Had a big hiking trip this weekend and I hadn't had time to wash all the dirt off of my truck, so I stopped by this morning at 4 AM assuming since it was automated that it would be open, but it was not, so I stopped by on my way home and while waiting in line, the attendant came up to me and said there was a new washbay and that I could drive into (and that you back out of instead of pulling through). Being new, and my truck being so dirty, I chose the top-tier option and drove in and waited for the process to finish, backed out, at once I got home I saw a pretty damn dirty truck. I absolutely was not impressed by the new setup. I definitely don't expect it to be spotless, but all of my tires, the mudflaps, and the side rails were still completely dirty. This was one of the most uncomfortable experiences my husband has ever had at a business. The owner started yelling over a tow hitch, even though my husband immediately apologized and began removing it. Instead of letting it go, the owner kept shouting while he was actively fixing the issue. Things escalated unnecessarily, and afterward the owner made threatening comments about cameras, banning us, and reporting us to insurance -- completely uncalled for. Ban or not, we would never return and have already informed multiple of our family members to not do business here. A business owner who treats customers this way should not be in customer service. The way he responds to reviews shows exactly who he is. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. I'm editing my review because of his comment. It was the second my husband pulled into the car wash that the owner immediately ran to him to remove it. He didn't even get a chance to look at the signs yet. And immediately he started to remove the tow hitch. Anticipate to wait for a LONG time at this car wash. I visited this car wash on a Saturday afternoon and I waited for almost 45 minutes for my car to get washed. This is an automatic car wash, but only 1 car at a time can get washed. Each wash takes about 5 minutes according to a sign that I didn't see until moving up a little further in the line. There were about 8 cars ahead of me which makes sense why I almost had to wait 45 minutes. I opted for the most expensive wash because I had a lot of gunk on my car I wanted to get off. The car wash did a decent job, but my car still had a good amount of gunk remaining on it. For almost $15, it wasn't the worst though. One thing I didn't like is how the machine bent my front license plate. Not sure how it happened, but when I exited the wash the license plate was bent. They also offer a self-service vacuum station which I didn't get to use since I didn't have time as I didn't anticipate having to wait super long for this wash. Overall, not the best experience here. If you had time and wanted a cheap wash, this could be an option. I would not come back unfortunately. read more

Extremely slow, line takes forever, be warned that you may wait 30+ minutes for a line of 5-6 cars

This is my local car wash, and despite the long waits, I often come here because of the convenience. There is currently a big problem though. Homeless people have started using this business as a place to bathe and wash their things. The hose spigots they are using are right next to the cars and the entrance to the car wash. This is not safe and one of these people could be hit by a car. As a customer, I obviously don't want to watch people undress and bathe themselves either. I called the phone number of the car wash during the day to report this and got no answer. I'm pretty disappointed to say the least and until something is done about this I recommend that people stay away from here. read more

Terrible experience there this morning before I was going to wash my car. I tied to throw away empty water bottles in my back seat like I always do and a worker there told me NO! Get in line . These are the best machines you can find... which says a lot about the people who run it. The car was looking tits afterward.

We were in the area and needed a quick wash that didn't require me to take my kids out of the car. I wasn't expecting a hand wash level wash. I just wanted something similar to a gas station wham bam thank ya ma'am situation. This wash definitely delivered and then some. The wash was longer and more thorough than what you would get at your average drive thru wash. The prices were a little higher, $9.99 for the cheapest and $14.99 for the most expensive one. But that includes a free vacuum with unlimited time. So the price is very reasonable. Enter on San Fernando Road. You can either vacuum before or after. If you go after you will have to exit the car wash then make a quick right to go back in. There are 3 vacuum bays. I could see it getting a little busy at peak times. But for us, we didn't need to wait for a wash or vacuum. read more

