It seemed like they were the only ones opened. It was right before Labor Day. Well, this store was not only opened, but had a great selection of in stock tiles which is what we needed. We got 400 ft.² of oak looking tile flooring. They had exactly what we were looking for at a closeout price. Our tile installer was able to pick it up the following business day. Andy gave us great customer service. We will be purchasing more tiles for other projects.

We argued over the phone for 20 minutes for $150 worth of tile that they should've replaced. Instead of saying, hey, it DOES look off color and we'll give you another piece to fix it. Those cheapskates decided to keep arguing with me, hence the one star review. Just be forewarned if you decide to do business with these folks. Everything is great with them until it's not great. When it's not great, "it's your fault and here's why".
