At one point we didn't have a corkscrew to open the bottles of wine and we knocked on one of the trailers and was given their personal one to use. My only gripe with this place is the decor, and it isn't necessarily bad. To me it limits the choices of what you can do to the place. If you're going for a super modern, sleek, formal affair, the bright yellow kitchen cabinets and huge wall paintings of farmland are not going to mesh well at all. But if you're doing a vintage, farmhouse, barn style wedding, then this is your place! They have a men's and women's restroom, you get access to the aforementioned kitchen, there is a huge cement dance floor and this is all inside, away from the elements. Outside is like a garden oasis with archways covered in Ivy everywhere. It's gorgeous!

I had the privilege of going to the grand opening event. I went on opening day, and was met by about seven or eight friendly people all more than willing to chat with me about the venue and give me a tour. They showed me the exterior, and the little marriage alter area they set up. While I wasn't initially impressed with the exterior set up, I was greatly impressed by the facility and the set up inside. It's one solid room, with a smaller room about 9' x 9' that they called "the lounge" that had several nice couches in it. The main room had plenty of space for tables and chairs, and a small reception area. I forgot to ask if they have a dance floor, but like every other venue, they have relationships with outside vendors to either provide food, or decorating. Prices seemed really reasonable, and everybody was just super kind and excited. The entire place smelled like paint, which really is a great sign for a venue. Everything looked white and clean and new on the inside. I asked about audio/video capabilities, and was told they could easily bring in speakers and a projector if needed for an extra fee. I can definitely see this place for smaller weddings, business gatherings, or other medium size meetings. Again, everybody was just really great to talk to, and the facility was just beautiful inside.
