    Ana the piercer.

I have been rolling around the idea of getting more piercings in my ears. I was strolling by Crown Ink and thought, maybe I should pop in. I quick glance at Yelp, good ratings and everyone mentioned Ana by name for their piercings. So I walked in and spoke with Ana. Prices were reasonable, it was very clean/sanitary and you were in the back by yourself where no one can see you if you cry like a baby after getting pierced. I spoke with some of the tattoo artist, everyone seemed friendly. Ana asked me did I want to buy some saline solution for $10 afterwards, I thought I could get it at Walgreen's cheaper, it was only $1 cheaper and it had a worst possible nozzle on it, so definitely buy it from Ana. Go check it out. Make an appointment and go get everything pierced!

First time here but definitely not my last. I was a walk-in and they took me right away. This place is so clean! My apologies for not being sure of the name of the person who greeted me when I first got there, I think his name is Paul, very nice man, very helpful with helping me choose the font of my tattoo. I showed the tattoo artist, Eddie (5's for him!) the tattoo I wanted. He made sure it was the exact size and place that I wanted. He then proceeded to show me that he was opening up everything he was going to use on me fresh out of the package. So professional. They only take cash for tattoos but there is an ATM at the 99cents store next door so no problem. Whenever I can figure out what my next tat is going to be, Eddie will be the one.

Don't have a picture of my original, but this is one of the coverups, and the artist did a splendid Job, and I do thank him

Came in to get 1 coverup, ended up getting two in all,i was very pleased with both artist. Anna is the piercer in the shop, and she did a great job on my tragus , I thought it was going to hurt but it was painless honestly. Overall I told them I will be back in the summer, this is my go to shop

Ana was so nice! She was able to take me in right away! She talked to me about the post stuff I'm suppose to do with piercings!

Ask the Community - Crown Ink Studio

How much is a nose piercing and a belly button piercing?

Not sure of the nose due to the fact that I only got my belly button pierced from here. But belly button piercing prices are based on the type of ring you are getting. Sterling silver is $30, and titanium is $50. If you were also interested in…

I'd like to get my 13 year olds nose pierced. Is there an age requirement here or ok with parental consent?

As long as the parent/guardian over the age of 18 gives a parental consent, it is ok. You must bring an ID though.

I'm extremely upset with the piercing side of this shop. I asked a person there with help opening…read moreup my 8 gauge septum ring, and the first thing i noticed was the look of uncertainty. The second thing was the lack of correct equipment. He used thick rusty pliers (which is incredibly risky because this piercing is STILL HEALING!!) and scissors instead of ring opening pliers of flat nose pliers. My brand new, expensive jewlery broke in his hands without compensation. He stated "this is the risk that you take". However, no risk was stated and there was no debriefing done. I've had rings of a similar gauge opened just fine. I'm very disappointed because My jewelry broke before I could wear it out and it was a waste of money because I cannot wear it anymore. He stated to me that "i've never seen a septum piercing this large before" which i could understand, but to me it shows that he should've declined the job if he knew he didn't have experience in it. This is my second weird experience with my septum piercing at this shop. The first time was when the piercer tried telling me what gauge i was at (assumed 16) and debated with me about with me knowing it was a 12. Then proceeded to say 20 gauge is thicker and 16 is thinner, which is opposite. The people on the piercing side here do not know what they are doing.

I got a tattoo by Shamil which was around 2 inches and simple line work and it was not the best. We…read morehad discussed and printed out exactly what the tattoo would be before hand. It's basically a hand snapping with little stars and planets around it. The problem is that the hand wasn't done as neatly as I would've liked it to be. The stars were not either, they are VERY simple stars. What left a bad taste in my mouth was after the tattoo was done I'd also realized he left some little but major details out. When I left the shop I observed my tattoo more and more until I realized and had to go back to tell him what he forgot. He apologized and added what was missing. As I started to leave the shop I realized he forgot to bandage me again, so I reminded him. Apologized again. Apologies are great and all but if you are in the profession of putting PERMANENT tattoos on peoples bodies you should be taking this WAY more seriously! Just my opinion! I will not go back. Also, if you are staff and look at a customer come into your shop.. SAY HELLO.
