Very cool vibe! Extremely cool staff. Thank you to the Ryan's. Love that their Menu changes a few times a year. *2 drink and a Sandwich is a steal! Also, try their Expresso Martini Slushies!

Long overdue review. I love the cocktails here. They're creative, and not overly sweet. The vibe is relaxed and the staff is always friendly. The pressed sandwiches are the perfect snack. I'm obsessed with the bread they use. Great spot for a casual drink. Will definitely come back.

The Red Room has a very nice ambiance. It's very aesthetic inside. The day I went there was a DJ spinning Records. It was a nice vibe, very chill. The drink I ordered was disappointing. The drink came and it was about 70% full with a price tag of $16+. I picked up the ice cube and it shows exactly how much you're actually getting. This was super disappointing here. Our group was over the overpriced drinks for a small drink. The waitress was super busy the hour we were there so not very attentive but I understand. Overall I guess I would recommend for 1 time thing. I won't be choosing to come back unless I have to.

I love this place! The vibes are immaculate and the bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable. Their drinks are delicious and they have a well curated selection of spirits. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure you find what you're looking for. Great service all around. Ryan is exceptional! We look forward to more fun times to come!

Came here for happy hour for our anniversary and had an amazing time! Drinks were amazing, very spirit forward and you definitely get your moneys worth. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate and perfect for date night. Our server Jared was amazing and very knowledgeable of the menu. His suggestions were great and he provided excellent customer service. Will definitely be coming back!

red room has an immaculate vibe that'll make you feel like you're in the 1980s classic the SHINING! I feel like jack Nicholson ordering alcohol from a phantom bartender in the Stanley hotel. Now I've only had a chance to sit at the bar, but they do have a cutesy retro menu book and lovely red lighting . This is the first place I have tried burrata cheese and it surely changed my LIFE! I'm determined to come back for a sandwich because they look exquisite. Service can be so so I felt tonight we waited a little too long for two drinks, granted I did order the Fresno classic Stockholm royal while my partner had a simple vodka cran. I wish I understood the seating here because we ordered a drink and wanted to move to the fire place but someone beat us to the punch had we known we could we would've been there first. I will say I had a very cutesy Stockholm probably the tiniest one I've ever had but it was a very nice way to end my night after enjoying dinner at the Annex.

Pleasant experience overall! Went on a Friday right at 5 and it was dead, the interior is vintage with lots of red obviously. It was considered happy hour so the Apertivo special was chosen- 2 cocktails and a board for $35. Good deal for sure! I got the frozen espresso martini. It was delicious! The staff are attentive and professional. The service was great. The ambiance, lighting and soft music playing made for the perfect atmosphere to relax after a long week. Would love to come back soon and try their other cocktails.

Best Cocktail Bar in Fresno! My wife and I have been to almost every reputable cocktail bar in town and little did we know this place was right around the corner from our house. Make sure you check the website before you go... there are sometimes closed when events are happening at Pardini's next door.

I had been wanting to try the new modern, sophisticated bar in Fresno and finally did. Before entering the building you're greeted by the security. You enter into a nice bright hallway, and on your right side is the entrance to the red room. The vibe is moody with a little retro decor. Spacious bar area. Love the checkered tile and the red room area, which has a nice fire place. This place is perfect for a nightcap. There's background music, but I think the genre wasn't quite the mood. Maybe they change it up though! They have house cocktails as well as a changing cocktail menu with fun, spontaneous names and ingredients. I ordered the classic margarita and loved it. I liked the 2nd one I ordered more because it had more salt on the rim but still tasted great. We weren't done with our drinks and had reservations at annex, and they told us we could take our drink over there. Super cool place!

Drinks were phenomenal and the food was delicious! Service was excellent as well. Definitely recommend going there. You will not be sorry!

