Simply incredible. These guys are amazing! Moving is always a hassle and in my case I had a big move (4 bd + 1 office) of a 3340 sqft house full of furniture from Seattle WA to San Jose CA. We were so stressed out and thought this is impossible, considering the rates and reviews of many different moving companies. Payable made this look so easy and we had much fun with the crew who were super friendly and easy to communicate. A few things to emphasize: - Both Jason and his team are highly responsive (almost anytime during the day) and they try their best to accommodate all your requirements. No complaints! - They work hard and put a lot of effort and care into what they do. In our case, they needed to stay for few more hours, but they worked tirelessly and did an impressive job optimizing the space in the truck to take everything with them. - We had 2 big screen TVs which were relocated with zero damages or scratches (Same for all the other furniture including dining table set, sectional, desks, monitors, glass tables, etc.) - They assigned 4 people to both loading and unloading. Erick and Abik did the hard work of driving all the way from LA to Seattle to SJ then to LA. Medet and Batyr joined them for disassembly and loading. At the destination, they were joined with Dias and Dauren to unload and reassemble the furniture. They were all SUPER friendly and meticulous. It was so easy to communicate our asks and they listened very carefully. I had a hard time finding a good moving company that I can trust and with a reasonable price. We recently moved my family up from Los Angeles to the Bay Area and knew I needed some serious help moving this time, unlike past moves where I tried to handle everything myself and ended up exhausted and/or injured. From the beginning, the guys at Payable were incredible! They provided me with a quote on the move very quickly and worked to accommodate our schedule. As soon as they arrived they made a plan with us to keep things moving efficiently for the move-out from our third floor apartment. We pre-packed almost everything in boxes and they were bringing stacks of boxes down faster than we could even tape them to seal them, which they also helped us to do. Anything that wasn't in a box already was either wrapped in blankets and plastic or placed in the protective boxes provided by Payable (at no charge). They were even able to move a Motorcycle along with all of our boxes, furniture, and bicycles. For the move-in to our new home, they again worked very efficiently and took care to place every box in the room of our choosing. This made our unpacking process incredibly easy because we didn't need to move any heavy boxes or furniture to other rooms later. The guys at Payable Moving maintained a very friendly and positive attitude that made them a joy to work with. We are very satisfied with the excellent service that the movers at Payable Moving worked to provide. We would absolutely choose them again (if we ever return to Los Angeles). I called Payable Moving on a Wednesday and was able to schedule something for that Sunday! What an amazing experience from the very beginning. From the first phone call I spoke directly to Jason the owner and he answered a million of my questions and even had me send him photos of items I felt may have been to big for the move to ensure I wouldn't be overcharged. Talk about going above and beyond! Kuka, Alex, and Amhid were my movers today and they did a phenomenal job! They called me as expected an hour before to let me know they would be on time...and they were. We did a tour of my apt and the building including any elevators and stairs BEFORE they started the clock. Another moment of going above and beyond. I have a 2 bedroom apt with several delicate items such as glass mirrors and a large TV. Their team was professional and efficient and Kuka personally made sure my stuff was protected like it was his own. Once at the new place, they had that truck unloaded in an hours tops I was very very impressed! Another 30 minute and my whole home was basically fully set up. I went through every item and the walls and not a scratch. They even showed me every piece before the packed it if there's was a prior dent or ding to ensure I was aware at every stage. Overall it took about 7.5 hours to move a 2 bed 2 bath apt 25 miles away. I am so grateful for Payable movers and the team I had today. From the coordinating, beginning to the end, it was all seamless. Even with a last minute changing to an earlier moving time, Jason, the manager, was still able to accommodate me. Alex and a partner with their 10 foot truck came to help with my move and they were so extremely careful with everything ! I am beyond happy with my experience and will be calling them in a year or two again to hire them for my move out ! Very professional and easy moving company to go with. I was stressing out for nothing with moving out, as we all know that the process is SO much fun and not at all time consuming and/or annoying, right ? Don't hesitate, just hire them. Firstly, I want to say that I would highly recommend this company! We had the pleasure of working with David, Bruce and AJ. They worked extremely fast and efficiently. I have honestly never seen 3 guys pack up, load, unload, disassemble and reassemble furniture faster than them. They always asked if anything needed to be packed up or