I admit, I lost my cool when the front staff told me they couldn't call CVS with the code and would "leave a note" with the medical staff and they would respond in 24 hours. At this point, I asked to speak directly with Dr. Burk only to be put on hold 2 times and sent to voicemail on the 3rd attempt this is no way to run a business and the staff, front, medical and Dr. Burk, were ineffective, unresponsive and rude.