For those of you having trouble finding it, you'll need to walk into Pardini's and take a right once you're inside. Parking is easy to find! The front parking by Shaw is usually crowded so I would suggest going towards the back of the buildings. We were seated right away (you choose where to sit) and service was great!! Our server was patient, very kind, and came by and gave us suggestions. The interior looks a lot better in person than it does in photos! The booths are actually really comfy, and there's ample space between tables so you don't feel like you're listening to the people next to you. There are so many details that elevate the experience: suede menu covers, Red Room coasters, velvety materials on the walls and booths, and real candles instead of the little plastic ones. We ordered cocktails from the music menu. Here's what we got & here's what we thought! Queen of the rodeo $15 (3/5): This one was super STRONG. My boyfriend thought the flavor of the alcohol was a little too prominent and he did want more of that peach/plum/honey flavor the menu mentioned. The Presentation was super cute as it comes in a ceramic cup instead of glass! Cocktails rule everything around me $16 (4/5): Comes with a strawberry frozen into a block of ice. I do think that the block of ice itself was huge; I thought it was one of those cubes that take up a lot of the space in the cup but it was actually a rectangle which was even bigger. The drink itself was great! Definitely on the safer side and good if you have a sweet tooth-- it's hard to go wrong with a fruity/strawberry cocktail. Overall, it was a great experience! Our server did say that it was an open bar so they could make other drinks at our request. PLEASE NOTE!!! Happy Hour is 5-7PM ($3 off cocktails and $2 off wine by the glass) There's also a "Aperitivo Special" which comes with two cocktails and the board or pressed sandwich for $35 (this is definitely a deal considering two cocktails alone were around $33 for me!). Gratuity applies to parties of 6 or more (20%).

The bestie and I came here the day before thanksgiving. We got there right when it opened and had the choice to sit anywhere. We decided to grab a booth area right by the fireplace. This place has a very upscale chill vibe. A lot of the seats and walls are red and done beautifully. My bestie and I loved the dim lighting too. They had live music playing that night. Which was great to hear while having some drinks. Both people who waited on us were kind and very patient. We decided to get their special which comes with 2 drinks of choice and a charcuterie board or sandwich for only 35 bucks. Very cheap in my opinion. We both chose to get a festive drink that was there for thanksgiving. I don't remember the name but mine was amazing and bestie loved his too. We tried the charcuterie board and 2 sandwiches. Everything was yummy and so filling. All their foods pair well with their drinks too. They make mocktails as well. I do like that they don't give you a time limit at your table. We were able to hang out for awhile and have a few drinks. They also let us bring food from next door at annex. If you're in the area and looking for a nice place to have a cocktail give this place a try it will not disappoint.

Stopped by to get a drink before our dinner reservations next door. Came in on a Friday night around 630pm and it was pretty busy. Sat at the bar and was attended to within a few minutes. The aesthetic of this place is super nice; has a retro and upscale feel to it. Bartenders were friendly too. Didn't know but they have a happy hour from 5-7pm and it's $3 off menu cocktails and $2 off wine. Our drinks were decent. We got the Honeydew This Honeydew That and the Blood Orange Cosmo. The drinks weren't my favorite but I would definitely come back and try something else due to the great service and nice interior. You also have the option to pay via phone by scanning the QR code which I thought was handy.

Bar is beautiful and stocked well.

The setup itself is just weird; you have to stand outside and wait for someone to come out to seat you. When you go inside, its small and has kind of a "bar meets saddam hussein's palace" kind of vibe, there is gold everywhere in here. Not to mention its a bar that has been converted into a restaurant, its separated by the check-in desk by drapery. One good point is that all of the staff is very friendly and attentive, although I think our waitress had to cover every table in the place, which seems kind of not great for her! We started with some drinks, they were both good, no complaints there. After they came we ordered our food, we ordered them one at a time. First up was the bacon wrapped dates. These were pretty good, the bacon was cooked well and had some good crisp, it paired well with the dates and cheese inside. The walnut was kind of weird and my wife and I both thought for a second the date pit hadn't been removed. Next we got the corn empanadas, these were disappointing but not awful. The dough was cooked fine but it has absolutely no flavor, like nothing at all. The filling was also cooked ok, the corn had good texture, but similarly, had no flavor, about the only thing I could tint was a tiny bit of cilantro. Once you dip it in the sauce that comes with it, things improve, but we both felt the empanadas should be able to stand on their own. The last tapas item we got was the costillas al ajillo, these were both disappointing AND awful. They are advertised as "fall off the bone fried rib tips, garlic infused olive oil, crisp garlic chips" The only thing crispy about this was the meat itself, it was incredibly dry and had no flavor. There was a little bit of olive oil and some minced garlic, but not "crispy garlic chips". Credit where credits due they took if off the bill, but it was just incredibly bad. We finished with the chocolate flan which was quite good, no complaints there. All in all it was disappointing and I don't know that we would come back.
