Poor customer service. I had to call three times before my scheduled appointment to make sure all of my records were transferred over and that my insurance information was provided (so they could verify coverage for services). I also confirmed on all three calls, the purpose for my visit and asked them to call both of my policies to see if the services would be covered. They only performed one of the two services scheduled and I spent close to three hours in the office. The front desk never called my insurance. Since my appointment was on a Sunday, they claim they couldn't verify and I would have to pay in full. I paid. The front desk assured me she would call the insurance company and then call me the next day to let me know if it was covered or not. If it was covered she assured me I would be reimbursed immediately (although she did tell me it was not likely to be covered). I never got a call. As it turns out, it was covered. My insurance paid them and they have not called or reimbursed me. They also took my xrays even though I had them done two weeks before at a different office (part of the records that were sent over). The office was clean and nicely decorated. The doctor himself and the technician were very nice, informative and did a good job. I was also excited that they were open on some Sunday's. HoweveI'm extremely disappointed with their administrative staff. Front desk needs more training and better customer service skills. I would also appreciate a refund. 8/31/20 The office just called and apologized for their error. I will update again after the error has been corrected and I've had my second appointment. I do appreciate the call, it's unfortunate that it was in response to my negative review. read more

I've been a client of theirs since they opened years ago. When they first opened, they were not only friendly, but they were very thorough. Teeth cleaning took a reasonable amount of time and was always done using tools as well as the water pic. Had problems with a crown that had to be reset several times, which also included some grinding. Why were adjacent teeth ground to provide a good fit was beyond me. My wife has had numerous problems as well in the last two years. The last several times the cleaning of my teeth took less than 20 minutes, which I thought was unusual. The staff has changed numerous times and I never really had the same hygienist in the last two years. Again, the owners are friendly, but find that concerns and care of the client has dropped. read more

I've always dreaded going to the dentist as a kid so I was skeptical coming in, but so glad I decided with Elevated Smiles for my dental work. I needed a cleaning and exam same day and called around many dental offices near by but all were booked for another week-month. Thankfully, Jodi at the front desk was able to have me seen with Dr. Luu within an hour. Elevated Smiles has such a cute ocean/terrarium theme. Everything is very organized and clean. The staff was super friendly, gave me a tour of their super sterile work space and introduced me to their brand new modern and efficient equipment. The staff also informed me their x-ray machine exposes significantly lower radiation than older machines which is a plus for me. There are also flatscreen TVs to enjoy while getting your teeth cleaned. Dr. Luu was very informative, friendly, and answered all questions I had. I have to tell you if your looking for a New Dentist or just want a change of pace, look no further. I went back to Elevated Smiles for my routine check up. Here's the scoop, as I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist before I could say I had an appointment Amber came around the counter and asked if I would like a beverage. Then we talked a minute, the assistant came to escort me to my room. Once in the room I was offered a pillow, beverage, and or a blanket. Then the assistant put my favorite show on as she remembered from my last visit. The office always has the best music playing. The doctor came in and as always Dr. Saw was great, she has a soft touch and my cleaning was a good one. I was so happy to see the entire staff once again. The greatest part of the visit was I felt like family. I even forgot I was having my cleaning. As always never a wait time. Greeted as I walked in and seated right away. The office looks wonderful. Have a look for your self. The office was spotless, warm inviting and alway a happy place to visit. I have never wanted to visit my dentist so much. Thanks a million for my smile! read more

Let me just start with that both Dr. Luu & Dr. Saw are AMAZING, and they are without a doubt the best dentists that I have ever experienced!!! If you don't read any further, just book an appointment and experience first hand for yourself. Within the first few moments of your initial visit you can tell that this practice is more than just McDentistry trying to herd patients through as quick as possible. The doctors here actually take the time to explain all your options and their approach & philosophy with to your treatment. Their work and attention to detail is second to none, their facility state of the art, and they are open on Sunday. If that weren't enough they have coffee and Netflix ready at your fingertips, this is the thoughtfulness & awareness that is just quite lacking with other dental providers. My wife, mother, father, sons, and I are very pleased with the care and quality of treatment that we have received here, and we will continue to be loyal customers for many more years to come. This week I had a broken tooth and needed a crown. They got me in the next morning and took care of it. After all this people have put me through for the past 3 years, I have now gone to yet another dentist, 4 to be exact thus far and once again even this new dentist found the same identical mistakes and poor work done to my teeth by this thieves, both of them are thieves. I spent over 3,000 dollars at his place as explained before and have nothing to show for except continue to pay this money to my C/C. This new dentist found that the work he did or better didn't do, the root-canal that he refused to re-do for me still needs to be redone, the two crowns that he placed in my mouth are even by this new dentist standard, again the 4th dentist I've seen to get more information on this thief of a dentist, told me once again how poorly made these crowns are and that I will definitely need to have them replaced because they are so poorly made. I also had this thief made me a night guard, a night guard that after this dentist looked at told me not to ever wear again, it's hard as a rock and not good for my teeth, it shouldn't be hard at all but soft, and it only protects the back teeth but has no protection for my front teeth that I grind as well as the rest of my teeth at night, this is another expense that I paid for and I now have to throw in the trash. I am telling you people, be very aware of this dentist, he is a thief, and along with his wife will make you believe that what they do is not just legit but the best service you'll ever receive. They are liars and thieves, do not let them steal your money. I am not only in debt right now because of them, but I have to re-do my teeth as if they were never done, everything they did was done wrong and they basically ruined my teeth. Four dentist now I've gone to and without even saying anything at first, I just had them look at my teeth and waited to hear what they thought, and all of them have told me the same thing, all of them, that my teeth were done wrong, I have to basically re-do everything that these thieves have done to me, and very poor quality crowns. The last dentist after having had these crowns from this dentist done over 2 years ago now, he couldn't believe that I have been chewing on these teeth for over two years and how badly the crowns are and how poorly they were filed, basically I have been biting on these teeth as the dentist explained to me as if I were biting down on sand paper, that's how badly they were grinding down on my bottom teeth. The dentist filed them for me so that I could chew better but there isn't anything he can do unless I want to spend a lot of money to have these crowns replaced and thanks to this thief, I don't have the money right now to do so. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES PEOPLE. I AM TELLING YOU, YOU WILL REGRET HAVING ANY WORK DONE BY THEM EVENTUALLY, UNLESS OF COURSE YOU CAN AFFORD A LAWYER, THAN I SUGGEST YOU TAKE THEM TO COURT AND TEACH THEM A LESSON THAT THEY WILL NEVER FORGET. I selected this office as my new dentist on my new DHMO plan due to them being open on weekends. I am a provider in a medical environment also and as a result am unable to make typical weekday appointments. I had a Tuesday off which I thought would be a good day to establish my care with them. Since their hours are advertised 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and open on Sundays I did not think this would be a problem. After talking to their front office person I was told I could have neither a Tuesday nor a Sunday appointment. Tuesdays are their administrative days and they do not see patients (not mentioned anywhere on their website or my plan's website) and they will not see an HMO patient on a Sunday as the insurance must be verified on the day of the appointment. Why not verify the insurance on a Friday afternoon? It's not going to change over the weekend. My issue is that their website is misleading in terms of hours of operation. Also, I would be interested to know if this dentist is in agreement with his/her front office's handling of the situation. I know I would be furious if my front office turned away four new patients (myself and family) and potentially a lot of revenue for not being willing to accommodate one of the four patient's needs. Oh well, the search for a new dentist continues. read more

