Terrible communication, unprofessional and unorganized. All seemed good with our first visit. But when it came time for the dental procedure for my 5 yr old - they changed the location of the surgery the day of the procedure and changed the time 3 different times. Then when I got to the new location at the new time, they were still not ready for us and said it was gonna be another 1hr +. Mind you this is after my son fasting for 6 hrs, so we left completely frustrated because my son had to eat and they still weren't ready for him. Then I had to call back 3 different times to see when the procedure would be rescheduled, instead of them keeping in touch with me. Each time I called they still had no answer, this is after us paying $900 for the procedure. Terrible office, terrible experience. Would not recommend at all. read more

Dr. B and all of his team members are all so amazing! We were referred to Elevate Kids Dental by my son's chiropractor for tongue and lip tie evaluation. After a very quick laser treatment to release his ties, he now is able to nurse great and transfer milk much better than before. My son got referred to Dr. B and he is fantastic. He's super sweet with the kids, knowledgeable in hydroxyapatite, and treats more than just the teeth that have issues. He went over cavity prevention which included remineralizing existing cavities, toothpaste recommendations, better snack options, and he even recommended a myofunctional therapist! They use a laser to fix cavities which means they don't have to numb the kiddos! How awesome! He's super knowledgeable and it's so much less invasive and painful than the general way to fill cavities. My son is home less than an hour later eating with no pain. Thank you Dr. B!! I'm leaving this review as a warning for new customers. We've received a referral from our primary dentist to elevate for our kids. They are not honest and upfront with their pricing. I received a call asking for additional payment well after my kids visits. One from almost 7 months ago. Said we "owe" $1900 additional dollars and that my insurance is out of network. We were told that were most likely going to get money back and all of sudden it turns into, well we have a note that we explained that there were going to be additional costs that we've explained to you. They weren't even close on costs and this office manager, Candice is all over the place. If we were informed about costs, we would of definitely went somewhere else. I recommend going to a dentist that's transparent with their pricing from the beginning and not give you stress not knowing if you owe additional money after services. read more

Dr. B and his staff are beyond AMAZING!!! I drive over an hour for his high quality care, state of the art practices/equipment and alternative holistic approaches. He makes coming to the dentist fun and explains everything in the most simplest terms. We have learned so much about what causes and leads to cavities and how to help keep the pH level in the mouth close to neutral. My daughter loves and looks forward to going to the dentist which is something I was striving for since, I personally hate the dentist from horrible childhood experiences. It takes a special kind of person to make friends with toddlers in a matter of minutes. Dr. B, the office manager and dental assistant were right off the bat all about making the experience so warm and friendly for my 3yo daughter. Oh and.... They have the full Nemo cast in their fish tank right as you walk in! What???? She went in for a toothache but we opted to get the comprehensive check up. The whole appt was so smooth and I love that they interacted with my daughter so easily making her interested and have ownership over her oral health. When things got wonky (it's toddlers) they incentivized with little prizes to get her through it. Anyway, safe to say we've found our forever dentist for our kiddos (until 18 they said so... sucks for us grown ups) so long as we live in Fullerton! read more

If I could give Dr. Bhullar and his staff more than 5 stars I would. We drove an hour to get to our appointment, it was worth the drive. My daughter was said to have cavities that needed to be filled, but looking for a second opinion and a more natural approach we were referred to Elevate Kids Dental. Dr. Bhullar took the time to talk with me and was thorough and informative. He was able to provide multiple natural approaches to arrest the decay. More importantly, no need for invasive treatment. As a retired Dental hygienist I understand how difficult it is to find a dentist that is conservative, ethical and truly wants what is best for their patients. After searching for a dentist for my daughter I decided to go with Elevate kids dental, best decision ever. Soon as you walk in you're greeted the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our regular dentist was closed on a day my son had a dental emergency. We ended up going to Elevate Kids Dental and had a phenomenal experience. Dr. B was so patient with my son and answered every single one of his questions. It was so nice to see a dentist that treats kids with respect instead of speaking only to the parents. It's important to me that my kids feel involved in their health decisions, so this was an affirming experience for him. We ended up scheduling a tooth extraction, which took place two days later. On the day of the procedure, everything went according to plan. Dr. B reassured my son during the entire process, keeping him calm and even entertained. The tooth extraction was done in under an hour, and Dr. B called that evening to check in on my son and see if we had any questions. The facility itself is very clean, bright and inviting. Best experience you could ever have at a pediatric dental office! Before finding Dr.Bhullar we went to our own pediatric dentist and he recommended 8 fillings and general anesthesia for our four year old daughter. We wanted a second opinion & I am so grateful we found Dr.B! He saved my daughter from having to go under general anesthesia with his approach to fill cavities with new laser technology. Dr. B & his whole team were amazing. He explained everything to us about cavities & how we could monitor and try to reverse vs ones we should fill. He recommended tips and products that can reverse her cavities so hopefully we never have to fill them. I have a lot of dental phobia and was a little nervous but I felt very comfortable with Dr. Bhullar and how thorough he was. My daughter was awake the whole procedure while watching "Frozen", the procedure was only 45 minutes to fill 5 cavities and she was swimming in the pool a hour later! Candace (office manager) was so kind and helpful with getting our paperwork in order. Our appt included a teeth brushing lesson that used a special dye to find the "sugar bugs" which the kids loved. Dr. B. was so genuine, confident, and calm. The exams were extremely thorough and he even identified a mild lip tie that was never caught by a precious dentist/ pediatrician. One of my kids (5 years old) has major anxiety with new things and we've haven't been successful with getting x-rays. I took my kids there on Tuesday. My son had a toothache last week, and I called the office, the staff tried their best to squeeze us in and see him ASAP. Unfortunately my schedule didn't work with their available times, but they tried their best. We scheduled for this week, upon arrival they had a "welcome" sign with the kid's name on it. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They gave the kids a tour of the facility so they could become comfortable and familiar with it. They explained what each room was for and the tools they used. Of course, the kids asked tons of questions and they answered everyone with of them with a smile. Then they it was time to see the dentist Dr. B. He started off by having a conversation with me and the kids to get to know us a little better and learn about our concerns, oral hygiene etc. He made it very educational for the kids and I. They also asked him a ton of questions, and he answered them all! What a trooper. Overall we had a fantastic experience, they have a very holistic approach, and I personally learned a lot.
