Since our purchase of the Vacuum Drawer from Wolf, we've had continuous issues with it functioning properly, for two years. The original installers, were unfamiliar with the equipment. They had mentioned it was only the second one they had installed. I guess not too many people fully understand the benefits of the vacuum machine. As it turns out, the equipment was faulty and Wolf finally offered to replace the entire unit, after two attempts at repairs and two years later. Elite did a great job and fixed a couple of other issues we didn't even know needed to be fixed. The machine works great. It's so refreshing when you have people who know what they're doing. I was very happy with their service! They installed Viking built in refrigerator to already existing cabinets. They came to do pre-measurement to make sure the installation would go well. The day before the installation, I got a phone call to make sure all the procedure. I had a question and she explained it to me thoroughly and that made me feel better. On the day of the installation, the team members did such a fantastic job. Originally the fridge was an inch and a half shorter than the cabinet, but they were able to raise it to make it look perfect. I was so impressed. I'm amazed by this company & their next level customer service... I deal with a lot of these types of vendors. Usually I get a headache dealing with them IF I'm able to get someone on the phone. Marisol has gone above and beyond to look out for me, reschedule not once, twice but THREE times. All with a smile! She truly looked out for my best interest. I highly recommend the preinspection even if its an extra cost. I thought I was ready for the install of my fridge but I definitely wasn't. I was super impressed by the installer Mike. The whole team at Elite Installation was great. First off when getting the quote, they were the most through and complete, including things that we would never have thought of like a T line for our fridge. They require a pre-inspection visit which was very helpful in identifying pre-installation issues. They accepted photographs of updated changes rather than additional visits. On the day of installation, Brian and his team were very professional and respectful of our house and took extreme care of our appliances. They were careful to protect our flooring and the whole area they were working on. They didn't rush through any portion of the installation and ensured everything worked properly before leaving. Overall, we are very happy with the work they did. They weren't the cheapest option but I would say they were definitely worth the money. read more

Paid them to do a pre-inspection. They provided an estimate based on their pre-inspection.They did not stick to their pre-inspection estimate. They also charged for standby time, even though the estimate stated that they would not charge for anything before a 35 minute standby time was exceeded. They also charged for materials that they did not use. When I called them and attempted to discuss this with them they said they would speak to their technicians about the work performed and return my call. They did not return my call and charged my debit card for the amount that was assumed to be performed. I am a general contractor who performs work on a lot of high end homes and unfortunately will not be calling them back. read more

I'm sorry, but Elite's response - that the leaks were from plumbing pipes - is just factually wrong. The Gas Company technician showed me that the leaks were absolutely coming from the connections that Elite had worked on between the gas line and the stove top units. My mistake was not immediately videotaping his hand-held leak detector as it indicated exactly where the leaks were. If I had done that, Elite would absolutely not be able to make the inaccurate claim that the fault was not theirs. In 35 years we have never smelled gas in this house. Shortly after Elite Installation finished their work, we smelled gas. Is that a "plumbing pipe coincidence"? Their second crew came, acknowledged that the first crew did not properly make the connections, and supposedly repaired the first crew's mistakes. One hour after the second crew left, we smelled gas again. Is that a second "plumbing pipe coincidence"? Elite did a poor job, failed to fix it, and then failed to take responsibility for it, and left us with a contractor's bill to fix their mistakes. read more

We ran into an issue requiring movement of our very large Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer. We had a number of Sub Zero and Wolfe products purchased after the Woolsey Fire destroyed our home. Oscar, at Elite Installation, thought perhaps they would cover the moving costs and called Sub Zero. Sure enough he was right. Oscar arranged for Sub Zero to guarantee the cost as the entire issue was not our fault but, nor was it Elite's or Sub Zero's. It was the fault of the contractor. Nevertheless, Oscar saved us by getting Sub Zero to commit to paying the labor to move the fridge/freezer. Our HVAC people smartly figured a way not requiring movement of the equipment at all. But, it was Oscar of Elite Installation who jumped to the idea of contacting Sub Zero to cover potential costs gave us piece of mind. read more

Marisol Dominguez and Carmen Vargas at Elite " did me a solid," as a friend from NYC would say! I came to them with a problem regarding a dishwasher Elite had installed but was seriously out of warranty. My home was a new build, I was the first owner and the builder was not forthcoming with help for a machine that was flooding water all over the wood floors of my kitchen. These ladies did something amazing for me as a first time homeowner. They offered to waive the uninstall and install fee and told me if the work didn't solve my problem, they would follow through and help me in any way they could going forward to find a solution. That is the very definition of customer service. A representative from an appliance company told me that Elite, in her opinion was their finest installer, a sentiment echoed by a friend in the luxury appliance business. The technicians Elite sent sorted out my issue very quickly without performing the uninstall and their original dishwasher installation was not at fault. My problem may have been a little out of the ordinary but I am guessing the kind and concerned response from Marisol and Carmen, is not. Even if they hadn't offered to help me in the way they did, their treatment of me in emails and phone calls exemplifies everything I was told about them. The leaking dishwasher was one of many serious problems my builder was and is still avoiding dealing with. That Carmen and Marisol at Elite offered me a hand up will not be forgotten. read more

