When I asked about Terminal 3, he told me it was my fault that he only stops at Terminal 2 due to construction and basically said it was my problem. For not hearing him. When we got to the International Terminal, I asked for my bag so I could get back to Terminal 3, and that's when he realized he'd actually left it on the curb at Terminal 2. We had to go back, and luckily the bag was still sitting there. For a $30 ride, this was not the experience I expected. If they are not stopping at a terminal just need to be very clear in the announcements and on their app/website.
