On moving day, the movers arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and were very thorough and efficient. Any question I had Russell and his partner (forgot his name) were quick to help out and made things easy for me so I could focus on other things. If I had to make one minor note, it would be that they aren't able to take their shoes off when inside, which is understandable given how often they went in and out of the house, and how much that would slow them down. Two hours from start to finish. They (two men) moved all my stuff from a bedroom to my new studio apartment in under the three hour minimum--but that's okay. With the truck rental it was $437 total. These guys--the do not milk the clock. They move with speed, putting everything in these huge 60" x 24" boxes, except for the furniture. EVERYTHING gets wrapped like a palette 360 degrees around. I just stayed out of their way, and within one hour they had everything loaded up. They brought a 24' truck, which was bigger than I expected. The drive was 30 minutes to my new place and unloading took about 45 minutes. They had me sign a standard moving contract, and I absolutely appreciate the 10% military discount, and another 3% for paying cash. FANTASTIC, could not say one thing bad. They are very careful with my stuff. Absolutely recommended.

They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. They dumped boxes in the carport when they were clearly marked for the house. They put clearly marked boxes in the wrong rooms. They failed to reassemble a bed after they've taken it apart. They gouged walls as they moved around the house. They damaged the concrete front steps with their dolly. Each day as we unpack we discover more problems. Boxes labeled fragile beneath a heavy box of books. More boxes dumped on the wrong floor of the house. On the day the crew loaded the truck, one of the two locked himself into a bathroom (which still needed to be packed) for a half hour and wouldn't respond when we asked him to finish his business and get out. Moving is stressful enough without having to monitor movers and their every action. You trust they'll do a competent job and only find out they didn't after you pay the final bill and they drive off to the next job.

Despite a long day of heavy lifting, they always had big smiles and were genuinely pleasant to work with. These guys are strong as oxen and never slowed down. It was a 12 hour day!! Nothing was broken or damaged, and there were no surprises with the bill. I especially appreciated their straightforward pricing structure with a fixed travel charge rather than the vague "from our location" fees that can vary wildly depending on traffic.
