Just got done with my service with Elite Climate Control. Called them earlier this afternoon, quick response to my message and booked an appointment same day. First I would like to thank Tony and Nick for fixing what, to me, was a major problem which was the AC wasn't blowing cool air at all. By the time they left my house the problem was fixed and I was enjoying a colder house! Now what I wanted to point out that they did for me that I've never encountered was that they allowed me to get up on my roof and explained exactly what was going on with the unit on a mechanical/electrical level. I called Tony 'cuz my original installer was out of town and needed the AC fixed quickly. Wow I never expected such an amazing service. Tony said he could go early next morning and won't charge for the initial inspection. I hired Elite Climate Control to replace a swamp cooler with a new HVAC system on a rental property. They started the job 2 days after I called and completed the work in 1.5 days, which included removing the old swamp cooler, installing a new A/C unit and furnace, and 2 new vents with duct work. Our AC failed on Sept.2,2022 just before the labor weekend. I called my home warranty and the scheduled a contractor to come out on Tuesday, the day after Labor Day. They shall remain nameless but they arrived nearly 2 hours late at 4:45p.m. They told me that my AC unit was too far gone and had to be replaced. I later found out that they told my home warranty that it needed to have a leak test performed. They then scheduled an appointment for me 8 days later. I found this to be unacceptable, especially since my wife and I are both 75 years of age. They did NOT care. It got much worse from here, but I won't go into those details. I then looked for another contractor on my own. To my GOOD FORTUNE I found ELITE CLIMATE CONTROL and spoke with Tony, the owner of the company. I was able to get my home warranty company to contact Tony at ELITE CLIMATE CONTROL. After Tony inspected my system he found out that the outside AC unit and the coil in the attic both needed to be replaced. Tony then sent my home warranty company the detailed estimate that they requested. It was approved that same day (Tuesday, Sept. 20th) and Tony had his company, ELITE CLIMATE CONTROL perform the work on Thursday, Sept. 22 to my delight. My furnace on my HVAC unit didn't respond this week on Tuesday or Wednesday. When night temperatures hit low 40's. My thermostat was reading 68 degrees! He and his technician Nick were on time, very friendly, and very knowledgeable.
