I feel bad for the skydiver employees because they were super nice & on top of making you feel comfortable but the business just does not have it together. After waiting to hours, you are then super rushed to get onto the plan and you're second guessing whether you know all you need to know. You get a few simple instructions and that's it! I was okay with it but I thought there would be more. Overall, skydiving is the bomb but the waiting process and set up bites. Enjoy!

Pretty trails which wind around more water area and under canopies of trees. Unfortunately there is trash lying around and some of the people I encountered seemed to not be there for nature, so that's why I only rated it three stars. Signs are almost unreadable and area doesn't seem to be taken care of. I will go back as I didn't get to explore the whole length of the trails. I advise being aware of your surroundings out here. Worked at Saddle Creek in Lakeland, Florida in Building 18…read more Here is my experience: 1. Arrived at building 18 and made contact with Kathy in dispatch. Kathy instructed me to wait on another driver who could train me on a CNG tractor. 2. Waited for 2 hours in the breakroom. Finally introduced to Omar (CNG trainer) who showed me how to operate CNG. Kathy then assigned a truck to me which was not CNG but regular tractor day cab. (wasted almost 2 hours). 3. Assigned a trailer and handed the BOL by Kathy. On pre trip of assigned trailer, found license plate light was out. Informed kathy of defect and was instructed to repair the light at the shop. 4 At repair shop, light was fixed and finally dispatched at around 12:30 noon. Had been in touch with kathy and ELD logs documenting this defective light and the late dispatch. Receiving: Arrived at 1st receiver (Ft. Lauderdale). Discovered that the trailer was loaded incorrectly by Saddle Creek warehouse. Had to physically remove all packages from the trailer to get the 1st stop's load. Then had to reload the trailer to head to the second stop (West Palm Beach). Received numerous calls from Kathy in dispatch asking about my ETA to Palm Beach. Notified her and dispatch that the unloading took a lot of time and DOT hours were dwindling. Made it to the 2nd stop with an irate and rude warehouse manager. Asked me "what my The problem was" because I was late. Explained about the trailer error but didn't care. Notified dispatch( Kathy and Scott) that manager was rude and in my face. Leaving 2nd stop, notified Scott in dispatch that DOT hours were running out. (had to make it back from Palm Beach to Lakeland in 3 hours). This was not happening. Was instructed by Scott to take the 16 hour exception and proceed. Asked specifically about other options but received 0 feedback from Scott. Arrived back at Saddle creek building 18 and violated DOT driving rule (had to drive 1 hour illegally) Next Day Summary of Events Report was sent by both Scott and Kathy in dispatch to warehouse supervisor Chris Sands of the following: 1. Driver (me) dispatched late (completely ignoring the license plate light issue-item 3 above) 2. Driver took tractor to shop without authorization (was approved and instructed by Kathy to take the truck to the shop (item 3 above) 3. Driver took to long to unload (completely ignoring that the trailer was loaded incorrectly from warehouse) 4. Driver violated DOT driving hours: Scott stated to Chris Sands that he "told me, the driver, that if I run out of DOT time, to call him. This was false and Scott never mentioned those words to me. I do however take full responsibility for the illegal dot driving. In Summary I have found that the two personnel, Kathy and Scott (who was in direct contact with me during the entire load) reported false and inaccurate statements to management to either mitigate risk from the operations standpoint or to shift blame more on the driver. Met with Chris Sands (manager at building 18) in person and had a good meeting. Chris was attentive, direct, and a good listener. his major issue was with the illegal drive time (which is completely understood). Had no other comments or feedback when I explained that his dispatch team (kathy and Scott) falsified and accurately described the load events and details.

