I have been seeing Frank for 3 years now, and he always does an incredible job. If you're a guy looking for any type of haircut, they got you covered. I"ve come to this place for the past two years with my kids and typically have good experience. However if I don't get an appointment I get the default walk in barber, the cuts are hit and miss. My son's last hair cut was simply unacceptable for the price and my wife had to correct. I'm disappointed but this is not the first time. read more

Where do I start... Iv had long hair (almost to my butt) for years. After deciding I wanted to shave the sides and the back and leave it long on top I started researching barbers in my area. Unfortunately these guys seemed like the best choice. I wish I could remember the little turds name that cut my hair just so none of you would have to be butchered by him like I was. He started off being a cocky little shart saying that he does these all the time after I asked him. Because he seemed pretty unsure about the style I was going for. And he started to comb out my hair. STARTING AT THE SCALP. With a wide tooth comb. If you have ever had long hair you know he just turned it into knots. So he gave up on brushing and just went straight into cutting. I originally thought he did an ok job. Sides look ok. Whatever. A week goes by and my girlfriend goes to brush my hair and braid it for me. As she's brushing out my hair she said what the duck. The line he shaved in the back of my head is at a 30 degree angle. These guys can't get off their phones long enough to care about their customers from what I noticed. And to be honest with you now that I have seen the back of my head I think he might be partially blind. If I could do negative stars I would. Probably negative 30. 1 for every degree in the angle that's on the back of my head now. Go elsewhere literally anywhere, Honey baked ham next store could definitely do a better haircut than these clowns. don't go here if you care what you look like. read more

My first time here and honestly I didn't know what to expect. The only reason I came was because I needed a haircut for an event but my regular barber had closed for the day before I got off of work. So desperately searching on yelp for a good barbershop that was open I came across Elite barber. We all know going to a new barber can be scary especially when it comes to a stranger cutting your hair. After walking in though I felt more at ease Jay the barber quickly sat me down and we talked about what I wanted done to my hair I asked for a skin tight high fade and he jumped right in after making sure exactly what I wanted. At this point I was still a little worried about how it would turn out but when he was done, everything was perfect. Jay hooked me up with a super clean fade which I got many compliments on throughout the night. I've gone to this place over the years, ranging back to 2018, and each time it's been different. It's ranged from amazing (with Jay and Frank) to mediocre at best (with Vince). Jay has done some basic beard touch ups with no charge as well as providing a killer cut. That's appreciated. My most recent visit with Vince started off great. He offered to trim my beard for me, at an added cost. I said sure. I've left with three cuts on my neck, a cut on the front of my ear (somehow he did this while trying to trim my beard), and an irritated face from his time with the shavette -- the straight razor lookalike, as he doesn't seem to believe in shaving cream/soap. He simply said a quiet sorry and that was it. No styptic to stop the bleeding or anything. I got charged full price for it. He also failed to give me the hard part I asked for in my hair. Because of this last visit, I'm most likely never returning. I'll go to a place that cares a bit more about its customers, as it's not Elite Barber anymore. read more

I have been Sam's customer for long time now. He was barber at a different place, but Elite Barber is by far the best place I've been going to get a haircut by Sam. Very clean place , they have great products, very convenient location in the shopping plaza, but most importantly customer service is superb. I have gotten my hair cut here a few times by the same barber whose name is Ali . The hair cut was good but the attitude was not acceptable. I asked for a few spots to get shorter and he kept giving me attitude while fixing it, and it made me feel so uncomfortable and scared that I won't be going back to him any more. I set an appointment a few days prior with Frank. He greeted me and welcomed me to the chair. He asked what I wanted done and got right to it. He was confident in his work and delivered a nice cut.
