Had an appointment for an installation scheduled a week prior to appointment date confirmed that installation would take an hour. When the date came they said I didn't have an appointment scheduled and Marisa gave me attitude in trying to figure out what I could do. Then they said I did have an appointment and that I had to leave my car there for ten hours instead of one. Then they just outright denied the service request. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Just got my stereo done here yesterday. 2 12" subs , full door speakers , tweeters , amp , and a couple thousand later . When I tell you it was money wasted , I mean it. Used quality products , but terrible install and customer service. The truck sounds worse than it did stock at the moment. Took it back down there today to show them how bad it is , and they insisted that it would be fixed if I gave them MORE money to fix it. Aside from the horrible sales tactics used to try and get more money out of me after they messed my vehicle up, leaving an unfinished install with their little knowledge , and acting like they've never had this issue before despite what their many awful reviews say; the one positive was the guy working their named Fred who tried to help me through the whole process but soon had our conversations hijacked by his boss named JT ( user of the awful sales tactics ). Honestly , if I could give 0 stars it would be done already . Highly advise everyone to stay away from this place as they gave me 200 dollars back out of the couple thousand I spent on this awful work. I now have to pay another 1500 to have their work fixed by another shop so the thousands of dollars in my truck sound like there are thousands of dollars in my truck. I also noticed the owner claiming to "have no records" of having these customers leaving awful reviews in his shop, so I will provide a picture of my invoice from the shop with my name on it as well if needed. read more

Had an appointment to get a horn installed for 9 am. Didn't open until about 10 after 9. I provided the horn with instructions. Instructions clearly stated compressor draws 30 amps and should be wired with 12awg wire and through a relay directly to the battery. Tech did not use a relay and wire used was probably 22awg. Horn worked but I found it wasn't as loud as it was when I tested it wired directly to the battery. I was happy he did tap into the original horn wires. I was able to wire in a relay myself. Now the horn sounds way better and I'm not worried about drawing 50 amps (combined) through a circuit designed for 20 amps. read more

