West Herr is right around the corner from my house so I've been coming here for those and oil changes. I want to say service continues to be top notch! I couldn't imagine myself going anywhere else for service! Today in particular, the service area opened at 7:30am and they had me come in at 7:50 (as soon as we spoke!). A shuttle just happened to pull up as I dropped off my car and i immediately got a ride home from a very nice man. My car was done 2 hours later (found leak and patched it and also gave me an oil change). The shuttle came to get me right away! I want to say my service advisor Jessica was awesome and I'd love to work with her any-day. And that goes for everyone I came in contact with. Repairs are so much less stressful with service like this and I'm so glad I started working with a dealership for my repair and service needs ... 180 degree difference from going to a shop and in the best way.

(shift change, lift didn't work, vacation) I arranged my schedule to be able to take my truck to them , they made the appointments ,but each time there was a problem. they were extremely rude ,and they showed no remorse , they didn't apologize , they simply didn't care . i have purchased many trucks and cars from west Herr in the past , but that is the end of that . I wasted 3 days to be able to take my truck there , with no results . my advice is to stay away from this dealer . extremely disappointed.

Have been working with this shop for a little while…read more I first started working with them in February of 2019 and they got my wiper motor fixed -- after a while, the part seemingly failed but they replaced it with no charge, which was kind of them despite the part itself failing not being their fault. I've since back back for misc tire maintenance, oil changes, inspections, etc and they do a standup job. Most recently, I got my annual inspection done here. My only complaint was I had no idea their waiting room was closed (due to covid) when I booked it, so I had to scramble to find someone to pick me up last minute. Also, I am not sure whether they inspected my tires carefully or put them up to pressure since one of my tires seems kind of low shortly after the service. Despite that, I have enjoyed my experiences here. I do wish communication was sometimes a tad better, but I think they do a good job and trust their opinions.

I start calling to get an appointment.first the dealership I bought my car. Three weeks. Second , i won't mention but the guy in on the phone, and I quote, " you're a funny guy"!! Really? The voice on the phone was extremely pleasant and said the best she could do was Monday at 12:30 I said ok. She said if you can come in early sometimes we can get you right away. Monday came. I did as she said. Was welcomed by a very pleasant man. Told where to pull my car. I got out and soon , like 5 mins my car was getting inspected. The mechanics were pleasant and didn't try to upsale anything and just did the inspect . It passed and I was out before my 12:30 time. I paid and I would be recommending their business. I came to One stop today after having gone to another auto repair shop for a repair and had been…read moretreated very badly by the staff there. I had to leave that repair shop. I went to the One stop on Brighton after this happened and they didnt have time to do the work I needed.The guy at Brighton called the One stop on Niagara Falls boulevard to ask if they could take my car today. One stop on the Boulvevard said yes, so I drove over .The guy was very helpful to me. I was in for an alignment after replacing a bad ball joint a few days earlier. My steering was way off because of the ball joint issue. One stop on the Boulevard was able to do my alignment within about 10 minutes of my arriving and I was out the door 45 mis later. I saw the guy who did the work take the car for a test drive after, made me feel better .. My steering being off was a concern to me Very good service , nice people.. Good end to a bad situation that happened somewhere else
