We wanted to get our carpets cleaned but were hesitant to do so because in the past, we'd hire someone like Stanley Steemer and they'd vacuum and leave in 30 minutes. Really wanted someone with great attention to detail and would do a thorough job. Decided to look on Yelp to see which companies around us had positive reviews. Classic Carpet Cleaning has some amazing reviews and now I understand why. Matt was so quick to respond to my Yelp messages regarding pricing and availability. I actually felt kinda bad because he was so responsive and it was during the weekend! Pricing was clear and setting up an appointment was so easy and extremely professional with email and text reminders. On the day of the appointment, Matt showed up exactly at the time we scheduled. Such a nice person! Just absolutely love his energy and personality, so upbeat and cheerful. He even whistles while he works, lol! I can tell a lot of his positive reviews on Yelp are because he is just a really interesting person who does exceptional work. We talked about his amazing work career and I was so surprised when he told me about how he started doing carpet cleaning part time for a while, and how it was his favorite job because it was so fulfilling. That's when he decided to do it full time, despite having other career opportunities. You can tell someone who enjoys what he's doing is going to do a better job at the task. I can't say enough good things about our carpet cleaning experience with Matt. Everything was just positive from beginning to end, and our carpets are cleaner and fluffier. ^_^ Matt was even upbeat and friendly to the driver who came and picked up some donated items at our door, calling him "Boss" and telling him to have a good day. I just think it speaks volumes when you see a business owner treating others with respect and encouragement. Sam was the only one who insisted on coming out in person to inspect everything first--and thank goodness he did. He arrived with a black light and immediately discovered that the existing carpet throughout our home was saturated with pet urine from the previous owners. He even pulled the carpet back to show us that the urine had soaked through the pad and into the baseboards. He was completely honest and told us that even if we paid him $1,000, he wouldn't clean the carpet because it simply wasn't salvageable. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. Instead of trying to sell us a service that wouldn't work, Sam helped us make the right decision by replacing the carpet. His pricing was very fair, and there was never any pressure. We chose our carpet on a Friday, met with Sam the following Tuesday to sign the contract and pay the deposit, and his crew was already at our house demoing the old carpet that same day. The project was expected to be completed by Sunday, but they finished an entire day early on Saturday. The installation came out beautifully. The carpet is incredibly soft and plush--it honestly feels like we're walking on clouds. The craftsmanship is excellent, from the seamless installation throughout the rooms to the beautifully finished stairs. Everything looks clean, professional, and was completed with great attention to detail. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Whenever we called or texted Sam, he responded promptly and kept us informed every step of the way. To top it all off, Sam stands behind his work. He provides a one-year warranty, and if the carpet stretches or anything needs adjusting, they'll come back and make it right at no charge. This time this younger guy, didn't tell my wife anything about spots, rips or damage.. lastly, the cleaner moved one of my landscape rocks to hold his house and on the way out my wife asked him to put it back. The first comment from someone else who came over that afternoon was, "Wow, beautiful!" Now for the unfortunate part. :( The huge rear windows were so clean and clear that a large pigeon flew right into the glass just that afternoon after they were cleaned. I had a water heater that rusted through on Easter Sunday of this year which flooded my living…read moreroom. After turning off the water to the unit, I immediately went upstairs to file an insurance claim with USAA. Being Easter Sunday, I figured it would probably be Monday when the crew would arrive. Surprisingly, they arrived on Sunday roughly an hour after I had filed my claim. The immediately went to work putting dehumidifiers and fans in place and cordoned off the area with tape and plastic liner. The following morning, I awoke to a huge pool of water that had spread to my kitchen. Apparently the water heater, which was full when the water was shut off, had finally given way overnight and had emptied the water through a good part of my downstairs. A crew came out later that day and started the mitigation process. Every interaction I had with Lawton was professional, super prompt, and especially courteous. I highly recommend!

They provided a huge scheduling window and refused to communicate as to when they would start the work exactly. At the end of this nightmare, my husband stayed home three times to complete an inspection. No one showed up or called. They never completed the inspection. I have nails protruding out of my front porch covering. They did not paint the vents in the back of the house only the front showing from the street. They also repaired the ceiling inside and incorrectly reinstalled my recessed lighting. After ghosting us for the inspection they demanded payment and have never heard from them again. Horrendous customer service.
