I recently went on a Napa Valley wine tour with Rose Wine Tours for my best friend's bachelorette party and we had an absolutely amazing and fun time! I had actually booked a wine tour with a different company that had to cancel the day before the tour, so they arranged our tour with Rose Wine Tours instead. My friends and I are so glad it worked out this way! Luke arrived early at our rental house in Sonoma with his Mercedes van decorated with pink streamers and confetti which made the setting even more fun. Six of us sat very comfortably in the van and we jammed, danced, and belted out our favorite songs all day! Luke had a bottle of rosé for us to drink on the way to the wineries which was an added bonus. I believe his dad makes the wine and it was very good! We first stopped at Domaine Carneros at Luke's suggestion to take a group picture. It was a beautiful photo opportunity. We then visited 3 wineries in Napa and stopped at lunch at a cute park in Yountville. Luke was happy to take pictures of our group at each of the wineries!. After the tour, we visited an outdoor tasting room in downtown Sonoma to continue the party for a few more hours. Luke then took us to Mary's Pizza Shack to pick up dinner and dropped us back off at our rental house that evening. Luke went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I had a great experience with Rose Wine Tours! He was extremely accommodating to multiple itinerary changes that I requested leading up to our trip. He was professional and punctual, so we were on time for all of our tastings and were able to experience the most out of our day. He also helped me out a lot by running additional errands for our group, like picking up a birthday cake at a local bakery while we were at lunch and going back to get my friend's sweater that she left at our previous location. He did this all while we were busy with tastings, so it did not affect our schedule or experience in the least! Honestly cannot say enough good things, anyone planning a trip to wine country should book ALL of their tours with Luke! Not your average transport company. Luke is a top-notch professional, stellar at his craft, and went above-and-beyond to make our trip in Wine Country seamless. Prior to our reservation, we had a few itinerary changes, which Luke handled with flexibility and responsiveness. He was early to pick us up, adept at navigating, and got us to our various destinations on time, while sharing his extensive knowledge of the area. We had just as much fun in motion as we did at the actual destinations. The van was in mint condition and provided efficient, smooth transport for our group of five--which we didn't realize was a major asset until we experienced Uber/Lyfts in the days following! Our only regret is that we didn't book Rose Wine Tours for our entire stay (and not taking a group pic with Luke!). We cannot recommend his services enough, and do so with big-time appreciation! We were looking for a driver who knew their way around Sonoma and Napa for my sister's birthday. So happy we came across Rose Wine Tours! Not only was he affordable but Luke was easy to communicate and help arrange our itinerary for the day. There were 6 of us and the cost was perfect to split among our group. You just let him Know what you are interested in, locations you are considering and he puts it together giving you and your group enough time to taste, visit, and include lunch as well. He arrived on time, water ready for us and plays your choice of music for the ride. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! If you are considering a driver, his company is the best! After much research, I opted to go with Rose Wine Tours for a bachelorette weekend to Sonoma. We were NOT disappointed. Prior to the trip, Luke emailed us to get an idea of what grape varietals we enjoyed and if we had any specific region of Sonoma we wanted to see. After a few emails, Luke put together an amazing itinerary. From the get go Luke was warm, easy going, with a great sense of humor. We also noticed his attention to every detail, including checking us in at each winery and introducing us to people at the tastings. He was very knowledgeable about the area and had wonderful food recommendations. Rose Wine Tours is well worth the price and I can't say enough about Luke. We were only in Sonoma for 3 days. I was there with friends running the Napa to Sonoma half marathon. We wanted to do a self directed wine tour on our last day. Rose Wine Tours was a fraction of the cost of the other tour operators that we looked at. Luke was helpful and very responsive during the planning and he was an amazing host, tour guide, and driver. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if Luke could have joined us for the tastings!
