I had already explained that I work night shifts and came in after work, but there was little consideration for my time. The payment process and overall customer service need significant improvement. I hope they improve their front desk operations, staff training, and billing procedures to provide a better experience for future customers.

I wear progressives which need very precise measurements to be effective. I came in and first visited with the Dr. Next door who really fine tuned my new prescription. Walked into Visionworks to have the lenses in my current frames replaced. They had no problem accommodating me with my existing frame and made sure I had a backup pair while mine were being fitted with new lenses. The price for their elite ploy Lena progressives was half the price of the supposed "Best" I had before. It then decided to make use of my frame allowance and also bought a pair of prescription sun glasses. All in all still cheaper than the other guys. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks for them to come back. Surprisingly they were ready at exactly 1 week. Granted I miss the days of the 1 hour glasses while you wait, but compared to others this was Lightning quick. Although we should expect things to be done right the first time, glasses at other place have often had to be remade do to an error in the lens creation. Both pairs of lenses were perfect. Shocker! The also sent me home with a new ray ban case for my old frames I bought elsewhere. Very considerate. The stag was super helpful and friendly. Especially the lady the helped me. Can't remember her name but she had dyed hair, horn rimmed glasses, and some interesting piercings.

Be careful of choosing this place and get ready for multiple visits and paying from your pocket on…read moretop of your insurance. It cost me $200 just for the visit with insurance!! WTH No glasses or contacts!! This place is now a money making practice they don't care about the patient, just marking appointments and hurry through the visits!! Beware!! Go somewhere else do your research. Stay away from Corporate controlled companies.

I walked into my appointment, and was greeted immediately and walked back to the room for the initial examination. It was quick! I then saw the doctor, who was a cool, bearded gentleman that spoke calmly, clearly, and answered all my questions. He even recommended products that he uses by pulling them up on the internet using a large screen for me to see. Eye examines are annual, maybe bi-annual appointments for me, but if I had the opportunity to go often, I would! My entire appointment, including checking out frames took 40 minutes from the time I walked in the door.

I don't believe it's been open for very long, it's right off of Preston Rd in Celina. The offices are beautifully designed, I loved all of the thoughtful pieces throughout, definitely thumbs up for the coffee bar! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the doctor took his time to explain the pictures of the eye to my daughter, which was fascinating! They got us in and out pretty quickly and did an amazing job. I think my daughter was really happy with her eyeglass selection. She hasn't had glasses for several years and is looking forward to them, especially for driving. We opted to add in the blue light filter to help with screen time effects on the eyes. Make sure you understand. You're not rushed. They give time to process info. They make recommendations on what might help & keep you comfy. These things make a huge difference.

I see doctor Gaddis this year for an issue and while I am in the waiting room, her front office was rude and made humiliating jokes at my expense. I go in to see Dr Gaddis and she acted like I was wasting her time and rushed me out. Today I call to obtain all my records and they made no attempt to find out why I was leaving or made an attempt to keep me as a patient. After 11 years of being a patient, I expected better.
