You can also have your laundry done for you as those services are available here and you pick it up the following day or whenever you are able to. Be in touch with the laundromat if it is later than a day to be considerate of their time and space. I would avoid weekends because it was always very packed with people taking their clothes in to be cleaned. If you do go on the weekend try to go as early as possible and you will have plenty of space and a more calm atmosphere. Overall, I remember when my husband and I moved to The Bronx in 2014 we started going here and continued going here for the next few years until a laundromat open much closer to us by Sheridan Ave. This was not far at all, but the other one we went to after this happened to be a block away compared to this location which was a few blocks away. Decent laundromat despite the outdated look of it. I recommend it!

After buying my dress at The White Gown (which was great), I was introduced to Natasha to tailor my…read moredress. Natasha altered it well, and it fit before I left the store - however, upon getting to my wedding and hanging up my dress, we realized the inner most layer of fabric still had about 10 safety pins in it and the hem was never finished. I was constantly stepping on the innermost layer. Also, she had told me she would add to the bustle on the dress to be more secure, which was not done. The bustle broke off the dress, and the back of the dress ended up having to be safety pinned in order for me to dance during the evening. If not for having very crafty friends and family, the poor job Natasha did would have really affected the evening. If given Natasha as a seamstress, ensure everything you've asked for is 100% completed before leaving.

Came here to get some shirts done, 3.50 a shirt which is pretty ballsy for up here, but they said they go over the shirt with satin remover, then dry clean and then wash. Interestingly enough the shirt came back with a stain. Baby was not having that. I also asked for no starch and when I asked since the shirt was stiff they said we always do a little.....Needless to say the stain came out but not worth the money or the effort. read more

Upon pickup, I removed the plastic to discover not one, not two, but five large snags and pulls in the front of the gown, unraveling much of the knitting and floral print. The dress is destroyed. Not to mention the belt had a new stain as well with no explanation. My husband brought the garment back over to the shop and the owner shrugged his shoulders and was kinda like "oh, looks like they caught it. Oh well." They did not offer a refund, a reimbursement for the gown, not even an apology. Nothing. No remorse. As it turns out they send every garment to be dry cleaned at another factory in Queens with no oversight or quality control, and not much of a care for what happens to their customers' belongings. If you need something cleaned and pressed that you don't care about, by all means hand it over to Dynasty. But if you need someone to care for an investment piece, garment, or heirloom you care about -- stay far away. I will never bring another item of clothing to Dynasty Cleaners ever again.

There was a new person at the desk. When I asked for my shirts to be laundered (as they always were), he pointed to one and said that it had to be dry cleaned. He then tells me that it would be Monday before I can get them back. He then hands me a ticket for 3x the price I normally pay while mumbling something about the price being too cheap. Seems like this place is having issues (perhaps financial) and this person was there to overcharge loyal customers to make up for the gap. To be clear, here are my issues: 1. An attempt was made to overcharge me. 2. I was asked to pay upfront for the over charge, which indicates distrust And potential racism. 3. This individual did not care that I was a regular and that I was able to quote the prices that I normally pay. We really have to stop letting business come into neighborhoods and taking advantage of residents. I will never be back and caution everyone else to triple check your bill. Finally, I have attached a pic so that it's who I am referring to.