Wow where to start...Deep Six Divers has made getting scuba certified such an incredible, fun, and…read moreinformative process. I've always heard great things about this shop, so when I finally made the decision to get certified, I knew exactly where to go. The knowledge of the staff and the passion they have for diving is apparent in everything they do. I have learned SO much and felt so confident in my ability to dive by the end of the class that getting in the ocean and applying my skills was no problem at all. They take the time to help you get fitted to the gear that you need for class and any other items you may need. John is the shop owner and he has always been so nice every time I've been in the shop. Brant was the primary person giving lectures and teaching the skills in our class, he is in the process of becoming an instructor and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. Don was observing Brant during our classes to help him get his instructor certification; Don took us on our checkout dive in the Keys as well and you can tell that he is so passionate about his career in diving and instructing. He kept everything fun and explained things in a way that was understandable and made sure that any questions we had were answered without making anyone feel silly for asking. We've also gotten help from Christina, Hector, Tyler, and Ryan(and a few others) but I seriously cannot say enough good things about these people! They have given us skills and knowledge that we will use throughout our whole dive career and I can't wait to continue learning from them!

We've been to Action Paintball for Laser Tag twice. Both times we had teams of 8 to 9 people and…read morewe had games lasting 2 hours. You go from field to field with a ref who take pictures of your event. The 2 hour block does not start until your first game begins. We typically get 7 - 8 games in during the 2 hours. It's great exercise and we've had people from age 5 to 40 out on the field playing. The obstacles are amazing, courses are great, and the lasers so powerful you can play in day light or in the rain. Every time we go, the kids cannot wait to go back. Friendly staff, great people. I cannot wait until we go again.

I spent a week trying to communicate with the facility about a last min booking. They said they could accommodate and to book online. What they post on their site is 100% misleading. First it started with us booking a package online. We utilized their website and booked a package that included the marker. On Friday the day prior the owner cancels and just refunds the order no communication. His reasoning they don't offer that package. Tom then said we could reschedule for next week. Again mind you this was booked prior and was for a birthday. We get it rebooked after much hassle and then he tells me the time I booked for would be short. Since we scheduled for 3pm, I asked if there was any kind of compensation since the time would be shorten he said no. Further more I had to suggest to add on the time at 2 pm, so the kids could get the full experience. He agrees and says we should be good to go. On Saturday, today. We get there and to our surprise we weren't the only party booked for the hour, okay not a problem. Then we find out there is only one ref. Rain starts about 30 mins in and goes until about 3:30, my kids got to the canopy around 3pm so an hour already lost between waiting for people, and the rain. Let's talk about the canopy, it is a hanger style canopy but did we get the space to ourself? Nope we had to share with the other birthday group. They pulled in their trucks kept them on and blasted music the entire time all while screaming profanity and other inappropriate things. The ref Sean (the star problem) comes out and gives a safety briefing to both parties. It is now almost 3:30, an hour and a half gone. Then Sean grabs both groups and decides the white family goes first despite us being screwed over and already having missed half the party. Despite the fact that Tom the owner messed up this entire thing and misled us, they still could not handle separate parties. When Sean was confronted about how half of the time is being missed he began to explain that they are short staffed and don't have any available fields and says I understand but they have to wait. Okay so by 3:45 I'm back in the front and when speaking with the lady ( she is remarkable and the only reason this business works,) she calls out her kid who helps run the place. He was very polite however his only solution was to suck it up or to refund and go. Their reasoning for the other family , "they had priority because they were already booked" even though we had it booked prior and their owner cancelled it because they messed up their website and offered a product they couldn't sell. No compensation Fully misleading as compared to their website. They stated 3 hours of play, we got 1.5. They said a ref the whole time, we shared for half the actual play time. They said a canopy, they never said we had to share. During play the ref was subpar Sean seemed to not care. We explained one of the guns kept jamming and he said "yeah that's the kind of gun" not "let me switch" not "im sorry" just yeah. Don't bother booking online. Don't bother for a party. It's $390 for 10 kids for 1 gun to not work, no available fields, half the play time, and half a ref. They will not compensate, they will solely offer a refund and no paintball. Not worth it. I suggest the one in Orlando near west colonial or any other but don't spend your money here. They messed up and nothing.

Under the new management it has seen MASSIVE improvements for both recreation and competitive play. It is an absolute night and day difference from how it was before and I highly recommend coming here for any of your paintball needs. The houses were scary with some cool features (no spoilers!) and the actors were very interactive with really good timing. The staff also make sure to space out time between each of the groups so everyone gets some jump scares. It was also really cool that they let you decide how big your group is. It was an amazing time and we will definitely be back next year!
