Interior had a large air pocket, which I feel is a structural defect. Lemon Meringue Tart - each part (meringue, lemon custard, tart base) was good, but integration was not. Tart base was too hard for the other super soft filling. Opera was surprisingly good. Although its looks did not have the precision that I expect for opera cake, it had very delicate layers. Almond cake base, smooth chocolate ganache, coffee butter cream, crispy top layer, and detectable rum kick. I liked it. Nice texture as well. Next were the mini baklavas with pistachio, walnuts and cashews all of them were great but the diamond shaped ones (walnuts?) were my favourite!
