I can't say enough about Leal and the Pros 360 team. I used another company to install a NEW HVAC system in 2021. We had ongoing problems after the installation. They came out several times, but each visit left me wondering if they had done a good job on the AC in 2021 because the system never seemed to properly regulate the heating and air, even with a $6,500 regulator doohickey ( a technical term, I believe) and two nests. When the system quit again in June 2024, I called the other company. The registers in several rooms provided no air. They were completely unhelpful and couldn't give us an apt for three weeks. Also, they wanted $160 to check the system they installed! The woman who answered my call reminded me that they had already been out a few times since the system was installed. I would find out there was a darker reason for the repeated visits. My disabled son needs AC, as does anyone who lives in the San Fernando Valley and is seeking to survive the annual summer swelter. Furious, I started looking for another AC company without much hope of getting immediate help. I checked around and found and called Pros 360. I spoke to the owner, Leal. He listened to my rant and was very kind. He said one of the Pro 360 team would be at my house the following morning. To my surprise, Leal called me back that day and said someone could come out the same day. I couldn't believe it. They came out the same day, checked in the attic, and told me the old company had NOT replaced ANY of the 20- to 30-year-old ducts when they installed the new AC/heating system. Wow! I felt so disappointed that I had trusted the old company and felt like an idiot for paying for a system that was never correctly installed and had been running up my bill for three years. Some of you reading this can relate, I am sure. But I digress. Leal and his team were superheroes. Not only did the guys come out the same day and try to fix the broken ducts that were blowing air around the attic, but they fixed the entire system within the week and over one day. One day, I tell ya'! They were professional and worked happily; there was no complaining while on the job about not being paid enough or long hours. Also, they replaced all the old registers in the house with nice, new white ones that are energy efficient. Again, the old company didn't do this when they installed the new system in 2021. You don't know what you don't know until you know. And now I know. I was amazed and appreciative and felt lucky that I called Pros 360. The level of care and service is epic. They charged me $99 for the initial visit, which went toward the new work. They show up in nice work trucks and work fast. Within a matter of hours, the job was done. I am so impressed with this company. Moreover, the AC in my house has never worked better and my solar panels and the new ducts have reduced my electricity bill. These employees care, and Leal is in the business of service, not trying to make a fast buck and then leave customers stranded like the other company did. There was no effort to sell me on a plan, nor was it discussed, which I appreciated. I don't know what we would have done without Pros 360. I feel blessed to have found Leal; and his trusty, hardworking, professional team. Today, the tenant at my rental property called about a problem with the AC. I called Leal. He said he could be at the rental house after 3 p.m. This rarely happens with other companies. Leal has been at the house and suggested a cost-effective fix that is being installed tomorrow! Leal has got to be friends with Superman or Dead Pool, because he gets the job done. I'm not sure how he does it, but he is professional and helpful because he knows customer service and care create loyal customers. And loyal customers build strong brands and businesses that grow and thrive. So many businesses look to take advantage of people and make a quick buck. I can't tell you how many times I've been trusting and regretted it--kicking myself in the process. If you are trusting like me, you can find yourself frustrated and fed up with having people abuse your faith. Fear not. Have faith. Staff on the field and the staff in the office knew what each were doing, which showed sufficiency and accountability. When I made a verbal appointment with the manager and the HVAC tech and had to call the office to reschedule, the office tech knew who I was and what needed to be done. It can be hard finding reliable businesses to work with, but I am completely satisfied and happy with the work that Pros 360 did installing a heat pump in my house. They did more than just that, they also installed a new filter system, cleaned out drainage pipes, ran a new line to the furthest room in my house, and installed a new smart thermostat. Through it all Leal was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and straightforward. His recommendations really helped me understand exactly what I was getting with all the work Pros 360 was doing. Pros 360 was just about the most expensive quote I received on paper, but when I looked at what I was getting I realized that it was actually very reasonably priced. This isn't my first rodeo, and as a real estate professional I've dealt with a lot of HVAC companies. This was one of those moments that just left me shaking my head. I won't say that pros 360 are scoundrels. I won't say they attempted to take advantage of me as a customer during the height of a heat wave, or that those actions seem immoral. I'll simply state the facts. My normal HVAC guys were swamped with calls and unavailable. I used Yelp to find a company to service a leaking mini split. The technician did eventually show up (late, didn't do a great job of communicating how late they would be, but given the heatwave I can look past that.). They then quoted me $1700 for a repair plus the cost of gas. (The attached bid for $1600 included a $100 credit for the service call). I instantly told the representative that I could buy a brand new 12K BTU replacement unit for less than that, and that I knew the labor costs for this particular job should reflect no more than 1 hour of work. He proceeded to upsell me on a new unit for $2200. I was embarrassed for him. They then tried another pressure tactic, asking me if the technician should tell my tenant I didn't want to fix it for them, or if I was going to tell them myself. I dismissed his technician and sent them on their way. Fortunately, the next day one of my regular HVAC professionals was able to service the unit. The labor price? $250+ the cost of the gas. If you want to use this company, be aware that they may try to over charge for unnecessary services. I don't recommend you do business with them. read more

