I wasn't really in a hurry because the car was working fine, it was just bodywork that had to be done. Then we had the first snowstorm of the season and the weight of the snow was making the wheel mount which got hit in the accident worse, enough that my husband was like I should get this done. Lo and behold it wasn't till I called that Subway told me they had decided not to do the work. What??!! It would've been nice if they had told me. Their reasons were valid reasons but still IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY HAD TOLD ME. In fact, when I asked if they could recommend anyone else the person said something like just go down the street I'm sure you'll find someone. I went to Superior Autobody down the street where they treated me with respect and updated me every step of the way. You'd think because there are so many body shops on this street that treating customers well would be a priority. I guess Subway doesn't need my or my family's business. My car doesn't look like a Frankenstein car anymore and it was no thanks at all to Subway. I will have my son go to Superior next time.

The work has a lifetime guarantee, she walked me through what was done, the vehicle was returned clean. This level of customer service is a dying art. Ana could teach a customer service seminar (and I had the chance to say that to her manager). Also, I would like to shout-out Katie, who took my calls a couple of times when Ana was unavailable. She was, always, professional, didn't guess at what the status was, took a message and passed it on to Ana (I know because I received a return call every time). She recognized the established rapport between myself and Ana and, though she was very helpful, left the final say to Ana. Should I have any, other issues, Gerber will be my first call.
