JT and the team went all out to be sure my audio installation was excellent and i am 100% satisfied. The staff really cares about their work and each customer. They actually listen and don't try to talk you into equipment you don't want or need. Very honest in their choices and suggestions for achieving your goals. While i was there i saw how they magically managed to take their time with each customer yet get your job done quickly. My car has issues causing poor radio reception and JT generously spent time { no charge} helping figure out the problem and --- solving it !! He also went out of his way after the installation was complete -- because he's a "good guy" -- to help me download various "apps" for radio and ride-sharing ! I had gone to another shop before I came here. And the sells person at the other shop told me that they don't do Hyundai. He really wasn't interested in my business there. So I came to Elite car stereo. And right away I was greeted I told Marie what I had in mind. She gave me 3 options I could go for just depending on my budget Marie explained the difference between them. I choose the ones that were right for me. The installation was quick just took a few hours. The set up is very clean wires neatly tucked, the amp is hidden and the sound is more than what I expected. What I liked about this shop is that they listened to what I wanted and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or wanted. I had recently bought a used truck that had a previous head unit and DVD player that I could not figure out. I brought the truck in to have a head unit installed that I received as a gift awhile ago. The guy checked out my truck and knew quite a bit about the stereo and DVD player that was currently installed. He even went as far as to go online inside of the store and pull up pictures of the exact unit. He then told me when that stereo was popular, to get an idea of when it was likely installed. For some context this truck was made in 2004. When I told him I wanted to have the head unit I brought with me installed, he gave me some options for a better system in a non pushy way. The price seemed to be fair based on previous quotes I had received. I waited inside of the store for about an hour watching the World Series on a sofa, while the unit was being installed. They also showed me how to use the newly installed unit, even though they were not the ones that sold it to me. I will be coming back for all of my audio needs. read more

Excellent customer service very friendly and informative. I didn't have any service done but I enquired about being able to connect my phone to my TV display in my 2016 Honda Pilot and the gentleman there unfortunately I forgot his name but he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about electronics and advised me to buy a Chromecast. I'd originally gone to Best Buy and Walmart and both places told me that it wouldn't be possible but thanks to Elite I am now able to connect my phone to my car's television screen. The best part is it was all free and the gentleman took the time to come out check out my car and even Google search what a Chromecast was. The next time I need any audio service done I'm definitely going to this place especially because they are very honest and polite. They are so friendly in fact that while I was there a frequent customer had came in to do more work on his vehicle audio system and it was as if they were friends. read more

I had my car worked on last week by getting my windows tinted. I've been to a couple spots near my location, Moreno valley, and unfortunately had mixed experiences from different places. This was my third car that I has been tinted and once JT told me that they carried ceramic film, I was interested. Let alone, it's difficult to find places that carry ceramic film but originally I was going to go with a Groupon deal that I found online to get a dyed tint film. I heard good reviews on ceramic film online but never seen it in person. JT even showed me his car that have the ceramic tint after showing a piece of film he had to see/feel the effectiveness of its heat and uv retentions. I knew I was going to pay more than dyed or metallic film but I'm a firm believer in trying new products that is fair new to the market It also helps to do some reseach on the product as well. JT even hooked me up by reducing the price to help me out. I absolutely love the tints on my new car and actually notice the difference in the heat/coolness inside the vehicle. It was a clean procedure and look forward to coming back here to replace my stocked speakers with a bit more bang. Thanks again JT and Robert for the tints! read more

To start off the customer service here is very good. All the workers are very nice. The only reason I'm giving low rating is because I'm very disappointed with my radio installation. I just had bought my new car in august and around September I took it to them to get a radio installed. When I got my car back the original chevy turn signals were a different sound , I had a back up sensor that originally came with my car and now you can barely hear it and also there would be times where I would turn on my car and the screen of the radio would not turn on. On the radio stations the volume goes in and out . Also the bluetooth sucks on trying to connect to different phones. I had taken my car back to them to see if they could fix the problem of the radio sometimes not turning on and they were very nice about it, so I took my car and they did fix it but now whenever I switch my air settings in the car my back up camera turns on so If I lower the air or whatever the back up camera pops up and I do not know why. Also with the bank I got the loan from to get the radio which is synchrony bank they do send you a credit card but not once have I even swiped that card and they have called me saying I owe around 40$ and I do not know why because they are already taking out money every week to pay off the radio and I have not even used that card and I don't have any other cards associated with synchrony bank . I wish I would have just left my car the way it was originally. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about the work that was done on my car today at Elite Car Stereo!! The tint job was professionally done and looks awesome. Now my errands and going to work won't be such a chore in the So Cal sun. There was a difficulty with my appointment, and I was there more time than I had planned. Fabian was very courteous, offering me a ride home, his car to run any errands I had, a cold beverage...anything to make my extra stay pleasant. That my friends in GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! ((And I was there when Lindsay V. had her meltdown with the 2 windows on her Toyota that she didn't count or forgot about. She was so unpleasant, raising her voice and trying to socially engineer the situation into getting what she wanted for nothing. The Groupon specifically says "FIVE WINDOWS". The smaller windows on some vehicles are just that, WINDOWS (regardless of size). I was embarrassed for her. The behavior that she was displaying was that of a child. Fabian remained calm and professional, offering her to check other tint shops as far as the price of seven windows. I paid for the additional windows because they were not included in my Groupon. I understood that. It's not rocket science. I see that this isn't her first complaint on yelp, so please take her review with a grain of salt)). I WOULD RECOMMEND ELITE CAR STEREO any day for your tinting needs! read more

We purchased the window tinting on Groupon and my wife called and scheduled to go in the next day. She took the car in and let them know she would need to have the car done by 5pm as she needed to get my son from day care. She sent me a text at 430 and said the store had just called her to ask if she had taken her keys with her. She called back a few minutes later and they had found the keys. She had her mom drop her off to get the car and was told that they weren't happy with the job and wanted to make it right (which I totally respect), but we are getting super close to the 5pm deadline. 545 she sends me another text and said she needed to call her step-dad to go get my son, because they still weren't done. She said the guy there was now yelling at her in front of everyone who was in the show room, saying there was nothing they could do. Now, I don't know if you need the keys to do the windows, but if so, sounds like they hadn't done anything until 430pm. The whole thing just turned into a very frustrating event. She did say the windows look good. read more

He didn't try to oversell me, he just sold me what I needed at a great price. The only problem is the installation was pretty slow. I had a Kenwood receiver installed in my 2000 Toyota along with a front and rear facing camera. The people at the shop are very friendly and knowledgeable. I use Android Auto on this new system and will say that Android Auto has a long way to go, I hope that gets better but really that is no reflection on the shop that did the install. I am happy with the completed project but was a bit disappointed that I did have to return to the shop as the installer failed to re-install the back seat, it was just sitting there unconnected, the trim around one rear door inside was also left uninstalled and the glove box which used to open gradually was left in a condition where it slammed open when the button was pushed. The staff at the shop was nice and attentive when I returned to have these items completed and I am happy to say that I have had no more issues. It is unfortunate these things were overlooked on the original installation or I would be able to provide them a top rating. read more
