We had a blast for 2hrs at Elevate on a Saturday during midday. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Since we went during Easter weekend, they had hidden eggs around and our kids found one each and redeemed them for prizes- how cool, right? It was a decent size space with plenty of stuff for the kids to do. We have an 8 and 4 year old and both were able to play around and had a great time. The space was clean also, which is nice because you walk around in socks as a spectator and a participant. The virtual jumping game was something I haven't seen at other indoor parks. I've seen virtual games but not like this where they had an image of the jumper on the screen, it was really cool. Brought my son and his friend here to give them something active to do out of the heat. We had socks from another trampoline park, but they require their brand, but they're $3 a pair so it was fine. They pack a lot of things into this space. Rock climbing wall, zip line, foam pits, dodgeball and large sections of trampolines. There was a trampoline/ video game section that was very popular. I really think this place if very fun. My daughter and our kids love it. The food is reasonably priced and pretty good. The staff is nice and the music sets the vibe. The only issue I have with this place is that if you are a minority, your kids might get bullied. It's around 3 different times, different days, that I've seen instances of racism/discrimination from other patrons toward our young ones and it is completely frustrating and heartbreaking. You can let the staff know, they'll review the tapes but nothing much more will happen. I hope they ban these bullies from coming again but they don't. If you or your kids are not YT please watch them closely. If your kid is a racist bully please punish them and don't bring them here anymore. read more

Kids have a lot of fun. Customer service needs improvement. It feels like the employees don't really know what's going on and it's confusing. There was extreme bad service at the front desk. Had to go to the snack bar to ask for help. Even though the kids had a lot of fun it can be dangerous. It's very expensive for what you get out of it. We've been to multiple trampoline parks. This was our favorite. If we didn't live 1500+ miles away, we would be members. The interactive trampoline/video game was the highlight...and a great workout. Loved the zipline, jousting, and the spinning arms that you had to jump over and duck under. After 2 hours, the kids (ages 4, 7, 11) were wiped out, but also wanted to keep going. Please read before booking your PARTY here. While the venue itself is nice, the price you pay for the experience is not worth it. Upon arriving early for our party, I was asked to hand over all of our decorations, gifts, and cake to an employee at the front. We couldn't check in yet, so we had to wait. Once we finally did, we were informed that we wouldn't have access to our party room until after our jump time. This meant our guests had to hold onto their belongings or leave them in the open area for shoes, which felt risky. Our host was responsible for taking our decorations to the room and setting them up for us. Sounds great, right? Unfortunately, not so much. When I went to add a gift to the cart, a staff member told me it was already too full and suggested I hold on to some of my things. As jump time was ending, I asked the host if I should help put up the decorations, and he said yes. I brought simple items: tablecloths, small centerpieces, plates, a banner, and gifts. We ended up having to set everything up ourselves in a shared room with two long tables. When it came time to hang the banner (which I had called in advance to confirm was allowed), one employee started taping it up. Halfway through, she realized she needed bigger tape but decided to use what she had due to time running out. Then, another staff member told us to take it down because banners weren't allowed on the walls. This was confusing since we were only following the lead of their own employee. Our pizza arrived late, and drinks were brought out slowly. To be fair, the host did apologize for forgetting some of our items in the fridge, but the overall service was disappointing. Now for the pricing issues. Before the party, we called to discuss the cost, and the manager explained that adding their membership would give us 30% off the party package, which could be done the day of the event. However, when it came time to settle the bill, they refused to honor this deal, claiming it was not an option. For the premium price we paid, the service was unprofessional and far below our expectations. This was a special event for us, and it was ruined. We didn't confront them on the day because it wasn't the right time during our celebration. However, I did call back to speak to a manager. After a long hold, I was finally connected to someone claiming to be the manager on duty, but they told me to talk to the party coordinator, who wasn't there. When I asked which manager I could speak to, I was informed that the actual manager was on maternity leave, and the employee hung up on me. I called back, hoping it was a mistake, but they put me on hold and never answered. Please think twice before hosting your party here. Our experience was absolutely terrible. read more

This is one of our favorite trampoline places in town. We had my sons birthday here in January and we're really impressed by how they handled everything. We headed back during spring break and loved it just as much. . We ordered a few snacks and drinks and everything was delicious. The staff is so friendly and is constantly walking around to make sure everyone is staying safe. My 7yo loves to come here and run around and burn off energy! There are tons of different activities including air bags, things to balance on, dodgeball area, and things to climb on. The trampolines are set into the floor, so there's not as much of a fall risk as with a backyard trampoline. Great for days when it's too hot to go to the playground! My one complaint is that there are usually kids running amok on the play area floor, I feel like I have to be very vigilant that we don't get run over by a kiddo going at top speed with no responsible adult in sight. There are a few staff members on the play floor, but I've never seen them stop the horseplay. Certainly wouldn't expect too much from teenage employees, but it's really frustrating that parents won't supervise their children properly. read more

