times for dinner and lunch, and have been underwhelming every single time, there are so many more other restaurants in Logan that are cheaper and better. read more

I live down the mountain in Brigham City and my family and I have been traveling to Elements for years for lunch or dinner. Over the Thanksgiving week, we went twice, one for lunch on a weekday and for Thanksgiving dinner, We took our whole family. We were very disappointed with both meals. I got pizza for lunch and I had to send it back because the crust was not cooked correctly. Thanksgiving lunch was very disappointing. It was served buffet style. The vegetables were cold and undercooked, the sweet potatoes were uninspired, and the turkey was disappointing. All my friends know I love Elements, one gave me a $50.00 gift certificate yesterday. I do not know if I want to use it. I hope that this will be changed in the future so I will come back. Have you changed chef's recently? If so find a new one. read more

Hostess today was rude. The restaurant was almost empty and she tried to sit us by the only other patrons. We asked to sit a couple tables away and she didn't respond and walked away so we sat one table away. About 5 minutes later she put a table of 6 including loud kids in the booth right next to us. We heard great things about this restaurant, however our experience was terrible. The food was mediocre at best, my wife ordered the Salmon with sweet potatoes so the "chef" puts the salmon directly on the yams and covers both with parmesan. I am not a chef but even I know you don't put cheese on seafood! So we send it back and think fine they will fix it, a couple minutes later the man I assume is the "chef" comes out and glares at my wife we then don't get the "fixed" meal until we are just done and want to leave. If this review were only based on food, I would give five stars- delicious, with a good variety. Even with a relatively small menu, I always have a difficult time choosing because there are so many good options. Great atmosphere in the warm summer out on the river-side patio. HOWEVER The service here has been bad nearly every time I have eaten here, most notably with slow service, wait-staff not being attentive to patrons, and general lack of knowledge about alcohol offerings. Try to get efficient service on Taco Tuesday or dollar-beer Thursday and you will likely fail, especially with groups over ~3 people. The number of times we have only been given two drinks in several hours, before the restaurant closed and the number of times we have waited for over an hour for tacos are both atrocious. And please train your staff appropriately in knowledge about your beer offerings and types of wine, regardless of their alcohol preferences or lifestyles!! read more

I also didn't like that they take your food back to the kitchen to box it up.... While I like that they box it up for you, I would rather it be at the table so I can see it happening. read more

I have never had a bad experience here. The service has always been great and the staff has always been accommodating to special requests. My favorites on the menu are definitely the meatloaf (seriously) and the butternut ravioli. Again though, I haven't met a dish I didn't like at Elements. Not very impressed with the food here tonight. Had the Salmon special with a side Caesar salad. The salad came on a plate too small for the portion, making it a challenge to eat, not to mention that the dressing was bland. Never again! We were a large group of 20, but we had called ahead to alert the restaurant and they said they'd be happy to serve us for dinner. The service was horrible and the food mediocre at best. Nothing went well ... beverage service was bad, and 3 members of our party didn't receive their food until almost 90 minutes after we were seated. One even had to take his food with him, since we didn't want to stay any longer. The restaurant "comp'd" the meals for the most delayed meals (3 out of 20) ... the only amusing thing about the whole evening were the ducks that were roaming around among the diners on the patio ... I'm sure they enjoyed stepping around the duck excrement. Ugh ... horrible. read more

We actually like this place. Good atmosphere, good service, fair pricing. I recommend the kamikaze salmon. The salads are also very tasty and different. Quiet date spot and they don't rush you. Desserts are fabulous. This is NOT a steakhouse though they do have meat on the menu. read more
