Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. At any cost do not use. They messed up the installation of my Sub Zero refrigerator and would not stand by their work. They are unreliable, missed multiple appointments, and are rude on the phone. I'm convinced that if they were not Sub Zero's designated contractor they would be out of business. I have called Sub Zero multiple times so that they know who is representing their brand. Do yourself a favor, avoid them like the plague. read more

Worst experience for an installation I have ever had. Flaky flaky flaky! Canceled 3 apt's for install. The last one the cancelled at 4pm and they were supposed to arrive between 1-5pm. Cancellation was bacause they said they needed 3 guys and there was only 2 of them...you would think they would have know that sooner. Well they came and installed our subzero refrigerator. They could not get it to work and left us with an inoperable unit. We had to call Wolf and Wolf had to get Box Appliance out (they are excellent). A cable was not plugged into the main control box. How could they not know that? Then, they promised to return the next day (after the seller pressured them) and we found out we were not even in their system to return. OMG! So very bad. I give them two stars because they installed it and took the old one away. read more

we needed to have an old dishwasher removed and a new one installed. the staff from Elite showed up on time (they called a half hour before they arrived to let us know their arrival time) and efficiently did their work. they were very careful of the kitchen cabinets, made sure that the new dishwasher worked properly and cleaned up after they finished. we highly recommend this company. read more

After 1 year of waiting for a defective dishwasher they replaced THE WRONG DISHWASHER out of the two at the home. These guys are the absolute worst. Customer service is ridiculous and non existent. read more

I would avoid this company like the plague. Less than one day after having my brand new wood flooring installed, elite installation came to install my subzero refrigerator. They did not put any floor protection down and we're arrogant when I asked them to do so. They kept insisting they had done it 1 million times and they knew what they were doing. Sure as anything, they damaged not only my wood floors but my cabinets. After a lot of back-and-forth with the owner of the company... She said that she would pay for the flooring. She never did. It finally took me getting a lawyer involved to have her pay . It was a nightmare to deal with this young owner who couldn't keep her lies straight. Save yourself the headache and heartbreak and get another installer to do your work. read more

We had Elite Installations at our house yesterday to replace a Subzero refrigerator, and I can't say enough good things about them. They were proficient, clean, organized and knowledgeable. We will use them again if the need ever arises. read more

The techs were great and friendly. However, BEWARE! The office quotes you one price over the phone, and then when the work is done the office will tell you the price is more. And they will argue and argue with you until feel bad for the techs sitting there waiting, and finally pay it. Horrible customer service. Would never use them again, that's just dishonest business. read more

Moses and a co-worker from Elite came to replace both a SubZero refrigerator and a Wolf steam oven that were faulty. They were very careful and courteous. The opening for the integrated fridge is tight, but they not only managed to install the new fridge without any scratches, they centered the fridge to the opening better than the original because they took the time to center and re-center the unit until it was perfect. I was nervous about rolling the old fridge and the new one over my walnut floors, but Moses assured me there would be no problem and said he'd personally compensate me if there was. It was fine. :D All in all, Moses was professional, timely, understanding, and very skilled. Getting a decent SubZero fridge is another issue... read more

John from Elite Installations was extremely professional, timely and inovattive. He came to address an issue that was ultimately identified as an incorrect installation by another. The Wolf range hood damper was installed installed in reverse order. Normally his would require removal of the entire hood, risking damage to our custom cabinetry and recently finished walls. John solutioned an approach to resolve the issue without destroying my professional kitchen. In retrospect, I should have called Elite Installations for the install versus the Pacific Sales provided installation group. I'll use John and Elite Installations going forward. read more

Installed my fridge incorrectly i found out later. 2 of the 3 stars off though are for the staff that books appointments. Wildly unclear of fees and policies. We contacted Elite to install all of our 5 Wolf appliances for our newly remodeled kitchen. What a mistake! They were totally unprofessional and actually caused damage to our kitchen cabinets and to our newly installed $2,000.00 kitchen faucet. I was told that the new Cove dishwasher was not operable because the door was in the locked position and could not be closed. I had to call Box Appliance to have it serviced  and when the technician came out he showed me how they did not complete the unpacking process. He removed the stainless steel front panel to reveal carboard that had to be removed and a locking mechanism that had not been unlocked. The dishwasher was out of alignment with the new cabinet due to the poor installation. I then called Wolf Products directly and requested a second service call to install the dishwasher correctly since I did not want Elite back in our home. Box Appliance  Repair came out again and made the necessary repairs. Unfortunately I did not review Yelp until after this nightmare and read other terrible reviews. This company should be out of business or should be removed from Wolf as an authorized installer. read more

Sloppy and lazy appliance installers. The installation itself was not incompetent but the installers were incredibly lazy and took zero initiative to do anything "special" like putting down blankets so they don't scratch your floors or countertops. I'm sure the company pays them less than a living wage. They were fishing for tips out of desperation for money! It was really a pathetic, depressing experience dealing with the workers and this company. Wilshire Appliance Repair needs to find a better installation company to recommend. This company sucks. The workers should go to community college and get an education and learn a real trade so they aren't so desperate and listless. They'll never get anywhere in life working for this exploitative company. read more

