Of course I brought a pair of back up glasses since I have double vision and need major correction. But when I packed from my RV and flew from Cabo San Lucas to Oklahoma City, I looked at that back up pair of glasses and thought I would not need them for the five days. I'd be back in America. My glasses broke today and I can't see without them. One short Uber ride to Midtown Optical and I was surrounded by caring staff who immediately found the perfect solution and repaired my glasses.and get this they did it for free! I returned a week later and he changed the prescription. The contact lens technician did a quick reading test and changed the prescription again, thank God. I returned for a followup a week later and Dr. Pitt changed the prescription again and told me he didn't want to see me again until my annual exam. I trusted him and ordered the lens before driving in them and it turns out the prior prescription was better. I feel Dr. Pitt is rushing things compared to how he operated a few years ago. I start work early in the morning and use my eyes reading and working on the computer all day. I go to the eye doctor after a shift. My eyes are old and tired and may require a little patience. It's not a big ask. Unfortunately, I will not be seeing Dr. Pitt at my annual exam, as I will be searching for better care elsewhere.

I've worn glasses and contact lenses for 25+ years (I'm not old just worn glasses since elementary school...lol). When I called for an appt the staff I spoke with was friendly and quick to get me a spot that fit my schedule. I like that Dr. McBride sees patients later in the evening (I had a 5:30pm appt). I was seen promptly at my appt time and the staff is very organized. Dr. McBride was very courteous and formal (rather old school), he has a quiet bedside manner but he got my prescription dead on! Based on my ins. (VSP) his prices are extremely reasonable! For what I paid in Calif. just for glasses I got glasses AND 6 months of contacts (I didn't get generic frames either...designer name brand). He has a great selection of frames for men, women and children. I'm very happy I found Dr. McBride and have already recommended him to several people!

I dealt with wearing not the right prescription for years until we came to Dr. Warren. She immediately addressed that they do have contacts that work for me and now I can actually SEE! Absolutely life changing. The whole staff was super nice to my daughters (4 and 7 years old) through their exam and helped find glasses that they loved. So thankful for this place! We live 2 hours away and happily make the drive to come here!

Not only is Dr Warren great, so are the two ladies that work for her. Your always greeted with a smiling face and a kind Hello. Feel like these days you have a primary Dr and each visit is like it's the first time they are seeing you. Dr. Warren is far from that! She pulls up the images and goes over them with you. Lets you know what was going on last time vs this time. If your trying something for the first time and it's not for you just let her know. She will keep working until she find what works for you. Example: My new bifocal contact lenses. Definitely would recommend her and her staff to anyone.
