I highly recommend Elite Appliances - they have wonderful product selection, more than fair pricing and exceptional personnel! I recently purchased a condo in Minnesota and began a complete renovation, having moved home after years of relocations for my career. Being aware of supply chain issues, I wanted to order appliances sooner rather than later and after considerable research I decided to go with Fisher & Paykel. I needed an appliance bundle: fridge, oven, cooktop, dishwasher and microwave and I had identified individual F&P models that I wanted. In addition, I wanted a wine fridge. I first went to a local appliance store who carried the F&P line to obtain an estimate / quote. Since I was ordering an entire appliance bundle, I asked if they could provide some type of discount. I received a resounding "no" and was told the manufacturers would not allow them to discount pricing. It sounded a bit suspicious to me, so of course I turned to the internet. It was easy to find a variety of appliance providers willing to ship to MN. Specifically, I found the oven I wanted at a very low price at Elite Appliances' "Designer Home Surplus" website. I called to ask if there was anything wrong with the oven and why it was priced so low. I was completely reassured so I asked about the other appliances on my wish list and sure enough, they were able to order them. Better yet, they were more than happy to offer me a discount. My salesperson, Jeff Evans, was super helpful. Once the appliances were ready to ship, the customer support team took over. Again, wonderful communication from the support team on when I should expect delivery and what to do upon delivery, including inspecting all of the appliances within a period of 7 business days. We inspected all the boxes / packaging upon delivery and opened any box / package that looked damaged or opened. Unfortunately we did not open the cooktop package because it looked pristine. We weren't ready to install the appliances yet, so the cooktop box was left unopened. Finally nearly a month later, we opened the cooktop box and to our horror, we discovered the ceramic top was broken. I contacted Elite and sent pictures and explained that we hadn't opened the box immediately because it didn't look to have any damage. Rather than tell me I was outside the inspection period and too bad for me, they went right to work to get me a replacement. Today I received the replacement and it was in perfect condition! I have purchased a Viking oven, Viking cooktop, Viking griddle, Viking dishwasher, Samsung washer, and a dryer since Nov. 2013. Russell K. was my salesman and is fabulous! My first cooktop arrived cracked and was sent back. Kevy contacted me immediately, but this was terrible! (I had to send emails, voicemails, and Facebook contact just to find out that Russell was out sick! Kevy finally told me this, too.) Kevy stated that they could not replace my cooktop for the price I paid and it would cost me a lot more. When Russell got back in the office, he found me just what I was looking for at a fantastic price! When I ordered my washer, dryer, and replacement cooktop, it did take a lot longer to ship these items (about 3 weeks). There were several delays. Russell notified me immediately after I would email him or call him to explain. I did not mind at all because the price was unbelievable for the items received! I have read the reviews and understand what people are saying, but my experience with this company has been the following: (1)High-end appliances sold cheaper than anywhere else (2)Some dents and scratches in all the products ordered (3)None of the minor imperfections affects the overall working condition of the product (4)Russell warned me of the imperfections before I purchased (5)Not all the salesman (& women) act like they wanted my business (6)Some items ship fast, but others are extremely slow (7)Item arrived broken, but it was replaced after paying more $$ (8)Communication CAN BE EXTREMELY SLOW even if I am asking to purchase I called at the first of this week wanting to purchase a Viking refrigerator. I have called twice and sent emails without a response. I do not know if Russell is out of the office or he cannot find what I need. He is probably out of the office again because he has always been great about contacting me. I was looking for a built in coffee machine and located one at Elite. For the record, I will say I live in Nashville, TN. I spoke to Jeremy as I found a built in coffee machine for my home. I cannot tell you how absolutely wonderful he was. I have received prompt email responses and returned phone calls. I might want to add that while I had my eye on one particular machine, he suggested another which was more suited to my needs. He knew what I was looking for, because he took time to ask what I was looking for (specifically what coffee drink I prepared most), frequency of use, aesthetics and discussed plumbed vs non-plumbed machines. We landed on one that was less expensive than the one I initially called about. Sometimes you get a sales rep. that needs more stars than you are allowed to give, this is one of those cases. Would strongly recommend this company, and Jeremy as well. I want to add, his product knowledge is stellar. I did read a negative (1 star) review and while I cannot dispel it, what I can say is when you have to involve a repair technician it get's tricky. I work in commercial development (currently building a $700M project) and the next right steps is not always what we want to take or works timely for our clients BUT I have come to understand that as much information as a sales rep may have on an appliance or any other product, they will never understand the mechanical aspect like a trained technician. Replacing a product works in some instances, but if there is an unknown recall then you've wasted more time by providing another non-working product. read more

I can't begin to say enough great things about Elite Appliance and if I could give more stars I would! I live in New York City and am in the process of remodeling my kitchen and my experience with local appliance dealers has left much to be desired. After doing a quick google search for an appliance that was out of stock locally, I stumbled on Elite Appliance and figured, what the heck, it says they have the item and will ship to NYC. After calling and speaking with one of their salespeople Darren, I knew I was in great hands. He along with all his other colleagues that I have spoken with (Jordan, Bethani, Wanda and Mark) have been AMAZING and delivered what was probably one of the best customer service experiences of my life. My wife and I were looking for used or refurbished appliances and on a whim I did a search for Used Viking ranges and came up with a result at Elite Appliance. The range was in very good condition and our sales representative Marvin was polite, professional, and very helpful. As a result of his service we bought a second appliance from him as well. An older floor model Viking dishwasher. And then later a custom reversible skillet for our range. My wife didn't like spending so much money, but I could see the twinkle in her eye that told me I had her go ahead to buy. The range is a replacement for a Jenn-Aire that was nothing but trouble & break downs for the 15 years we owned it. I was deathly afraid of ordering online for any appliances. I called Elite appliance and spoke with Bruce, who literally took his time to explain to me the WHOLE process from start to finish. My fears were greatly calmed, and I love that the assurance they gave me about such a big purchase. I watched the site closely for about 18 months because I knew I was doing a remodel in early 2014. Apart from some slow initial feedback regarding Viking pricing (which can't be displayed) once I started dealing with a particular salesman ( Andrew Owen) the entire transaction was very smooth. I initially thought I was going for the showroom /scratch and dent models ( Viking 48 range; Viking pro 42 inch refrigerator; microwave; dishwasher; wine cooler and machine)but he was able to apply promotions and discounts where I was then able to buy everything new in box. They even waived extra storage fees allowing me to receive my goods in 4 months' time, when the construction is complete. James assisted us in the purchase of a washer, dryer, refigerator, and separate freezer. He provided a lot of good technical advice, honest comparisons between similar products from different manufacturers, and a lot of background material that helped us choose the appliances we ended up purchasing. We did a LOT of comparison shopping at Home Depot, Lowes, and other providers, but we were sold on Elite because they price-match all these other places, and the customer service is much better than the "big box" stores. They send someone to the house to make sure that the appliances will fit, make sure doors and hallways are wide enough, and the installers will make sure everything is leveled and working properly before they leave. Bought a house with a TECHNOGAS range and wanted a hood to match. Found Elite and they had a perfect match to my kitchen and range at a very reasonable price on a TECHNOGAS hood. Shipping was prompt and efficient. I had to wait on some kitchen mods to install the hood which took several months. Upon fully unpacking the hood it was discovered that during shipping something had poked trough the packing and made a dimple in the vertical vent cover. Even though it was well beyond normal shipping complaints Elite replaced the items without question. Customer service from Bethani was beyond excellent.
