During the install day, the team showed a bit late but still made it. They got to work and did a very clean job. No mess and everything is neatly installed. All piping works for my space and doesn't require me to sacrifice my garage. The crew was professional and even made a wiring change when I requested. I couldn't believe they managed to get the equipment in the small space beside my existing shelves. I previously had an under the skin RO but decided to upgrade since mine was 10 years old. The new filtered water is great, not much better than the previous RO though. It does take significantly less space under the sink. The softened water is great too. Right away, he actually asked me what was wrong with my current system and why I was looking to replace it especially since it was only a few years old. No one else even bothered to ask. I don't think so however, they don't offer a "guarantee", so that the charge that you pay for them to snake your outside drain the first time is exactly that the first time. They want to know you for 375 each and every subsequent visit. I have two words for them one begins with an F the other one begins with a U. They didn't seem to have super high intellect, but I bet you they can guess what it is. They're con men, rather con Cowboys If the service doesn't work in three or four days, they'll come back out but you have to repay the service so you have to pay $375 twice. That's just their policy. Every time I would voice a complaint the one cowboy would say I hear you ma'am. I'm glad he heard me, however, he did absolutely nothing to remedy: ie, help with looking into alternatives, call a supervisor, scratch his ass, other than say "I hear ya ma'am" pleasant enough, however after the sixth time - worthless - makes you angry in fact. It's like "well get back on your horses boys and head back to Texas and take your ugly ass machine with you" Ready, tidy plumbing con artists they want to nail you for a service call no matter if it's an hour after your service or two hours or a day, two days, three days, four days, It's just their policy. Also put in reverse osmosis at both homes and an instahot as well. Very quick response time and turnaround in terms of getting parts and installation done, he isn't messing around when it comes to getting work done. For various reasons my second system had several glitches along the way and with a little persistence had Mike come back out and he was determined to make things right and he did. Sometimes did take an extra nudge or two but once he sets up a time with you he'll follow through. The other thing is he may not always be the cheapest quote out there, was willing to work with me on some items, but overall I figure you are paying for the experience, efficiency, and equipment quality.
