I made an attempt to rent a vehicle from this company and believed the reservation was in fact booked. On the evening before our planned event at 7:15pm I received an email stating my card had been declined. I immediately called the company looking to speak with a representative and to my surprise NO ONE answered the phone on multiple calls. In the morning I made two additional calls with no answer. A representative from the company finally called me to explain the card being declined. I had already checked my Sapphire account and there wasn't a charge attempted. He also went on to state that the vehicle had " been rented" NOW and for a "lower price" this was BS and I'm sure it was double booked or taking care of someone they knew. This was the best value for a limosine in Napa. I did a lot of research, and it was a very good price for a 6-passener limo. There were only two of us, but I didn't want to drive around in a small town car for only $5 an hour less. The limo picked us up about 15 minutes early, which was really cool (then again, we did return 15 minutes early as well). It was a newer looking limo, so don't worry they wont' pick you up in some wank ass looking 60's limo. The inside of the limo was very nice and clean, we had free champagne, water bottles, etc. Just make sure you know where you want to go. read more

We had a perfect experience with Elite Limos. Our driver - Jim - showed up on time, was friendly and easygoing. He was terrific at restocking the limo with waters throughout the day and anticipated when we'd return and was there waiting with the door open. He offered us some good suggestions of places we wanted to go, and was accommodating with a quick trip to the grocery store on the way home, even though we ran a bit over our allotted time. I had an AWESOME experience with this company. For starters communication with Bridget was always perfect. She answered all my calls promptly and was clear on all the details of the the service costs, type of limo, and length of time. Elite Limo was also very understanding with my booking mishap (I showed up and booked the limo on the wrong day and had to call her 15 minutes prior to reschedule for the next day). Even though she had another booking later in that day, she squeezed us in and was VERY nice about it. And, with 12 girls to get moving, was very understanding when our departure was a little delayed and actually in the wrong location again (d'oh). Did you know that some of the rooms at the Silverado are like a quarter of a mile away from the resort? I didn't- whoopsie! We had a ford excursion which turned out to be BEAUTIFUL and more importantly CLEAN ( I am a germaphobe) and very roomy. Geez I don't think the car was more than 2 or 3 years old. The drinks and champagne were iced and glasses cleaned each time we went to a different vineyard. Bridget was always prompt and ready to go when we called her ( I think she stayed at each location the whole time) She even offered to take pictures for our party so we could all be in them together. The ride back to our hotel was so smooth, that pretty much everyone fell asleep. The icing? When we left, she asked the bachelorette to take a sunroof picture which we didn't even think of, and we are so glad that we picked here for our limo services. After spending hours trying to find a limo service with good rates and reviews I am very happy that I chose elite. Bridget was on time, very nice and accommodating to our large group. The limo was very nice, clean and stocked with soda, water and two bottles of champagne, even though we were only promised one when we booked. She took pictures of our group when we got to the winery and when we decided when the day was over to be dropped off at a bar, Bridget offered to take our picnic bags and boxes of wine back to our house. This was the best ride I have had! It's my first time to napa and I didn't know really were to go or what to do. Brigitte gave me the best tour and took me to the best wineries i have ever seen and tasted! And I'm picky lol. What a great limo company! We worked with Bridget to book the limo and she was helpful each time I spoke with her. Matt, the limo driver, was so nice and made sure we had an amazing day wine tasting for my birthday. He got us into wonderful wineries, picked up the lunch we had pre-ordered while we were tasting, adjusted our tasting time when we were running behind, and gave great suggestions! My husband had an ankle injury and brought crutches and a knee scooter on the trip. Sometimes he used the crutches and sometimes he used the scooter. Matt helped him get the scooter in and out of the trunk, fold and unfold it, and was so accomodating with the situation. We will definitely use Elite Limousine Service in Napa again! read more

Initially when I called I needed car service for my wife and her daughter to go to a concert. They told me because of where the venue is I would have to book for 6 hours and the driver would wait for them till the concert was over. Change in plans, they called and said they would take our party to the event, drop them off and come back and pick them up by a different driver. Granted this was told to us by the driver who picked us up for the trip to the arena. He had to call the company to get the name and phone number of the other drive. Change in plans again, driver who was to pick us up called and said he would be there, but in a stretched white limousine. Now I ordered a town car. I don't particularly dislike limo's but I ordered a town car. No one from the office called to let me know of the change or see if this was acceptable. Just terrible communication. Plus it was hard finding where the driver and car was and I couldn't understanding what the driver was saying. Our first driver was excellent and good service. But from there it was all down hill. I will never book with elite again due to poor communication. read more
