You can try on the product before hem and after hem in front of mirrors that have multiple perspectives. I brought in my pants on Friday and was given a timeframe of the following Friday. When I arrived earlier by 20-30 minutes of my timeframe, they did not work on my pants yet. I saw them working on my pants in the back and I ended up waiting 20 minutes past my allotted pick up time for my hemmed pants. Value: I waited a week for pants to be hemmed. I was surprised that my pants were given a 1-week timeline to be on the rack when they were hemmed on the same day less than 30-40 minutes and returned with rushed threading. However, I liked the clear pricing that customers received and it was at a reasonable price. Skillset: They seem very experienced in their work and are professional. If you're looking for a technical hem, I would come here with the understanding that they are skillful in their work, however you may not receive your product on time and it may be rushed.

For those males who like to be business fashionable during work, my entire story is below. Hopefully it helps with making your decision whether to call Nana or not. I gave her a call on a Sunday and set an appointment for a pants hem and shirt altercation. I have body measurements that require very custom measurements. In order to be able to breathe during work, I need at least a 15.5 to 16 neck size shirt, but the sides, bottoms, and pretty much everything else is just a mess. The shirt in question was a brand name shirt I bought at the mall at a discount. The only thing that fit was the neck, everything else was just ugggh =( I have gone to other brick and mortar altercations before that would charge me up the woozah for all the changes needed for the shirt. With Nana, she did a quick assessment and immediately went to work. The entire process felt very friendly and one on one. My sides, sleeves, bottoms, everything pretty much needed to be done. On top of that, the style of the buttons on the sleeves made it one of the more advanced altercations needed. However, Nana's prices were fantastic given the attention to detail and service she provided. All the altercations to the shirt itself usually would have cost me over 50 by itself at other altercation locations. But Nana gave me a discount and with the hem altercations on the pants, the total still came to 40 total. She told me she needed a few days, but I told her my new work started in three days and she catered to my needs. I picked up within two days and the work was fantastic. I could not have asked for better. When I consider those 100% made to fit stores that charge at least 100 for a quality shirt, then I consider that I can just buy quality fabric shirts at my neck size and discounted and bring them to Nana.... I will def choose Nana every time. I plan on bringing a few more shirts over sometime within the next few weeks. TLDR: Nana is a joy to work with. Fantastic work. Darya was very helpful is suggesting what kind of changes we could make to my original dress and how to also make it more flattering for my body type. When i went in to drop my pants off she complained about all the work she had to do and the customers that dropped the clothing off. Which I didn't think was tasteful. She also complained about me needing my pants done in a week, which i feel is reasonable. When i picked up my pants, nothing was labeled with my name and I can clearly see the stitching from the outside of the pants. It is so bulky down at the bottom that it creates this thickness and draws attention to the hem. Also the seams on the inside are frayed and have a bunch of loose ends everywhere. Service was extremely disappointing. From having complaints about asking them to be done in a week, to hearing complaints about getting other people's items done, to giving me attitude when i was asking how much to take off the length, struggling to keep track of my belongings and most importantly, sloppy work, I would advise you to take your business elsewhere.

I was a little nervous since this cape did have embroidery and heavy detail on the sides, so I knew it was going to be hard to do, but she said it wouldn't be a huge issue. But she did see it immediately and pointed out she could only take it in so much so it didn't ruin the embroidery pattern. She gave me a quote that was under 100 dollars (so, it was totally worth buying on sale even though I knew it was 3 sizes too big and would need altered) (she literally saved me thousands) She called me about 2-3 days later for pick up, and she knocked it out of the park I came back in for more alterations and I was immediately greeted by the owner,Kim, who is so warm and friendly.
