I understand a written policy, but the rest of his demands (paying for two rather than the one remaining cut), his nakedly aggressive behavior, and disrespectful tone are not OK at all. At least stick to your own rules and don't change them on a whim. Note that the place was almost empty and the barber that we requested was on his phone and not busy. In summary, horrible attitude, unreasonable demands, and abysmally bad customer service.

However, I have a concern about something that may annoy or even offend some of their customers. All of the barbers appear to have Vietnamese heritage. They are all totally fluent in English. But it is fairly common for some of them to engage in conversations entirely in their native language, including laughing, etc. I suspect this is all innocent back and forth among them, but I think it is fair to say that many Americans would consider it a bit rude. It would be unfortunate if this resulted in some customers deciding to go elsewhere. This is offered as constructive criticism and for no other reason.