I used to be so excited for this car wash. It's close to home and the $14.99 service would get my car clean and shiny. I went last night and sadly my car was left with streaky windows and a film in parts that look like it was missed by the equipment. And little scratches. It reminded me of the Shell quality, which is low and the reason why I transitioned to washing it myself at Zeavy or paying more for someone else to do it. I still appreciate the free vacuum but dislike when people dry their cars at the vac when others want to vac and leave, but that isn't a big issue. Anywho, It was a good run! Maybe they just have to clean the scrubbers...but I don't think I'd pay for the wash anymore given a few extra bucks can get a hand wash and dry with less of a chance of streaks and small scratches. read more

To be totally clear though the machines at this car wash are legit and made my car look dank, and my father in law respected me more cause of them. However, the people make the place! *WARNING* CAR DAMAGED BY WASH *WARNING* So I've been coming to this place for awhile now whenever it's dead so I don't have to wait forever. Today I needed a wash and just waited for over 30 mins for other cars go through just to have mine get damaged by the wheel washers. I've done this wash enough times to know the wheel washers never get close to your car and just spray from a distance. Today the washers went all the way into my wheel and then moved back scratching my bumpers the whole way through. I immediately pull to the side after and called the number and they took my info. I'll be going to Tesla on Monday and getting a quote for all the damages and getting this fixed. I'm sure the wash needs to be recalibrated as I saw it happening to other cars as well. Be careful everyone! Luckily their own cameras caught the damage being caused and also the tesla cameras caught the damage as well so it's clear as day the damage that was caused by the wheel washers. I will update this review to let everyone know if the car wash does the right thing and covers the damages their machines caused since they're at fault. read more

The slowest "express wash" I've even been to in my life. Takes about 5-7 min for each car to finish washing, so unfortunately if you're in the back of the line, you will be waiting 45+ min. There are three packages to choose from, starting with a basic wash for $9.99 . The only downer is NO CASH. The kiosk only takes card transactions. There is no attendant on site but everything is self explanatory . Sensors will direct you when to pull forward, backup, and stop. The best part is the free vacuuming from 7am-10pm. The vacuum stations are directly on the side after you pull out from the wash. If you're looking for a quick and convenient wash without leaving your car, you probably won be disappointed. Great when you're in a pinch, but the quality is ok at best. Been to this car wash a few times since it is close to where I live. Generally speaking the best time to go is either early in the morning or late in the evening, otherwise you'll find yourself waiting behind several cars. They provide three car wash packages - Basic Wash, Supreme Wash, and Platinum Wash. I've tried both the Basic and Supreme packages and in terms of quality it's more or less the same. The Supreme Wash edges out the Basic slightly. The car wash also offers self vacuuming off to the right side once you are done. The main negative that I have concerning this car wash is the quality of it. The car wash in it of itself does a great job of removing dirt off the surface of vehicles, but does a lackluster job in removing grime (e.g., bird droppings, tree sap) that is stuck on the car. Overall not a bad drive-thru car wash, but not exemplary either. read more

The owners of this business might find that owning a dictionary would be helpful. I foolishly drove up to the wash and waited in line behind 2 other cars and sat there for about 10 minutes. Suddenly, the lights of the building shut off and that's when I noticed that a small sign hanging just above the entrance to the wash tunnel that says they're only open from 7am-10pm....the name of this business literally contains the term "24/7" and there is a massive sign in front that says "Always Open" Where I come from those two things do not mean "closed from 10pm-7am". What even would the reason be for closing during that time? The whole place is automated...closing is a completely arbitrary act. If you're not "Always Open" "24/7" then maybe don't make that the business' name. read more

First time I went here, it was great! I really thought I had finally found a perfect wash, until this happened. These are deep scratches. You can feel the grooves when you run your fingers over them. I really should've just driven to a wash on the other side of town considering that this is going to cost me hundreds to repair. Trust me, it's not worth it. Update: instead of addressing the problem, the owner became incredibly defensive and denied any possibility that an automated machine could damage a vehicle. Go figure. To make matters worse, he continues to harass me an entire week after the incident with no sign of addressing the real issue at hand. That alone should be all you need to know.
