I felt so bad cause it started raining on him but he had no complaints and finished the job very quickly. Out of all the glass companies that I called locally to see who can fix my Mitsubishi Outlander window that was broken into, Curtis, was the only one who responded to me and was very helpful! When I first called him he tried searching for my particular glass and he couldn't find it in the state or that some places had my window but were charging over $600-$800 just for the glass which I find ridiculous. It took only a little more than an hour to replace 2 windows that were broken into, and they were priced fairly compared to the other quotes I have received ($450 post-tax vs. $435 at Low Price Auto Glass Specialists and $700+ at Safelite). The repair included vacuuming in and around the car. He takes credit card and offers a warranty in case of problems with repair. The lady who answered my call was polite, knowledgeable, and told me everything I needed to know. She gave me a same day appointment within 90 minutes of my original phone call.