The place was packed and there was a seating area at the front for people to sit who were not jumping. There was multiple birthday parties happening and they had employees set up at different parts with a sign that would tell you who's birthday party it was. Recently had a party at Elevate. In the past I have had at least 4 parties here for my kids without issue. Not sure if the place is under new management or just new pricing and bad service now, but our most recent party was a different experience that I wanted to warn others of. The bad: They charged me for my child that was the birthday party kid. The party kid used to be included in the party package price, but now they count the birthday kid against the 10-person guest count at their own party. Just a heads up since this is a change to their previous pricing. Each additional kid added to party used to be $19.99, now it is $35! They tried to charge me for two of the adults at the party. None of the adults at the party were bouncing, and I had to argue with the lady there to take that charge off. The party attendant who was supposed to help our group had to be tracked down to bring our cake out. I had to track him down again to give us forks. He didn't help with handing out drinks, pizza, or cake. I am not sure if this is customary for the attendant to do this- but in the past the party attendant has always actually helped us with the party- and I have ALWAYS tipped them $20 at the end of the party for their assistance. At the end of our party the attendant brought us the bill. He explained that our bill had been paid in full and that I just had to write $0 at the bottom to acknowledge it had been paid in full, this seemed odd to me, but I just wrote $0 at the bottom. I didn't tip him. Again, I reiterate that have tipped the attendant $20 for their help with the party each previous time we have had a party there- and we have had at least 4 parties there. As I was taking the presents out to the car, another girl that worked at Elevate caught up with me at the door and said she needed me to come back in to discuss the bill. This was confusing at best, and frustrating because the attendant for our party said the bill was paid in full. I thought they just charged the extra kids (4 additional beyond the 10 in package) in our party to the same card on file. I had to come back in there and argue with the manager about the extra charges they added to the bill. She charged me an additional $35 for my daughter the birthday kid, fine, but she also tried to charge me $70 for two adults who didn't bounce. We still like Elevate, the kids had fun, and we will be back to bounce - but I will not have another party there after the poor experience from the staff - definitely not worth it! read more

This trampoline park is one of the best in Tucson. It's clean and staff friendly, although the staff does little to nothing at monitoring the play area for disruptive kids. I would feel more at ease and less stressed as a parent of toddlers, if they had 1-2 staff members that would walk and check each play area, acting as supervision and not just cleaning staff. My poor review score comes not from the facility but from the way they handled my membership. I paid for 2 memberships for my kids. We used it for several months and then cancelled when school started back up. Halfway through the year the improved their memberships and we signed up again. We kept them for almost the entire year, but did not go as often when sports started before summer. I cancelled in April '24, I received the confirmation. I was billed for another month in May. Called and got no response back from manager or supervisor. Emailed them, with no response. Disputed the charge on my credit card. CC company said they get 30 days to respond. No response. I got charged again in June '24. I sent another email and called again. I was told a manager would get back to me soon. No response. Waited 15 days and called again and wrote an email. Finally, received an email response that the account was cancelled, that I "should" see a credit refund in 7-10 business days. We'll see, it's still considered a fraudulent charge by my CC company. read more

My kids and I attended an event here, and my first impression was a good one. It is vibrant and full of cool art, the whole facility including bathrooms are clean, the temperature is very cool inside for all the jumping, running and playing and the variety of things to do is plenty. The place is huge so it also doesn't feel packed when playing, no long waits and there's plenty of spectator seating throughout. They offer snack bar type foods and drinks which we got some of and was good. My kids and I had so much fun that we decided to go again the next day, and we had just as great time. There are a couple reasons I can't quite give it a 5-star although it is a great place! I understand that pretty much the whole staff are young kids, for many this may be their first job, so I get it, but I noticed lots of staff congregating in the center of the play floor to chat and joke around for more than a minute or 2, at some points blocking walk ways while they hung out. I feel management should address this issue as they should be observing activity in the trampoline park to ensure safety of guests. I stayed and played with my kids the entire time, so I could watch them, but for parents who let their kids play and rely on the staff to keep it under control, I would caution you to keep an eye on your kids if you have any concerns vs. assuming staff is watching. I did see some staff walking through areas which is good for most of the park, but the specific area where the swing is at should be observed at all times. I seen so many kids almost get taken out by kids on the swings, and from the reviews here, it seems a common concern. If the park won't renovate that area to allow more walking room, then I definitely feel like it should be an area staff is watching at all times to prevent injury. Additionally, the snack bar could use additional people in the area. Both days I went, the snack bar line was very long and wait times were long as there was only 2-3 people working it. This is a new place and overall it was a good experience, I just hope the constructive criticism can be looked at to determine a fix. All-in-all, it is a super fun family place in town to check out and my kids loved it so I do see us returning there. read more

Family, friends, and even fellow gym rats... this is the place to go. It's a great activity that many people don't think about. I went there today as a fun way to spend my cardio day. My girlfriend and I truly forgot how much fun we used to have jumping on trampolines in our childhood. It was very supervised and cleaned as people were wiping down the mats and redoing the Velcro constantly. The staff was very polite and welcoming as well. Definitely might be getting a membership as for only $24.99 I can finally enjoy my cardio days. Lastly, this place is for all ages so don't be worried that you may be judged as us older people just have to take little breathing breaks lol. All around an amazing place. I was ready to book a party for 15 kids at a cost of $425. I can imagine all the kids would have a great time. Then I found out that if you want the one and only private "VIP" party room, there is an additional $150 fee. If you don't pay the added expense you will be in the same party room with up to 4 additional parties at the same time. There are no seats available for the parents in the common party room. (This is not disclosed anywhere on their website. I really feel this is a bait and switch - just a way to get an additional $150 out of parents wanting to have a special party for the kids.) That's over $38 a kid!! $575 - that's an awful lot for just over 2 hours entertainment for 7 year old. read more

Elevate had an event for kids 8-14 called the lock down, where kids can play under staff supervision with out parents being there.... I bought my daughter a ticket for 30$ and she was able to get a pizza and soda.... But what she also got was terror. She was bullied by a girl that chased her around and told her she was in punishment. Held my daughter down and told her she was going to end her blood line. My daughter was so frightened she didn't say anything to anyone until she got home with me. She felt so unsafe and is traumatized from this event. She said she had to buy snacks just so she could be prevented from going into the jumping area so she didn't have to face her terrorizer. The kids where not supervised at all, and I can't believe my daughter had to endure this. The staff was understanding but I didn't even get a response. No money back and just a sorry.
