We've been to multiple trampoline parks. This was our favorite. If we didn't live 1500+ miles away, we would be members. The interactive trampoline/video game was the highlight...and a great workout. Loved the zipline, jousting, and the spinning arms that you had to jump over and duck under. After 2 hours, the kids (ages 4, 7, 11) were wiped out, but also wanted to keep going. Next time!

The middle thing spin around and the kids had to dodge it.

This place is awesome! My Kids are 14+ and they had a great time. A ton of different interactive games and activities. They place was super clean and they had a blast!

    Trampoline fun!

I took some kids to another trampoline park in another area in Tucson, and it was very old and not very pleasant. I found Elevate and, wow, what a difference. It is bright, energetic, and clean. I am looking forward to getting a pass for my daughter during summer break and maybe making a birthday party here.

This is one of our favorite trampoline places in town. We had my sons birthday here in January and we're really impressed by how they handled everything. We headed back during spring break and loved it just as much. . We ordered a few snacks and drinks and everything was delicious. The staff is so friendly and is constantly walking around to make sure everyone is staying safe. It was a Saturday so it was a bit hectic, but there was plenty of space for everyone and didn't feel too squished. We will definitely be back again soon!

Had tons of fun with my toddler at Elevate! Tons of fun activities for her to do! I was even able to enjoy all the things along side her!

My grandson loves it. Great place for a kids birthday party. The kids are entertained and you don't have to plan games or anything.

Lots of kids running around, they should have a limit to how many people they let in.

I dont like going to places where you have to pay just to "observe". They always have great music playing. Smart to have water fountains for patrons to stay hydrated without having to pay extra just for water. Music choice is always superb and awesome to listen to while watching the kiddos enjoy themselves. I haven't tried one yet but I like that they also offer massage chairs so the parents can enjoy themselves too. I appreciate all the hand sanitizer stations on the floor. The employees here are pretty observant and have great attitudes. There's nothing wrong with this place in my opinion but if I could make a recommendation, perhaps adding more options to the snack counter. Other than that I enjoy coming here. They also have a lot of cool discounts on specific days which is nice.

These employees need to be better trained and should not be calling kids slurs or saying things about drinking and driving, smoking and slurs while working around children, this is unacceptable. I only gave this 2 stars because there is a lovely lady and she has always been very kind and respectful. Please hire more people like her, and fire people like the young man.

To accompany us, I brought my mother who didn't quite know what to except- honestly none of us did. When we entered, there was a sign which directed us to watch a safety video and to fill out an electronic consent form. The process was quick even though there was a line. After this process, you move around to the front of the desk where you can pay. There are a variety of jumping specials depending on the day and you can purchase time from one hour up. We were greeted by an extremely kind employee who you could just tell was friendly. He spoke about Get Air like he loved his job which I could tell by his enthusiasm. We ended up purchasing three jumping bands (2 kids and myself) and my mom was a spectator. (She needed a bracelet but she was free.) There were plenty of places to jump and even an obstacle course. My mom also had plenty of places to sit and I just add- the place was incredibly clean. So clean, it smelt like the inside of a carwash- in a good way. We will definitely be back- lots of options for the family and places to chill if you need it.

This is not a place for older kids, and it can get extremely busy all of a sudden. When they do get busy they often do not have enough staff to man the front counter and the stations, especially the climbing area, which causes long lines slows down participation big time resulting in wasted time. Often during spring break there was only one staff member running that whole climbing area. One thing that I cannot stand as a parent is that they require you to purchase and wear their propriety grip socks. C'mon. Grip socks are grip socks and we have a whole drawer full of grip socks from different places we've been over the years. I've never been to a place where they care which grip socks you are wearing. But if you can't find their branded socks for each kid and adult then you have to purchase another pair just to participate even if you have a handful of viable grip socks. The only mention of it online is when you go to book a date they through it on the screen all of a sudden. It's says you have to have wild Katz grip socks but doesn't exclusively say you can only use their socks. It's just dumb. Lava Island off of River Road and Orange Grove does not have that policy and is also much more suitable for both older and younger kids! This would be a solid 4 star place for younger kids if not for the hit or miss staffing causing lines and the grip sock nonsense!
