New favorite coffee spot! And since the quarantine, they've added online ordering so you can grab and go! I live for the lavender latte and recently I tried their apple pie latte! They are both so good! I hope those flavors will remain permanent but honestly I like all their seasonal flavors. If you are a coffee junkie and have a real appreciation for Java, this is your spot. They also offer cold brews, drip coffee, matcha, some teas and more! Check out the menu for yourself! And they're the only local coffee shop in Carrollwood! Disappointed. Drove 30 minutes out of our way for breakfast and coffee but left without either. The server said he couldn't make any hot foods because he was by himself even though we were the only customers to be served. The "fresh" homemade baked goods were sparse and looked old. Elevation Coffee Roasters is a nice coffee shop, brand new to the Carrollwood area. The staff is extremely friendly and personable. The shop has a nice inviting vibe to it when you walk in, as it is tidy yet inviting. Elevation's coffee is delicious. Their roasts are perfectly blended, an excellent cup of coffee. As President Teddy Roosevelt said about some other roaster, "It's good til' the last drop." My Americano this morning was good til' the last drop and left my tastebuds begging for more. This is good coffee and would make TR take back his words and replace them with "Elevation Coffee Roasters - good til' the last drop." The food here is great too, I had one of their coffee cakes - absolutely delicious and freshly made. This went great with the Americano. I look forward to trying more of Elevation Coffee Roasters delights in the future. What I appreciated more than the coffee and cake ( and this was a lot) was the sense of community that this independent coffee shop has. This hidden gem is located in a shopping plaza in the heart of Northdale Blvd. Well worth the drive! I had the cold brew and it was super smooth with no bitter aftertaste. Merchandise and Ground/Whole bean coffee available to be purchased by the bag. What makes their coffee unique is how it's roasted. Drum roasted is a process I am unfamiliar with but it highlights sweetness and emphasizes acidity. I cannot wait to come back and try more of their roasts. read more

I came here because I wanted to find a local coffee shop in north Tampa/ Carrollwood area and found this one on Yelp and came here the other day. I also like that the inside of this place is updated and trendy. I got a cold brew sweetened with milk and it was delicious and just what I wanted. My boyfriend got the nitro cold brew and said it was very good as well. He also got a cookie dough donut which was very good but very sweet. The workers were super helpful as well.
