We have recently gone to lava island for the first time while attending a birthday party. The space is so big, very clean, and the staff was very kind. We love this place and have been here a few times. This time was not much different other than having an issue with the cafe. I ordered a pizza for my kids and their friends and French fries. When my number was called I went up there and saw my order on the counter but went to refill my drink (this took 30 seconds) and when I came back to the counter my pizza was gone but the fries were there. That means the woman who was walking up to the counter when I walked past (for 30 seconds) took my pizza. I asked the girls about it and they said they would call my number again when it was ready. After going back to ask what was going on a few times, it got to the 1 hour mark after ordering food. I went back to ask and what happened and make sure they were actually remaking the pizza. They had no idea to do that, they just kept telling me they'll call my number. They said they would make it and apologized but it took another 20-30 minutes to get my pizza. I highly highly recommend they hire another staff member that is checking ticket numbers when it comes to the food pickup. Clearly some people don't have common morals and will just take your food when their number isn't called. No one checks ticket numbers after calling it out on the loudspeaker. I had a big group of kids with me who were starving and waited such a long time just for some pizza. If they're not going to let us bring in food (especially when staying there almost all day like 6-7 hours with the all day pass) then do something about the organization of that cafe counter. Especially when it gets busy. I brought my friend and told her such good things about this place but that was a bad first impression. I'll be back but I'm going to have to stand at the counter and run for my food like hunger games when they call the number unless they place someone there to specifically check tickets when picking up. Also to note I do not blame the girls working. I understand that once they hit complete on that ticket it probably disappeared. This place has EVERYTHING! It has a trampoline park, "rock" climbing, tricycle round about, and indoor playground areas for all ages. The price to get in is more affordable than most places that are just indoor playgrounds. It's $22 for all day admission for a child and $11 for an adult, all day as well. It has party rooms and a food concessions area with made to order food. However, just go here for the fun, not the food. My experience with the food concessions area was not good. I ordered at 12:59pm and didn't receive my order until 1:40pm. I watched as the milkshake and my basket of chicken tenders sat there for half an hour, just waiting for my daughter's flatbread pizza. By the time I got, the milkshake was melted, the chicken tenders and fries were cold, and the flatbread cheese pizza had very little cheese on it. My daughter didn't like it and forewent the meal to go play more, as I sat eating my cold tenders and fries. I believe this experience would've been better if I could've received my shake and tenders as they came out. It was a shame watching it sit on the counter for that long. The flavor was there, but the temperature of the food made it unenjoyable. In terms of the play equipment--lots of fun. Mostly clean. I think there was one area that I may have seen smeared feces at the little kids area (not the toddlers area). Everywhere else was clean and fun to climb around. I even went in with my daughter through some of it. It is VERY loud, though. If you have kids with sensitivities to loud noises, find someplace else. The kids scream so loud in here. The tricycle place is so dangerous. I believe there's too many. Kids don't wear shoes in there, so I saw a bunch of kids feet and toes being hurt (even my own). Also, they don't regulate the age of kids that can go on the tricycles. So many times, I saw grown high school girls riding on them, recording themselves on their phones for social media, and running the littles off their tricycles. They need someone to monitor this area alone. Also, the air bag area should be monitored constantly by a staff member as well to get kids off the air bag after they've jumped. Too many times when I visited, some kids remained at the jump zone, keeping other kids from jumping and clogging up the line. Serious injuries could also happen here if there's ever an impatient child who decides to jump when there's still a kid lying at the landing zone. During our visit, I saw a possible three year old get their head jumped on by a teenager girl who wasn't aware that the toddler was on the landing zone when she jumped. He was visibly hurt. read more

I booked a party for my daughter here a few days ago. They have a promotion on the website that states that when you book a party, (including down payment) then you receive two free day passes. My daughter wanted to go play today and I assumed that, as the promotion stated, we could get in using our free passes. We were denied. they have now backtracked on their posted promotion and are saying we can't use them until after the party has taken place. I thought false advertising was illegal? Anyway, this is only an issue because I just started a new job and money is tight right now, but they were insistent and unsympathetic. read more

Huge play area with tunnels, slides, rock walls, obstacles, trampolines and foam pits. Lots of things to do for kids of all ages, although can be nerve wracking if you can't find your child for a while. Can be on the pricier side if you have a bigger family. Standard food/snack options of pizza, fries, chicken tenders, etc. although we waited about 25 minutes for our number to be called and never heard it. When I went up to the counter to inquire they said they had called for us already - understandable, the dining area is large and loud. However when I went back up to the counter a minute later to ask for extra ranch I overheard the staff making fun of my situation. Nice read more

It's great that this place is not so crowded like WildKats. My small child has been able to explore majority of the areas due to the small amount of other children around. The new items and clean facility makes me feel good about my child not getting sick due to germs. This location can improve with an annual/bi-annual admission pass, free WiFi for paying guests, and not charge everyone just because they're inside. read more

Found this location on Yelp and did see the reviews but I always like to try out locations myself before I see the reviews. The toddler area was amazing and very clean. The whole location was very clean as well. They have a huge jungle gym area for older kids and jumping trampolines as well. Can't wait to go back. read more

The place is nice and clean since it's so new. But I don't fully understand why they charge for adults since they are not playing. This is why I am giving this place this score. Staff is nice. And for how busy the food court is, they got the food out pretty fast. And it's basic pizza, fries, corn dogs, etc type food. They really should only charge for the people who are playing. read more

The good - Lots of fun for kids and adults The Bad - It's far too easy for kids to get confused and lost or taken. As we were leaving the facility, there was a lone child coming in the door with a band on his wrist crying that he couldn't find his Mother, saying that she was at the "restaurant" and had simply walked out by himself to try and find her. Very clean and a lot of actives for the kids, however charging the parents an "entrance fee " per adult is kind of ridiculous. Especially since the children need adult supervision. This adds an additional cost that to me not worth it or necessary. read more

The kids love coming here, but it seems like I have a problem every time I come. They have no way to look you up. If you can't find your release in your email and I have been here many times so I had to sign all the kids up again. The only options are paying for one hour or all day and the adult supervising has to pay also. My grandkids love coming here but like I said there seems to be a problem every time. I would really recommend elevate which is nearby. They are cheaper, do not charge for adults to supervise and they have much better food. read more

This business charges parents/grandparents for accompanying their kids while the kids play. I have restrictive health issues and cannot use their equipment but I needed to help supervise my grandchildren. They would not allow me to enter without paying. Their staff and manager could not explain what I was getting in return for paying. Others were gaining access to the equipment for payment, however, I would not have received any goods or services for my payment. Very poor business model, especially because every single competitor in town allows parents to enter without paying, if they do not wear the wrist band and do not use the equipment. Bad policy and inferior staff that can't explain it. I didn't enter and never will. read more

Amazing place!!!! it huge, the staff/management is amazing everyone is just happy to be there. I think 20 for the whole day is pretty great especially when there is a ton for them to do and truly keep them busy all day I 100% recommend the food isn't crazy expensive either, so totally win will be our new spot FORSURE. read more
