This is actually the best drive-through/do-it-yourself car wash I've ever been through…read more It is staged by people and they're very nice, polite and professional and explain everything to you, specifically if you have ski racks like I did, they can actually reduce what the machine does so it doesn't damage those particular items and she also took $5 off of the wash that I chose due to that. They always have a large collection of customers, the flow of traffic through the car wash is very efficient and once you're out, your wash includes vacuuming as well.

Perturbed. Roll in and stop. The side flappers start going and water is spitting at my car. The flappers come back and the big brush comes down and rolls up over my car. I had the three year old in back loving it. The brush and the flappers made a return visit a couple of times but were not spinning. Never got soaped and barely got washed. As I'm slowly exiting, under dryer, the car behind is entering and I see it is getting the undercarriage spray. And then I see it is shooting the soap out on that car. Really perturbed. I got out to open side mirrors and check out how it looked and it is passable since dust, dirt and bird poop is gone. Will not pay any extra again.

The problem was the guy who was supposed to clean it who refused to do it because he said he wasn't going to make money out of it. He told my dad he didn't know how it worked and we got the refund of the price difference but basically lost the free car wash voucher. We only ever come to wash work trucks, so if they won't apply the rewards to them, there's no point in going. He doesn't seem to be the owner, so he probably didn't care that he single handedly lost an entire account. We won't bother going back.

For me, vacuuming is super important, especially after summer beach trips when sand gets everywhere. It saves me from stressing out the kids. The staff here also work really fast and efficiently. One time I accidentally left a mat behind, and they noticed right and keep it for me. Another time something important fell into the vacuum, and they helped me find it. Being new, and my truck being so dirty, I chose the top-tier option and drove in and waited for the process to finish, backed out, at once I got home I saw a pretty damn dirty truck. I absolutely was not impressed by the new setup. I definitely don't expect it to be spotless, but all of my tires, the mudflaps, and the side rails were still completely dirty. Super disappointed because I didn't even get to the bare minimum clean.