We are in a huge rush to complete this house that we are flipping. I would have NEVER agreed to use them if I knew they were not willing to install any of our appliances on the date of our appointment. I was told that because I took photos and measurements of where each appliance was going, they could just come out and install everything rather than coming out and measuring it themselves and coming back later to install. When they arrived, they immediately seemed as though they were not willing to install that day. They said they would look at our appliances and probably schedule an appointment to come back at a later date. We need this project finished by early next week so this does not work. I was immediately a bit panicked because I had confirmed multiple times that all of our appliances would be installed that day due to the fact that if they were not we would be essentially screwed. We then called the owner of the company. She said that they could not install any appliances that day because things were not as "expected". First she said that our appliances were already installed so her guys would have to uninstall them before installing them again and this would cost extra. We explained that our appliances were NOT installed. They were just sitting in the area where they were to be installed because we wanted the kitchen to look nice for some photos we took a week earlier. I explained that we have tons of workers here who could remove the appliances from the areas where they sat in less than a minute so that the guys could install them. She said that it would be a liability for our workers to pull out the appliances in front of her workers. Who would have thought if that???? She then said that we didn't have the cleats (little wood strips that sit on the sides of some of the appliances) that were required for install. We told her that our plan was to have one of our many carpenters make these cleats while the guys worked on one of our other 13 appliances that did not require cleats. Due to our frustration, our contractor slightly raised his voice. NOT at any of the installers in particular but just regarding the situation itself because due to the fact that they were unable to install anything, we were in an extremely tight spot. In fact this totally ruined our schedule. One of the guys then said "you can't talk to me that way", picked up his things and left. The rest of the guys looked a little confused but they followed eventually. And hey I am all for people standing up for themselves but COME ON. This guy totally took the situation the wrong way. It was as if he was waiting for a reason to walk out the door from the start. It was so clear that they were not willing to work because it was 3:30pm. Well they were supposed to arrived HOURS earlier anyways. I called the company who recommended elite installations to let them know what happened and I was informed that they get paid more when they come back to a residence the second time than they do if they just come once and get everything done then and there. Felix came today to install our tv into the wall. My roommate, her boyfriend and a couple of his friends had tried and failed so many times so it was a miracle when Felix skillfully installed it with perfection. He was very pleasant and even helpful enough to install our LED lights behind the tv to reflect on the wall! I will be using him for the rest of my life and highly recommend him to everyone. read more

We were fortunate to find Elite when we needed a company to help us remove our stackable dryer from the wall so we could clean our ducts. After calling MANY companies which said they don't offer this service, Elite was pleasant and positive that they could help us. The sent out Joel and Kyle who quickly and competently removed the unit, allowing us toaccess the duct and back of dryer to remove the lint build up which was preventing us from drying our clothes. They were so helpful and even helped us clean the ducts, which is outside the scope of what they were hired to do. The truth is, I am blown away by the cost of this process. $175 to remove and another $175 to replace, but I am told that this is standard as there is such liability in removing such heavy equipment. Horrible service. Called them to re-install an Asko dishwasher. Paid the $150 for installation, guy came over and spent about 10 minutes messing with the door telling me that the unit had to be replaced - replacing just the door unit would be several hundred dollars and for a couple hundred more than that they could put in a unit. The repair guy told me that they had units on sale and could get one installed on Monday for $850 (cash only), plus another $150 service fee. I told him okay and he promised, "I will be there Monday at 7am exactly", I asked for a little later time and he said no way, "exactly 7am". So today I wake up at 6am to get the house ready and the guy is a no show. So much for "exactly 7am". So I spent $150 for installation that didn't happen and was promised Monday 7am which also didn't happen. I went down to buy a new Miele today from Snyder Diamond (highly recommend these guys) and when I mentioned Elite Installation the sales guy laughed and said he's heard how bad they are. This company has no integrity. Before they changed to only handle Subzero and Wolf appliances, I had purchased all my kitchenaid appliances and confirmed with the owner that they would deliver and install my appliances. I had even paid for them inspect my home to make sure that the appliances that I had chosen would fit in it. I was instructed to call back with 3 to 4 weeks notice for appliance delivery. When I called, they said that since I do not have wolf or subzero appliances, despite the prior agreement, they would be not provide their services. They had known about this before. They had done other brands before. They had previously agreed-upon this. No integrity. This pushes back my timeline for completing my home. read more

Today, we were to receive our new Subzero. Jose and a co-worker came by and took out the old one and when unwrapping the new one, Jose realized that the handle to open it was on the wrong side. He let me know without me asking and was worried that it wouldn't work in our galley kitchen. He was right. I contacted Subzero and they admitted there was an error in their system as to which way the door opened. Jose re-installed our old Subzero, cleaned up part of the existing vent unit, put extra screws into the plate on top so it wouldn't tip over and assured us that he would be back as soon as possible (Thursday is "San Diego" delivery day). I was referred to this company by Wilshire Refrigeration since my sub zero refrigerator stopped working. They had to remove my fridge and move the spare fridge to the kitchen until we buy a new one. They handled this whole situation with outmost professionalism and care. THe whole process with this company was so easy, making the appt and also calling an hour earlier so we could empty the fridge. Joel and Robert were so courteous and helpful. I've had Elite Installation install four sets of appliances in four of my units. The installers have been respectful and their workmanship acceptable. However, I've called two other times to schedule additional appointments and their office employees and office manager were less than courteous, particularly when they could not access their own records to determine their previous work at my properties. The unknowledgeable office manager suggested that I speak with the owner, however, after I left a message for the owner, I did not even get a return phone call. Unfortunately, for Elite, I will not be using them again. read more