Pointless to make an appointment. They don't hold to the times. Appt at 1:00 told it was 1:30 then the guy tells me he will Mabey get to it today. I told him I made an appointment, the. He says oh, well then I will get to it today. Wtf. Shop smells of weed as we came in. Chick seemed out of it. Another customer came in trying to explain they under charged him. The chick was like "oh how much did I charge you more?" She didn't even get what she did. Then when the guy left they were talking crap about the customer. I payed and was told 2 hrs . Came back 2 and a half hours later to see my car Hadn't moved. When in to ask why it's still hasn't been worked on the dude just shrugs and is like oh the guy when to lunch so it will be done later. I didn't even argue with stupid and just asked to give me my money back. you already wasted my time with the lame BS I'll go somewhere where they know what's going on in the world. Yeah so classic response from the "owner"? not taking responsibility for lame scheduling and staff. I made an appointment 2 weeks prior and you STILL can't get your crap together?! Blaming customers because you over book just lazy. So glad I didn't let you guys touch my car. 1000 dollars spent for a cheap back up camera made in china without any option than just having it fixed on the transmission back up system, the camera online is at 35 dollars minimum or even less, the subwoofer DUAL does not even cost 55 dollars online, and finally the satellite 2 called ICBM brand is out of market and was only including at 250 dollars warranty the price Fabian has charged me, notice that he has warned me that item will not get less than a year before having problems, but he said as usual you got for what you want to spend. Guess what, the item does not even cost or even did, 85 dollars, notice that the item was off market when he sold it to me. I dropped my car the first time at 2 pm, I was there all along in a coffee place, the car was not even started to work on, until late afternoon, when they asked me to pick it up my car after, it was 7 pm and Fabian was already gone, many steps of their work was such a mess, like my 2004 BMW dashboard, that I have to replace ( estimated by a another radio system specialist) ext... I could write a book here, but I decided to make shorter my review. My radio system is doomed and work no more, when I went back up there to discuss my warranty, Fabian wanted to sale me a pioneer radio system at 749 dollars lol, I went to look on my Iphone to research the real cost just by curiosity, I found the item at 399 on amazon, which makes him a such dishonest person, trying to make no loss on his cost to replace the cheap radio system on my car and trying to sale me a overpriced items to replace the deficient one that is not working anymore, only after couple of month less than a year and the screen went dark and messing up with my audio system speakers that I have not changed in the process. he has broken the radio attach while trying aggressively to find out what was wrong in my car. Fabian went furious arguing that he did a good job, right? even if the items that he has installed was so cheap and covering his cost at 25 % or even less, let's see that as he repeats himself often, I got for what I spent and I should be blessed right? . This is only bullshit talk because at the end of the day, I went to get two advice from audio system installers that has good reputation in the business but unfortunally I have not chosen in the first place for the job, my bad knowing the result and how I got rip off from Fabian and his blablabla. Usually a another professional does not like to be involve in such critics to a another company who does are in the same business and I have been told I got rip off in the best manner, each of t his professional have described that the radio system was so cheap they couldn't believe that Fabian has charged me 250 + 150 dollars installation fees, lol the con artist that gives you 5 hand to hand and made the purchase very friendly in all good manners to make you confident and blessed to use his services but at the end of the day, 1000 dollars on his table, and I, my bmw dashboard is completely a mess, and I have to replace the radio system on my own. The way I have been treated up there does not make me want him to redone anything else, especially for a con artist job. For now it is going to the court and better business bureau , it will take time but I have patience and feel in my right. Ps. don't let anyone to rip you off and make you feel low profile in a business deal because you got a budget. You got right to defend your budget and same right to feel happy for a good deal, for Fabian his business and benefits are just the only concern of his values, even if he replies to the review, most of the time, he is succeeding and convincing you to spend more money on his behalf. watch your wallet!. ( in response of what he just wrote below, same thing again, I went to two other professional radio installer to seek advice before my review, I was right, once again, he knows how to bs you at some point. no matter what everything goes bad after what you connected to the transmission with the radio connection, no Fabian let me quiet franc you went fast and did a cheap job and it is all about your business ego which tells you, you can't satisfy yourself and your appetite for benefit until getting a exaggerated financial advantage toward only your side, I guess I wasn't the right client candidate for almost 1000 dollars crap installation that didn't cost you really what you just commented about. Your response reflects the stubbornness and it is just nasty as much as you try to convince me or others of the contrary. Usually other professionals don't like to involve their opinion about the crap you installed, this time, but some did without meaning anything mean to your job, it was just a honest pre estimate of what you have done. Update: Owner called me back next day very polite stating there was a miss understanding/miscommunication with services to be provided, apologizing for the inconvenience and issuing a full refund. Pleased he was able to clarify everything and maintain customer satisfaction. Came in to have a new headunit installed, supplied them with the headunit, maestro harness, maestro relay (products which they do sell in store) which is a plug and play unit. I flashed the relay while on the phone with maestro to insure everything was correct. I paid the $89 to have it installed and unfortunately they were unable to complete the installation. read more

Had them install my old JL subs and amp in my new Honda Accord. They replaced my old box with a new one and bracketed it in the trunk with the amp. The whole install was extremely clean and professional. They incorporated a sub dial with the factory controls - looks like it came with the car!! Radio was installed well, looks clean. Staff is friendly. Couple of pointers before going in, everything is priced $50-$100 above retail, I figured due to Covid, so I'd suggest buying the parts before hand. I was in a rush so I didn't want to waste time so I just paid the extra cost. Was told it would take around 1.5 hours, but it actually took 3.5 hours. So my rush was pointless. So be prepared for longer wait times than what they say. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! They see my vehicle, give us a quote and say that it will be just about 3 hours. I take my vehicle in at our appointment time, they have my vehicle for 5 hours and I call to find out what is taking so long and they state that it is more difficult than expected and that the manager says it is going to take all day and they charge per hour. They started at $300, went to $500, then $1200 and ended with $1800 and the manager said because they need to read the instructions. What "Elite" stereo business reads instructions and charges for that? I told them never mind and picked up my vehicle and they hadn't done a single thing in those 5 hours. This business is looking to take people's money, ESPECIALLY when it is a woman bringing in the vehicle. They think we are dumb. Well, they met the wrong "dumb" woman. Purchased a new stereo, amp speakers and paid for install about 8 months ago and today when driving the wire almost caught fire. I drove straight to the stereo shop spoke to the guy who said that's because you have the wrong cables connecting them and it's to small for my set up. I told the guy I paid you all to install so why would it be the wrong one. The guy proceeded to back track and say equipment fails trying to sell me new stuff. Then told me he won't be doing business with me because I was frustrated and being rude.
