I did get new glasses and when I went in to pick them up I was again rushed, no fitting at all, just a printed card they had me read to see if I could see ok. The eye glass techs were busy on their phones and I felt as though I was bothering them. The glasses did not seem any different than the ones I had as far as prescription strength. I did speak to the office manager after the fact and she did offer me a refund if I returned the glasses which I did. Fast forward to today, I called as I had sudden onset floaters in one eye which alarmed me. I was told no appointment availability this week and was referred to 2 other places, one that had terrible reviews and the other that told me all there docs were out of town for the week and had told other offices to not refer to them this week because of that. I know offices are busy but this was somewhat of an emergency and the ladies answering the phone could not be bothered. Happy to say I did find an office who saw me same day and they were wonderful. I will be taking my business and my family to that office from now on.

He rushed through the exam and when she protested that he was going too fast, he responded that he would adjust it at the end. The result was a prescription that was too strong in the new glasses. She had immediate headaches and called his office. His advice was to take Tylenol. She went back in and "Dr" Tran re-examined her eyes and came up with a prescription that was even stronger. We had to go to another optometrist to get the correct prescription and ended up paying again for another exam (no insurance) AND another set of lenses to correct his shoddy work. Today I went for eyeglasses adjustment because my nose pads weren't symmetrical and one nose pad is touch my eyelid. Ricky one staff member came out to help me with it but only use an intimidating behavior to his satisfaction and convinced me that it seems perfect for him. I asked if he can use a tool instead of just his fingers for adjustment but Ricky insisted that his finger is a tool and the right tool. I felt my ears were so hot from high blood pressure and my stomach was cramping. It wasn't a good morning experience for an eyeglass adjustment.