Had a new system installed last year this is my second 5 star review. We developed a problem with the new condensate pump which leaked water and damaged the ceiling. I called Pros 360, there was a repair crew here in less than an hour. They reworked the condensation drain so that there is no longer a pump to fail and patched the ceiling. The equipment they installed was quality but stuff breaks. in my book its not about the new gear, it's all about how a company responds when an inevitable problem occurs. Luis and his associate we're very pleasant and resolved the issue more quickly that I imagined. If I stop one person from using this company my review will be a success. This company doesn't provide service. The first tech they sent just recommended a service o don't need and two days later my AC stopped working. The next tech they sent fixed the issue but now 30 days later my AC is once again not working. I called for service but this company doesn't work on weekends. They want a $200 service fee to come out and the fee doesn't even go towards any repairs. What type of service is this company providing if they don't work after hours. I would never use these people they don't care about the customer and they leave people without AC. I work in service industry and work after hours and weekends. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Pro 360, beginning with my first meeting with Leal, who came out to my house and thoroughly explained my options. He was incredibly knowledgeable about heat pumps vs traditional HVAC (my AC died on me at the height of July's heatwave); he explained in detail how the system worked and the various options, as well as available rebates and tax incentives. His estimate was detailed and fair. Once the work was agreed on, everything went smoothly, just as described. Both Leal and the installation manager, Leon, came out several times to check on the work and were responsive to my questions. The team, led by Esvin, was polite, professional, and efficient. We had to replace our entire system, including the ducting - and they worked through what must have been miserably hot conditions. When everything was done, Leon jumped back in to arrange the needed inspections and even came out to wait for the city inspector, who, of course, certified the work. Erica in the office reached out to me when I had other questions and facilitated our credit application as well as the rebate process. All in all, everything went better than I could have imagined. Pro 360 did a fabulous job of installing, maintaining, servicing, and diagnosing issues with the new upstairs A/C unit , a job which really was the job from hell, requiring multiple visits, long and difficult rewiring over 3 floors, cutting 5 holes in multiple walls, and then replacing the contact box. The pro 360 team of Andrea, Anthony, Edson, Sonya, Lailani, Erica, Eduardo, Leon, and Edward never gave up and really did a fantastic job. My partner and I are long-time customers of Pros 360. We have their yearly membership. We had an unusual issue with our Freon leaking slowly. Turns out, a previous owner in a unit above ours had some baseboards installed. The construction workers used a nail gun with some long nails, which ended up puncturing one of our refrigerant lines (#condopeopleproblems). Pros 360 came highly recommended to me by a general contractor, and I think they were great! Eduardo and his team did a very thorough job and answered all of my many, many questions. When we were having issues with our HVAC, we called them out to diagnose the issue. We went through two different attempted fixes that did not solve the problem before we realized that the whole unit would have to be replaced, and we were going to need to add some extra duct work to the house. They did not charge me for any of the work that they did that did not fix the issue, only for the final unit replacement and duct work. They were able to upgrade us from a gas powered HVAC unit to a heat pump, and everything's been working great so far. Eduardo walked me through everything that they were doing, and anytime I had questions, he had answers, or was able to get me answers pretty soon. They also provided me with lots of photos and documentation of the work they were doing, and worked with my schedule very well. They replaced my unit and added all the ducts in just a day and a half, and despite opening putting in a new vent and replacing an existing one, we did not have to do any paint touch ups after they were done. They were not the cheapest quote I received, but they gave me some reasonable discounts. On top of that, the uni they installed was better reviewed and a better brand unit than the other quotes. Considering all of that and how helpful, informative, and how clean of a job they did, I felt they were worth the extra cost. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job that Pros 360 did for us and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their HVAC unit. read more

They do very good work. They're pricey, but they are honest and they really know what they are doing. Also, the service people are on time and super professional. However, I decided to stop using them because of their aggressive telemarketing practices. If you don't sign up for a service contract (which they call a "membership") they'll hound you mercilessly, calling you again and again and again and again. I eventually had to block their number. If you want the job done right the very first time, aren't price sensitive, and don't mind a vendor constantly calling you on your private cell line, PROS 360 is a great option. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to do an install either. Personally, I value my privacy too much to put up with these kind of marketing tactics though. Note: Since I posted this review, and PROS 360 responded with the comment below, they have continued to repeatedly call me. Pros 360 is essentially a racket - like other HVAC vendors around here. They badly want to sell you a plan that has you paying for two visits a year (nominally to service the heating and then to service the A/C). You can get the same service for 60% of the cost from other high quality HVAC providers and it can all be done in ONE visit (the two visit thing is ridiculous - its just Pros 360 trying to rack up extra costs). And, if you don't sign up for this plan, they'll never stop with their aggressive sales campaign. You should not have to actively tell a vendor NOT to do this - its sleezy. read more