not and genuinely care that all your items and big furniture is protected during transport. Even though we did book them for 6 hours, they were confident that they could get it done in 4, including a couple breaks for themselves and also to just save a little money on our end in general. They always stayed accountable to the time and how much they had left to do everything. They always listened to any instructions we had if certain things need to go to a specific room or place, they do it. They have all the right equipment, lifts, plastic wrap and anything needed to ensure your items stay intact and also seeing the sheer size of their moving truck had me filled with confidence that everything was going to fit, which it did and at least 2 more houses full of furniture could fit in the truck (I was in awe that all our items and furniture didn't take all the space). I don't take reviews lightly and only review for exceptional work. I cannot speak highly enough of Payable Moving Company. Kuan, Almas, Ben, and Niko, as well as Bola and his team were so wonderful! I experienced 2 teams since I had a really big move so needed to split my move into 2. They were all kind, efficient, and very strong. I had to change my move date several times and the person I was corresponding with via email was always accommodating and understanding. My first move was with Bola and his team. I needed help packing and moving very heavy items such as a piano, big massage chair, and 2 large TVs. They handled all of my items with care and were kind about my mess everywhere. The second team consisted of Kuan, Almas (he was part of the first team too), Niko, and Ben. They were also very caring and cautious with my items, understanding of my mess, and helped with everything including packing my items. Everything they did, they did with a warm smile, even if it was carrying really heavy items upstairs for me. I cannot speak highly enough of this company! I wish I had another move so I can hire them again. I called four highly rated movers and am so glad I chose Payable Moving Company. Two of the companies simply asked me to list everything I wanted to move but Zhaisan did a virtual walk-through of my home via Facebook. The other two companies gave me quotes 2 to 3 times as much as PMC! After signing a contract, I received timely communications and reminders re: my moving date. The day before the move, Isaac called to confirm move time. He even offered to come earlier if I wanted ( yes ). PMC arrived on time and immediately got to work. The staff is very kind, polite and professional. You can tell they take a lot of effort to plastic wrap and blanket the furniture. They move quickly and efficiently and they're extremely careful throughout. The contract states that "we're all in this together" and it shows. After several hours ( my move filled an entire truck ), PMC immediately drove 5 hours to the delivery location. They provided constant updates re: ETA. Once present, they again immediately got to work placing everything exactly where I wanted. Isaac and Daur never stopped. They tirelessly unloaded the truck and made sure I was satisfied with everything they moved. These guys are the absolute best. Do not hesitate to use them. Awesome job. I'm very pleased. read more

Before working with Payable Moving Company, I thought that good moving companies would have transparent pricing and be efficient. This was before I got to work with Gabby and Johnny. They were transparent and efficient, but they were also incredibly considerate and empathetic.   They somehow managed to be very fast at moving but also took their time wrapping all my large furniture with care. They staggered our trips to the elevator, so that we wouldn't crowd the other tenants. They offered to roll out my rugs, assembled my dining table without my asking, and even offered to re-orient my bed just because they caught me looking at its placement again.   It feels odd to say, but the one word I would use to sum up the entire experience would be 'hospitable'. To me, hospitality is consideration in action and these guys really lived it. I could not have taken better care of my own furniture or have been as thoughtful throughout the move.   And yeah, they moved all my furniture, clothing, and boxes to my new home in just under 3 hours - including a 30 minute drive and placing all my belongings in a 2 bed 2 bath.   These guys really raised the bar and I would recommend them to friends and family. read more

My advice is just go straight to Payable Moving! Their work is top notch, from the ease of scheduling & excellent pricing, to a quality of work ethic that's very rare these days. I say this because the move they did for me was unusual, from one storage unit to another which was smaller, and which, while just barely adequate space, the work required real skill in fitting everything in. These guys were extraordinary. Through the 8 long hours for what we'd thought would be a 4 hour job, these guys worked and worked, no breaks, good cheer, and with thoughtful attention to all my books, my inherited antique furniture and more. I say just go straight to them because I'd arranged for another highly rated mover I'd paid up front to do the job and the moment they arrived and saw it was a bit of an unusual challenge, they lied and said there were mouse droppings and bugs and refused to do the work.
