I was told to use it for an emergency spare... I never used the wheel.... I tried to return the wheel today because I don't need it... He said we don't take any items back. He said why you want to bring back the wheel?... We don't return anything...He was very rude and unprofessional.... I've been a customer since 2017... Stay away from this place... This is the worst tire shop in Collin County....

When I went to get my TPMS sensor replaced on that exact tire at another shop I was informed that my lug nut on my tire could not be removed due to it being cross threaded. I went back here to tell them that they were the last ones to touch the tire with proof of purchase they refused any responsibility for damaging the stud and asked for me to pay for a replacement. Even if it was an accident the accountability is lacking heavily. DO NOT go here if you want to end up with a bigger headache than you showed up with. No one likes having to replace a tire plus now I have to replace my stud and lug nut myself.

They had just thrown it back in my trunk and covered it back up. ZERO mention of that to me. When I called to complain yesterday, they basically told me that was not their problem. It was not their responsibility to show or tell me that I now had no spare. Apparently, their only responsibility is to take your money, get you back out of their shop, and wave goodbye. Trust me, it's not a full-hand wave.