They were very helpful and great at allowing me to feel comfortable during my experience. They want to extract as much money out of their clients as they can wring. I tried becoming a new patient and before I could event hit the chair for a cleaning they informed me they wanted to do detailed x-rays and since my insurance would only cover every 3 years I would be charged out of pocket cost. After understanding there were other x-rays they can take multiple times a year and be covered and that the full x-rays could be covered again by my next 6 month appointment I asked the receptionist if they could be flexible and do them next time as I was not suffering from any pain nor did I have any cavities or prior dental problems. The dentist who was listening in the background interjected, "New Patient, Full X-Rays, No Exceptions!" flipped closed his notebook and walked away. I asked if my only options were to cover this unexpected expense or wait 3 months for it to be covered again and the receptionist shrugged and said yes. I talked to my wife who had her appointment the week prior to find out that since it was covered for her, they charged the insurance for the full x-rays, but that when the hygienist came in, she even commented that it was odd that my wife was ordered the full x-rays but the assistant didn't do them. You can bet they charged the insurance for it though. They even surprised my wife with a charge for fluoride as she attempted to check out, saying insurance wouldn't cover it and two weeks later called back and said whoops, they did cover it. They are there to rake in the money, and their preferred customers have the pocketbook to not question all the extra charges they try to heap on you. I am glad that I walked out despite the waste of my time and we will not be back. read more

Absoutely the best experience you can have at the dentist- the offices are easy to find, lovely, and the staff is incredible. They fit me right in for an emergency issue. Dr. Brad Wilson was a clear communicator- very compassionate and kind- and worked to have my crown fitted that same day. They think about the comfort of their patients- and have headphones and music to help pass the time. Emily Wilson spent about an hour cleaning my teeth- I was able to get a cleaning, needed x-rays, and my crown procedure all in the same day. I can't recommend this practice enough! read more

I've been going to Elevated Smiles for about 3 years and I can't be more satisfied. Dr. Saw is very kind, meticulous in her work and explains everything well. I had few old crowns crack and she was able to see quickly and fix it promptly. I love that they have a machine that makes crowns right there, so you can be done in one appointment, in few hours. Dr. Saw also does cosmetic work and she was able to fix few small cosmetic things for me for not a lot of money. I highly recommend this office! I had treatment over a month ago and left doing a review to make sure my mouth/teeth felt healthier in general. If I can help it, I will never go to another dentist other than this one again. One of my greatest fears, I've always had as a kid, has been going to the dentist. The thought of going to the dentist would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. After having an awful experience a long time ago, I had been dreading and putting it off for years. That is until I found this place. This place, I can genuinely say has made me feel SO MUCH more comfortable with the thought of having to go to the dentist. I was able to get all the treatment I needed in ONE DAY and felt better after having extensive treatment after only 2 days. PERFECT in time for my wisdom teeth removal I had 3 days after the dental work. The area is incredibly clean with a very modern look and feel to it. There are TV's to help calm you and every member of staff I met was so friendly. Dr Saw, Jodi, Cynthia.... These are the women YOU WANT to be taking care of your mouth. My gums were bleeding for MONTHS, and the FIRST DAY after I come home after the treatment, was the first time I had been able to brush/pick at my teeth with no problems and haven't had any since. I love their dental hygenists. What I don't love is that I rarely see the dentists themselves but even worse is their accounting. I'm always having to pay additional after the fact even thought I ask after every visit to pay any co-pays, I continue to see bills asking for money after the fact. You'd think that after a while this would stop. It gets to the point where I begin to question their billing practices. read more

My son (4) and I had our first visit with Dr. Saw and Elevated Smiles, and I cannot say enough positive things. First, I am incredibly picky with my dentists. I grew up having my mom as my dentist for 26 years. She also was our sons dentist. I had a negative experience with another dentist, so was apprehensive trying a new place. Dr. Saw was AWESOME! She was kind, informative, and presented a treatment plan with options. She put me at ease, and Bryce had a good time too. She is great with kids.
