My A/C was running a bit "Sluggish" during this Monsoon week that we have been experiencing here in the HD, so I called Elite Climate Control on 7/2/21 @ 0900 hrs. and spoke with "Tony" I gave him a brief synopsis of my problem. I am sure Tony was already booked and working, he didn't give me the "Standard Pitch" i.e. $XX.XX service call etc. Tony took the/his time to ask me questions in regards to my problems. We started the "Process of Elimination" and/or "Trouble Shooting" he gave me an immediate "Crash Course" on A/C properties and asked about the status of the A/C filter, he had me go outside and check the A/C line temperature, had me run back into the house and check the A/C registers, run back outside and wash the "Fins" on the A/C condenser and explained (If these are plugged/clogged they can burn up your compressor), run back inside to check the registers again for a temperature change, all while staying on the line with me while we were trying to remedy the problem. Tony, the owner of Elite Climate Control, was phenomenal! My AC unit was blowing hot air in the main house and our guest house. I needed it fixed quickly because I have a husky that I need to keep cool for summer. Tony was my 3rd call for quotes. Let me tell you, third time is a CHARM! I had called two other AC companies and they both told me I needed brand new units and coils which would put me well over 20k. However, I found Tony through a recommendation and he replaced two capacitors and said that everything else was working fine and there was no need to purchase new units. Tony also taught me how to rinse down the coils to my units so that way it keeps the air flowing nicely. Tony helped me save $23,000! He is the biggest blessing. My old A/C system was 21 years old and ready to retire! I got several estimates before choosing Elite Climate Control. The reason I chose Tony and his crew was not only did they offer the best estimate, but they were personable and well educated about their products.On the big day they arrived on time and got right to work. The whole crew was polite and courteous. The installation was complete and system running in about 6 hours, and that's even after adding an extra vent and ducting to a room in the garage. Called Elite Climate Control after my home warranty had come out three times and on there forth time tomorrow. Tony the owner stopped by between calls checked everything out and had the air working in no time and showed me how to clean it and what filters to use to keep it working and cleaning better. Tony did all the research and used tools to check the Freon levels and the running coil levels inside and out and everything was running as it should be. So there was no need for the home warranty service calls to keep rescheduling them and returning to find that they need to come back another day. Tony did not even charge for his time at the house he just wanted to make sure the air conditioner was working or let me know what to tell the warranty people. Tony came by my house in Spring Valley, Victorville, last minute with no problems, no hesitation. We had a dead bird in the vent, what a Rodent Terminator said. Tony walked through my door and within no kidding 30 seconds said no way, it's not in your vent. After, another 5 - 10minutes of double checking he once again reassured me it was not in my vents in my house, well he was 100% right and the rodent exterminator was wrong a dead bird was actually in my attic and not that hard to find after I went up myself. If I could give a 10 star review I would! Tony was the only person that answered our call and came straight to our house on a Sunday. He fixed our AC and it has been working perfect ever since. It was about 110 degrees outside and 85 inside our house He walked us through everything he was doing and was very honest. By the time he left the house was cooled down to 73 degrees. Then a couple hours later he calleto make sure it was working properly & even came by the next day to make sure everything was still good. He was such a positive, helpful & hardworking professional. I don't ever recall been as pleasant surprise as I was with this company. Tony Osman(owner)Is the most hones and Ethical person I Haver talked to. He went to check AC as a 2nd opinion knowing my insurance was ready to fully replace the AC unit base on previous diagnostic. He knew I was ready to give him the job and surprisingly told me there was nothing wrong with the unit. I started noticing vibrations coming from my heater. I have a central unit located in my attic. Tony came out the next day to investigate. A piece of paper (specs) had come loose inside the unit and caused the vibration. They removed the paper and were in and out in 10 minutes. The heater is purring again. I tried to pay them, with a credit card, then cash, but they refused to accept payment, saying they didn't do anything. I was shocked. Rarely do you see such amazing customer service anymore. Tony was an incredible expert in HVAC. Very honest, told me he could fix the capacitor, but then the fan would break, and he could fix that, but with a system already 30 years old, informed me that it would be best to replace a 30 year old system before further damage and costs incurred. Gave me a fair price, and scheduled the installation in 2 days. The guys came and installed the system and were done by 2pm. They even showed me where the cooling coils were rusted and the furnace was close to cracking. Glad we replaced the whole system. A/C is working great. Would recommend him to anyone! read more

Nick, the technician, and Tony, the Owner, were both fantastic to work with. No service charge for the initial visit is UNHEARD OF during a heat wave. In addition, I was fairly certain that a capacitor had blown due to a dirty condenser coil...so they EASILY could have charged me as though that were the problem, even though it was a simple issue with the thermostat.
