We purchased the water filtration and osmosis system a year ago. At the time of the sale, Ivan was very kind and helpful. At the time of the installation we were told that the osmosis system would require routine maintenance at the 1 year mark and that someone would reach out to us to schedule it. Well reached our 1 year mark and no one contacted us to schedule it. I tried calling the number listed on the website and no one answers the phone. Left a voicemail and no one called back. I contacted Ivan to see if he could assist with the matter and he told me that the tech never told me that maintenance is required (why would I lie about that???) and then proceeded to say that to have the filters replaced in the osmosis system, it will be a $200 fee. This was never disclosed at the time of purchase. On top of that, we were told that the purchase included a year supply of Pure products. We received 1 shipment which didn't even include the scents we requested and never received another shipment. This company has the worst customer service and is very scammy. Do not go with them for your water filtration needs. They will be friendly at first but once they get your money, they treat you horribly and it's hard to get any support with your water system. read more

We were happy with our water system. We reached out because we need to replace the under sink filter and allegedly the product we bought came with a warranty and we were sold on being able to reach out for assistance in the future. That being said, when we reached out, no one answers. We have left messages and no response. We also tried calling the rep who helped us, Ivan, and his phone is no longer working. Pretty shady. Unless you want to work with a company that is not reachable after they install your system, I suggest you do not use them. SCAM!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!! We moved into our house and Ivan came to our door to sell us the water solution and me and my wife were excited and he gave it to us at a good price. He even told us that if we move we can take it with us. When time came I told Ivan I was moving and that im taking my water Filtration with me and I need someone to take it off. At first he try to say "why dont you leave it there and we can get you another system at your new house" I told him no since I was making payments and that im moving to a different state. He assured me that he will get someone to take it off the system and that he will get someone at my new house. When I got to my new house I tried to call him and he was ignoring me. I tried multiple times to contact him and when I did he told me that he is no obligated to reinstall my new system and I told him so you lied to me and that you are not a man of your word and he said let me call you back and see what I can do well its been over 3 weeks and still nothing and he doesn't even answer and like the previous post said they ignore your calls and ghost you. I actually saw Ivan recently and he is now representing House to homes as well. I told him that when we last spoke a few weeks ago, when I found out he only authorized one shipment even tho my contract stated he gave me 5 years of the soaps with P&G. He said he would call them to fix it which he never did. He supposedly called someone while he stood in front of me but of course there was no answer. Now I keep calling him and still no answer again from him. I have called the company too and left messages and no answer after the first time I left a message a while back. For that time, he did call and he stated "Weren't you the one who left a bad review about me"? Then he asked me to update it since he was going to fix the shipments which he never did so I'm not going to give a good review because he is shady, this whole company seems to be shady. I had originally gone with a different company for a double tank system that was installed as a free trial and I was not sold. I spoke to Ivan and he answered all my questions and gave me a lot of information on the water softener system and the reverse osmosis alkaline water filtration system before purchase. Rene the installer was respectful and very knowledgeable about the system and did an outstanding job installing my single tank equinox system and the reverse osmosis under the sink. Anyways, we just moved in new community homes and this company came knocking on our door, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and they offered great extras... 6 month deferred payments if we signed up. So we did, biggest mistake because this company did not go through with the deferred payment and as soon as finance went through they did not care about customer service and still haven't came to fix our leaking faucet. Ivan "the boss " is very rude and blocked my husband's number since we were trying to collect for the deferred payments. This time I decided to peek through the window and low and behold a hadsome young man was there waiting for the door to be answered. I answered the door and this very polite gentleman introuced himself. He went by the name of Richard and told me that his company was doing complimentary water tests. I agreed to get my water tested and the following day Richard and his co-worker Sergio came to get my water tested. They were both very professional and answered all my questions I had.