They get a one star as the install team was friendly. That's it. The rep on my order was Denise...just awful. Difficult to reach and always scattered. My install was pre-inspected, and Elite reported there were no problems. Elite picked up my appliances from the appliance warehouse, and two days before install Denise called and said there is a $1,000 uncharge for the install. I reminded her she had weeks to inform me of this but didn't do so until she had possession of my 3 appliances. Bad business. We proceeded in order to keep construction project on time. Install arrived on time, a couple scratches on house but I understand that. They left in the evening and later I was awakened to a strong gas smell. Even with every window open we couldn't sleep all night. The team returned in AM after my frantic emails and admitted they didn't install the stove correctly and there was a gas leak. Denise offered $100 when I complained. My husband had to step in to get a few hundred credit. Ridiculous experience. read more

In booking and pre-installation visit, Marisol was truly "on her game" to make sure everything was set up and good to go on install day. Moses and Tony were the installers and were friendly, efficient and very helpful. Testing all items to ensure working properly before they left and identified a couple components that were not "perfect" and they contacted manufacturer on our behalf to request replacement to be shipped directly to us. They only get one star because ZERO wasn't an option. They screwed up an install for me in 2016 and so was surprised that Subzero sent them out to replace a broken Cove dishwasher. They installed the unit, forgot to hook up the drain, turned on the dishwasher and then then left flooding our kitchen. They came back to fix it, messed up again disconnected the drain on the Ice Maker and flooded the kitchen again. They guys are beyond incompetent use at your peril. Subzero should be ashamed of themselves for using them too! read more

They came to install a new SubZero fridge and take away the old one. They sounded ecstatic about the old one and they called someone apparently willing to pay money for it. Anyway. So during the installation they scratched both the ceiling and the floor, they asked for more money (I had to call the seller company to call Elite to resolve this) and when they left I noticed they dropped garbage in the front yard. Lovely. A year later SubZero sent a notice that some maintenance is required. The maintenance person came and concluded the installation is not up to spec and I need to call Elite to come fix their sub-standard job. Needless to say I'll try to find any other company to fix Elite's mess. read more

Do not ever use Elite Installation. We bought a Wolf wall oven. Elite Installation came out for a pre-inspection weeks before the installation date. They said everything was good. The pre-inspection process made me feel confident that we were working with professionals who would get our oven installed properly, and that we wouldn't have any problems. I was wrong. When the oven arrived Elite Installation came to our house, removed our old oven, and then told us that the cabinet did not have adequate support to hold up the new oven and that they could not install the new oven. Now, I had no oven at all. We reminded them that it passed their own pre-installation they said something like, yeah that happens sometimes. They told us we needed to get a carpenter out to make the repairs and modifications. I replied by saying I thought that this is what they do and that's why we have professional installation. The retail store where we bought the oven said that they would do what was necessary to make the oven work. We understood that there might be an additional fee depending on what needs to be done and that's the purpose of the pre-inspection. They said no, they do other work but no carpentry. They put us in touch with a carpenter that they use for these jobs and told us if he could do the work that day they would come out at the end of the day and finish the installation. We called the carpenter that they told us to use, he charged us $450 for two 1x2's to be screwed into the cabinet as support. That's an entire story to itself but we basically got ripped off by their recommendation which I'm suspect that someone got a referral fee from. Then when we called Elite back to say the carpenter finished his job and that they could come back out to finish the installation, they told us they couldn't come back for another 4 days! After lengthy phone calls, they agreed to send a supervisor out to do the installation the next day. They were about to leave and we realized that the door to the oven was rubbing against the sidewall and that it hadn't been installed properly. They redid it. After they left we realized that the heating element at the top of the ceiling of the oven was not clipped into place and was just hanging loosely. It was an easy thing for us to correct but it shows that it certainly was not a professional installation. Unfortunately, we will never buy from the retailer again because they use Elite installation. I know it's two different companies but from my perspective, I can't use one and not the other. I have gaps in the cabinet above and below the oven because the installers didn't communicate with the carpenter about the size of the oven and vice versa. It looks bad. For the price of the oven, the carpenter, and the installation I would expect a "finished look" and I don't have one. The moral of the story is that my experience with Elite Installation was very disappointing due to their poor communication, poor quality of work, and questionable business methods. I will never use them again, nor will I ever shop with a retailer who utilizes their services. read more

Oscar helped me with scheduling the team out to deinstall our old fridge and install the replacement. The communication was seamless and Oscar was so helpful and flexible as we had to change the schedule several times due to making sure kitchen repairs were completed before we installed the new fridge. After we had scheduled the installation for a Friday, one of the team had to call in sick so they arranged for a crew to come out on Saturday to get us our fridge. I was so impressed that they went the extra mile to help us and Moses and Ventura who did the install were fabulous.
