I seen there specials and adds advertised online so I drove down to purchase a radio and two door speakers for $130.00 which they would not sell to me they said I have to pay for installation to be done by them only , the sales lady showed me the FinePrint that I missed at the bottom of the advertisement then proceeded to tell me it would be $220.00 to install the stereo and two door speakers on top of the $135 total of $350 So then I went back online and found A radio for sale with no FinePrint for $99 The sales lady still would not sell it to me she said I had to have it installed so I asked how much to install a simple radio she said $89 this place is a freaking rip off never heard in 1 million years the people charging $89 to install a radio.. Would not recommend I went in to get a radio put in my 2020 Honda paid up front for everything. They said it would take up to 3 days for my kit and harness to come in for my car. It took almost three weeks for the parts to come in. Every time I called to get an update about my car they couldn't tell me anything about the parts or knew where they were. Eventually after 2 weeks I took my car in for them to install the radio and they did but they gave me back my car saying to bring it back to get the back camera finished. I made an appointment and went in the following day to drop my car off but it turns out that the employe who charged me did not tell me that it will be an extra 150 charge for the back camera even though I had already paid upfront. The service was terrible I went in and there was only one person working in the entire store and it was a very long process for my car to not even get finished. Didn't pay the extra charge rather take my car some place else. read more

OK. Here's the deal. I've had window tint work done on 8 cars, at 6 different places over the years. Everything from a stock 4X4 truck to a show car. I've had some bad experiences. Fast-talking, up-selling 'car salesmen' types trying to get me to spend more than I need to. Owners that treat me like a 15 year old getting his first tint install. Places too impatient to listen to my questions/concerns. Bubbles or creases in the tint film. Cheap, hazy film sold as upgrade film or improperly applied. Badly trimmed uneven edges. Poorly re-fitted vehicle interior trim or damaged trim pieces from the installation. Scratches on the exterior paint from a careless installer. NONE of that happens here. This place does GREAT work. Here's another good part. No 'up-sale' BS. JT took as much time as needed to work out what would work best for my car. He was extremely helpful and LISTENED. I had full window tint done on nine windows. All the windows look great. No streaks, no bubbles, no creases, no jagged edges. Edge alignment is perfect. Quality film so crystal clear it looks likes factory glass. No haze, no 'waterfall' effect. (BTW, whoever the installer was that did the work, great job!) The price was VERY reasonable, especially when you factor in the quality of the work done. They were friendly and obviously care about their reputation and quality of what goes out of their shop. I requested a change in my original job request the day of install. JT was honest and credited me the difference in price without my asking. Another few things to consider; - A place that does numerous custom sound and accessory installs like Elite will do a cleaner install on tint. They have experience at removing and re-installing interior trim which makes for a better tint job without damage. - When you walk into a place, look around....a place like Elite that has the latest in quality merchandise AND has a clean, large and well stocked display floor is likely doing well and gets a steady flow of customers. - Is the place you're thinking of going to proud of the work they do? JT invited me back to look at a very nice ski boat they were installing a several thousand dollar custom sound system into. I could see he was excited and proud of his work. That's the guy I want taking care of my car. Do you want a cheapo-discount place, or do you want someone to do your car right with quality materials and workmanship? Save yourself some grief. Came here because we went to crappy place on E St. im San Bernardino and they couldn't do my husband car til the next day. So originally he was only going to get his alarm disable. But he gave us such a good deal on a new alarm that I ended up getting a double din and speakers for my car. They are very friendly and they know what they are doing. And yes on a Sunday!!! Oh my gosh, what can I say! I was so happy with everything!!!! Fabian is so amazing and everyone did such a good job. Went in on a whim to check out the store. I was already in the market to replace door speakers on my 20 year old 4Runner. JT was awesome to work with. He asked me my budget, walked me around his shop and we picked out some speakers. He tells me he has time to install them and the work would take an hour. I was in and out in 70 mins! Horrible window tint service. Air bubbles/smears everywhere. They offered to fix it so I went a second time with an appointment and they literally told me to come back in 8 hours. I went back in 8 hours like they said and my car looks the same with air bubbles and smears everywhere. I'm over here wasting gas driving back and forth from OC for nothing. Had a Kenwood unit with new speakers installed last year at Elite Car Stereo. Suddenly the Kenwood stopped working. Took it back to see what was wrong. Unit was sent back to Kenwood for repair. Apparently Kenwood couldn't fix it so offered only a rebate of what the unit "was now worth". It was last years model so not much. Elite Car came through and got us a new unit and it cost us nothing extra. THIS PLACE IS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER BEING HAPPY THEN MAKING BIG PROFITS!!!! Truly rare to find!! Contacted the Owner Fabian (A Straight-up Awesome Guy, professional, knowledgable, approachable and friendly) to check out my "05" Toyota Sequoia for a quote on a back-up camera. He took a look at it and told me what I would need. He also gave me several options on what I could do. He did not pressure me. Hold on! I gotta repeat this! There was no pressure to buy the most expensive system in the shop! I made my choice on the system and they installed it. Fabian did not just hand me the owners manual to figure out on my own, but took his time and showed me how the system works. For simple minded people like myself, That is Huge!!! Not only that, but it was installed in a way that it looks like it was factory installed, which includes where they placed the USB port. Freakin Awesome Job!!! He also worked with the budget. What shop do you know will do that without giving you the cheapest (meaning not desirable) system that your not happy with. Try None! This is real "Pride of Ownership!" And he treats you like family. I've been to other shops, so believe me when I tell you there is no need to shop around. But if you want to shop around, go ahead and waist your time. Since I already had an aftermarket stereo in my truck, they were able to use some of the parts I already had to install the new one, they were extremely accommodating and helpful in answering any questions I had, and were able to give specific pricing when I asked questions about things such as parts and labor. I went in about three weeks ago to get an estimate on a stereo system that I've been wanting to get for my pick up, the owner JT quoted me for an amplifier, 2 subs, an epicenter, a lc2i equalizer the cable work, a box for the subs and labor for about 1900$, he said that the subs I was gonna get where second to best and that I wasn't gonna regret getting them because they would sound so good, he even said he had just finished a similar job about a week prior to my installation. So I applied for the lease to own program they have with progressive leasing and got approved for 2200$. I gave them a 180$ deposit and made my payments weekly. I went ahead and told him I was gonna go ahead and get the system so he told me to come back in about 3-4 hours. As soon as I picked up my truck and started bumping I knew something was off, the subs weren't as loud as I expected them to be, and that's because they where 12 inch kickers, right off the bat sound quality was really bad, the songs would really distort with the bass and not even 2 after I got them one of the subs blew on me, I went back and got it fixed including the subwoofer box because they made it to short on the bottom and the subs would hit the floor, they put some flimsy ass plastic screws so that it would raise the box but as soon as I tried sitting on the back seat they got squished and the subs where hitting again, a week later my amplifier and lc2 equalizer including the epicenter completely gave out and stopped working, I checked the battery fuse they installed and wasn't blown so I immediately called the shop and the lady there told me the only available dates she had was 2 weeks from now so I just straight up told her that I was just gonna call progressive to do a full return cause they can't even prioritize customers that are having a really bad experience with their set ups, they have good customer support but they overprice everything way too much and their installations are really unreliable. Make sure you know what you're getting in to when you spend that kind of money specially because if anything goes wrong with your system they make you wait way too long for any issues to get resolved and don't really offer a solution. read more
