Rating: -6. The WORST. No one will help you here. I went here with my friend who is an assistant to a gentleman who is remodeling his kitchen. We walked in knowing exactly which tiles to order and how many square feet that we needed. My friend had the credit card out, ready to make the purchase. The finely-dressed employee didn't even acknowledge our presence. We stood at the front desk for 10-12 minutes while he made several phone calls, giving us the "Ugh just wait, okay???" pointed finger. We asked another woman to write up our order and she said, "No, he will take care of you." Nah. Definitely don't go here-- especially when there are sixteen other tile stores in the vicinity. read more

What a bunch of Crooks!!! Although they have it on the bottom of their receipt that returns are subject to 30% SUR-CHARGE , they would not accept few damaged stone . Staff and the manager are rude and not cooperative. Their must be lots of other stores that are honest and professional to deal with. read more

Karina! She is my girl!! Wow I can't stop raving about how amazing she is and how amazing this store is. I stumbled across this place while visiting a place near by. Right of the bat Karina acknowledged me when I walked in and was kind enough to help me put designs together for my 3 bathrooms. She gave me great feedback on which products are suitable for my space. I feel like I'm getting a 2 for 1 deal because I get my tile but I also get design services. She seems to be the best one there because she had several clients waiting to work with her but she is worth the wait. This store has a great selection and price points. I've been to International Tile & Stone twice now and both times we were widely ignored and we ended up leaving without being acknowledged or helped in any way shape or form. First, let me say that I did a LOT of research to make sure that we got our flooring done just right. It was the only really big update we needed to do to our condo when we purchased it. We wanted to use Italian tiles throughout the house a dark, chocolate brown shade. The condo has custom work with a strong attention to detail. The challenge with the tile in the house was that it was maple. In addition to looking like a basketball court, it was hard to sand it down evenly due to the light color. You don't want to sand it down too much but, if it's not even, the stain doesn't take uniformly. A gentleman named Henry knew and explained all of this so that we understood the scope of the job. He also helped make recommendations about how to paint everything to meet our desired aesthetic and which tiles he would use. I spoke to several different tile companies for estimates before deciding to purchase from International including Lowes. I chose them because his pricing was the fairest for the highest quality of tiles without feeling like I was being gauged. Also, if they didn't have it Henry was very honest and up front of when exactly they could get it. He also spent a lot of time to make sure both my wife and I saw many samples to choose exactly what we wanted. The store team did a great job, particularly given a tight time schedule. I mention all of this not so someone can take advantage of that behavior, but because it was the amazing customer service that made using Henry and Interantional Tile a great experience and why I would recommend this business to anyone. They stand by their work and have the pride of ownership you want in a store. read more

Our entire construction process has been a frustrating mess. One delay after another. One problem after another. On a whim, I popped into International Tile to see their selection. I was pleasantly surprised at the vast selection but what surprised me the most was how informative and helpful the sales associate, Anthony, was. He walked me through exactly what I needed and provided well suggested input to help me choose the tile I needed to finish my project. I called today because I needed my tile expedited and he was even more helpful to have it ready to be picked up two days before I needed. He was very patient and understanding of our situation and helped us tremendously in figuring out exactly what would work for our home and our needs. If not for Martin, I would give this place ZERO stars. I placed a large tile order with Martin and picked it up myself without much trouble. However, when I placed an order with Byron for a few extra pieces of the same tile just weeks later, all hell broke loose! First, the order was not placed AT ALL, then it was placed incorrectly, and THEN we drove in to pick it up TWO TIMES before it was discovered the tile was sent to the wrong location! Finally, MJ, the manager, got involved and told me the tile would be delivered the next day to my home before 1pm. As my tile guys stood around waiting for the delivery at 12:30, it became apparent the tile was not coming. We called and were told (by BYRON) that the tile was not being delivered and that we were never told it would be. WHAT??? Did I dream up my meeting with MJ?? When I tried to get MJ on the phone she was "unavailable" despite my seven messages left in one day (what kind of a manager goes to lunch for hours on end without returning phone calls????). In the end, I had to send one of my tile guys, at my additional expense, to go an pick up the tile. UNBELIEVABLE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE - Plenty of other options right near by! Totally bad experience. I trusted the tile would look like the store sample. Got the tile home and it looked nothing like the sample in the store. We asked how much the restocking fee was before we made the purchase and we were told 20%. Returned the tile and took a 30% hit. We were straight up lied to. Service was great until we paid. After that good luck getting any help. I told them I planned on picking up the grout Saturday, too bad they were closed. They didn't even look to see how off they tiles were. That's when I new I wasn't going to purchase any more tile from them. No apology offered, not even a sorry. I can deal with the restocking fee but the way they handled the return was rude. My advice is to buy ONE box of tile and open it up before you leave OR just try a more legit tile store. read more

One word that sums up International Tile is "Professional"! These guys helped me out right from when I walked into the building. I was referred to this company from a friend of mine. I first looked at the reviews and saw some negative reviews but the owner took responsibility and made an attempt to make the situation right which showed me a lot about the company. I went in and was greeted and helped in a timely manner. They gave me a thorough break down of all the materials and advised me on what I needed to finish my project. We went here by way of friend referral and it was a good one. For us and probably most people, the world of tiles/flooring can be overwhelming with choices. MJ (our salesperson) was very patient and extensive in showing us what we could do. She didn't try to oversell us on the expensive stuff, it was really about helping us make choices that we would be happy with for a long time. I came into this store not knowing what kind of tile I wanted for my bathroom but Karina (she's the tall salesperson) was sooo helpful! She helped me pick out some really nice tile that was within my budget (the cheaper $ the better! Am I right?!) she took care of my order from start to finish and everything went great! I had checked out the tile next door to this place and let me tell u, I couldn't get anyone to help me! And when I finally did get someone attention the sales guy was trying to make me purchase tile that was way out of my budget! Thank God for international tile and for Karina! Im actually surprised to see the comments ppl made. I think one of the guy even wrote on the wrong page for an Intl Tile elsewhere. :/ My experience was actually awesome. Im remodeling my bathroom so I decided to go on Sherman Way since thats the "Tile Row". I went into most of the stores there but Intl Tile was the only place that actually caught my eyes. Its huge and they have soo much to look at. Parking was good although I had to wait a bit when leaving because of a delivery truck. I figured since I dont need much tile I wasnt going to get the service ppl would get when purchasing $$$$. I was wrong. They took care of me the whole time. The guy that helped me was Dante (handsome xD). Everyone seemed very polite and eager to help. Other stores they didnt even bother to get up to help. I give you guys 2 THUMBS UP!
